Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Having already promised Qing Yi to teach her about strengthening her foundation just a few hours earlier, Xuan Hao decided to first do that before leaving together with the second elder from the Ascendant Frost Hall the next day.

The main reason why he wanted to leave as quickly as possible, was due to the fact that he didn’t have long before he would have to leave for the capital of the Sky Empire.

Not only did he want to help the Ascendant Frost Hall stabilize the current border they had with the Frozen Wasteland, but he also wanted to investigate the reason behind the massive increase in demonic cultivators coming from there.

Of course, going into the deeper parts of the Frozen Wastelands where demonic the more powerful demonic cultivators in the True Demon Realm resided was not an option with his current strength.

Even if he reached the Soul Ascension Realm in the future, the deeper parts of the Frozen Wasteland were still an extremely dangerous place for a normal cultivator like himself. Especially considering the fact that most demonic cultivators had techniques that allowed them to devour their opponent’s cultivation base…

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao soon returned to his palace before spending the rest of the day and the night preparing to teach Qing Yi before leaving for the Ascendant Frost Hall.

Spending a few hours to point her on the right path should be more than enough to ensure that she would be able to successfully enter the Nascent Soul Realm through a golden cloud tribulation, as for a unique cloud tribulation like the one Chu Yang went through… There was not any special way to prepare for it according to what he understood about the cloud tribulation so far…

”Well, then let’s get started!”

”Yes, master!”

Having already prepared the day before, the matter of teaching Qing Yi did not take long at all. Especially considering that he had already grown extremely familiar with what was needed to properly strengthen someone’s foundation in preparation to reach the Nascent Soul after the time he had spent guiding Chu Yang before his cloud tribulation.

Like this, a few hours quickly flew by with Xuan Hao teaching Qing Yi…

”Thank you for your guidance master! I will try my best to strengthen my foundation according to your teachings and break through to the Nascent Soul Realm!”

”That’s great! I have something important to do for the next few weeks, so it would be great if you could inform Bai Ning and Chu Yang about my absence when they return later today.”

”Yes, I will make sure to do so master!”

”Then I will see you and the other two in a few weeks’ time.”

Whoosh~

Turning to leave directly after seeing Qing Yi nodding her head with a serious expression on her face and agreeing to inform his other two disciples, Xuan Hao jumped into the air before moving towards Elder Song’s courtyard where the two elders from the Ascendant Frost Hall were staying.

…

Thump~

Landing inside Elder Song’s courtyard where Elder Song and the two elders were already waiting for him, Xuan Hao could not help smiling wryly upon noticing the nervous expression plastered all over the faces of the two elders from the Ascendant Frost Hall.

Even from a glance, he realized that the two of them should have already realized the fact that he was one of the Domain Lord Realm Experts from the Star Shattering Sect. Even if they didn’t realize it before, they should at the very least have realized it after seeing him descending down from the sky before landing in front of them…

”G-Grand Elder Xuan, g-greetings…”

”No need to be that polite, we will be travelling together until we reach the Ascendant Frost Hall…”

Hearing the shaky voice of the second elder that would be travelling with him to the Ascendant Frost Hall, Xuan Hao tried his best to ease up the atmosphere and stop the second elder of the Ascendant Frost Hall from shaking all over-

Rustle~!

Sadly, the second elder only started shaking even more violently as he didn’t dare raise his head to look directly at him.

”…”

Not knowing what to say in such a situation, Xuan Hao turned towards Elder Song for help.

”Ehm! Every second maters as the Grand Elder won’t be able to stay and help your Ascendant Frost Hall for more than a few weeks, so it would be best for both of you to set off as quickly as possible!”

Understanding what Xuan Hao meant, Elder Song walked up to the nervous elder and reminded him about the importance of the matter.

”Y-yes… Yes! I understand, I’m sorry for my earlier behaviour… It’s just my first time ever meeting someone in the Domain Lord Realm, so I got quite nervous…” Suddenly realizing how he had acted, the second elder of the Ascendant Frost Hall quickly apologised before indicating that he was ready to leave.

”Well then, we will be leaving.”

”Safe journey Grand Elder Xuan, I hope you can deal with the matter of the demonic cultivators in my sect!”

”Good luck, remember to inform me about the matter of the Ascendant Frost Hall when you return before you leave for the capital of the Sky Empire!”

Whoosh~

Hearing Xuan Hao was about to leave, both Elder Cui and Elder Song waved goodbye before Xuan Hao jumped into the air and began rapidly ascending to a proper flight height.

”Wait! How are we going to traaaaaaaa-”

Swish-!

Stunned for a short moment after seeing Xuan Hao suddenly flying into the air while leaving him behind, the second elder of the Ascendant Frost Hall was stopped mid-sentence, as he was suddenly pulled into the sky by Xuan Hao’s domain.

””…””

Seeing this scene, both Elder Song and Elder Cui could not help looking at each other.

For some reason, both of them had a feeling that the second elder of the Ascendant Frost Hall would not be enjoying his time during the journey to the Ascendant Frost Hall…

…

”So, this is the Azure Sky Kingdom? There qi between heaven and earth is so much richer here compared to the Frozen Wasteland… But the yin qi here is close to none! The best way to cultivate in a place like this is devouring the cultivation and souls of cultivators or devour a large quantity of mortals!

Hehe… Luckily, it looks like the Azure Sky Kingdom has more than enough mortals to spare, I’m sure they won’t mind if a few million go missing! Hehe!”

At the same time Xuan Hao started heading towards the Ascendant Frost Hall, a demonic figure appeared at the natural border in the shape of a mountain range that separated the Azure Sky Kingdom from the Frozen Wasteland.

It was also on top of this mountain range separating the Azure Sky Kingdom from the Frozen Wasteland that the Ascendant Frost Hall was located!

Swish~!

As a large pair of demonic wings appeared behind the demonic cultivator before he flew into the sky to cross the mountain range, the demonic cultivator suddenly came to a stop as he discovered the Ascendant Frost Hall that covered most of the mountain range separating the Frozen Wasteland from the Azure Sky Kingdom.

”Hm? Looks like there is a sect on the mountain range… Hehe~ Given that it’s just some random sect at the borders of the Sky Empire, the strongest expert should at most be someone in the Ninth Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm! Even if someone Half a Step into the Domain Lord Realm is really present, I can always escape through the air…

If I can devour an entire sect filled with cultivators, I should be able to break through to the Third Demonic Transformation and become a true expert in the outer region of the Frozen Wasteland! Not only that, but I will also be one step closer to becoming a true demon!”

As a sinister smile slowly appeared on the lips of the demonic cultivator that revealed itself to be a demonic cultivator that had reached the Second Demonic Transformation, comparable to the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm, the demonic wings flapped gently as the demonic cultivator soon made its way towards the Ascendant Frost Hall.

”A demonic cultivator!? A-and a powerful one at that!”

Given that the demonic cultivator didn’t even bother hiding himself as he flew towards the Ascendant Frost Hall, the Nascent Soul Realm Experts of the Ascendant Frost Hall quickly discovered him approaching.

Swish-!

Swish-!

Swish-!

In a short time, several people rushed out from the Ascendant Frost Hall ready to face the approaching demonic cultivator charging towards them filled with killing intent.

Boom!

A powerful aura comparable to the Eighth Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm also erupted from the centre of the Ascendant Frost Hall before an old woman with a solemn expression on her face appeared from the deepest part of the Ascendant Frost Hall.

Even from a glance, it was obvious that this old woman was none other than the Sect Master of the Ascendant Frost Hall!
