Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 162: Chapter 161:watch carefully...

BOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!

”Hahahahahaahhaha....” I’d never thought I’d get this much enjoyment from fighting any of my peers, but the monkey was proving quite the fun opponent..

He hadn’t just copied my appearance..

He’d copied most of my abilities too, sure they were the ones unrelated to chaos but that was still a jarring thing to realize..

The fact that his abilities didn’t just clone, but also made it capable for him to take on the form of others, giving him the abilities of those he transformed into..

Boooooommmmm!!!!!

Another cataclysmic shockwave blew outwards as my figure collided with another clone, the clone being blasted to kingdom come, only for another one to take its place immediately..

They weren’t difficult to destroy, after all, he might’ve copied my raw attributes but he was incapable of copying the effectiveness that made me a true monster, so now he was only using my base stats, but I was using the full effective attributes..

Same numbers... VASTLY different outcomes...

CRASSHHHHH!!!!

My fist connected with the arena floor as I blasted the clones that were closing in backwards...

”Damn..”

”He’s a monster..”

”How’s he this strong with only these level of abilities??”

”He’s hiding something.. I’m sure..”

”It’s impossible to be that strong with only these level of abilities.”

The monkey was conversing among himself as they tried to avoid the onslaught that was me..

It was clear he’d felt the level of the abilities I was equipped with, obviously, my (IMPERIAL) rank and hadn’t impressed the monkey, leading to his current confused state..

What were you expecting? For me to be on he back end? When I had something like chaoticadaptation that adapted to their chaotic battle style within a few moments?

You couldn’t have possibly thought that cheap imitations could actually contend with the real thing right?

That phase had already passed, I was now on a hunt, taking out clone after clone, determined to see just how long the monkey can hold out..

”Damn it...”

”We’re going nuclear..”

”Use it, the ultimates..”

”NOWW!!!”..

They activated the ultimates of both imperial powers, they’d already reached the Overflare state of Solar Scale Pressure and they were handling it brilliantly..

The moment the commands were given, all twelve figures shone with blinding golden flames...

”EDICTS OF THE SOLAR COMPENDIUM!”

You’ve got to be kidding me.

They were able to get even that?

This guy’s bloodline was looking more and more broken by the minute...

”WRATH OF HELIOS!!”

The effects of this ability were already clear for all, but that was when only one person was using it.

Now, what unholy catastrophe would one expect when twelve figures were using that same ability, at a potency no less weaker than when Apollo used it?

The barrier that was supposed to be adapting to our output and fixing itself automatically, immediately became nonexistent..

The entire training hall, a space that was being expanded indefinitely by space magic and runes, instantly became flooded with a heat that disrupted every single person within the place..

All eyes immediately turned towards me and Malachi as twelve massive suns manifested above the entire space..

The air became magma, each breath a scorching punishment..

The entire building felt like it was moments always from turning into molten sludge..

The sheer potency of this move had been elevated to apocalyptic heights..

”But so what? Heh..” I smirked...

If there was one type of attack I wasn’t wary of in the least, at least not when facing anyone of my peers, then it would be pure energy based attacks, because..

”Abyssal Authority”..

An all consuming darkness immediately descended on the entire building, the burning light of the suns being devoured, no, not just their lights, the stars themselves were slowly vanishing within the consuming darkness...

Moments later, the stars vanished from the sky, the place being plunged into an impossible darkness...

”So, monkey, still feeling like testing out who’s stronger?” My voice reverberated throughout the whole space.

Cold, dominant, divine, hellish. Whatever you wish to call it, it was undeniably effective, as soon after..

”Hey.. hey.. hey.. I give up.. I give..” Malachi’s exhausted voice reached my ears..

SNAP!!

The snap of a finger echoed through the darkness as it vanished like it was never there to begin with, my figure reappearing before the collapsed and breathless monkey..

”Heh.. didn’t think you’d tire out so easily.” I stretched out my hand, beckoning him on..

”Damn... I’ll smack the heads off anyone that dares call me a monster next time.” He breathed out as he took hold of my hand, standing up gently..

”You, my friend, are the only one deserving of that title..” he clasped my shoulders as he laughed...

”I told you, the answer will always be me, after all, I am HIM.” I replied, joining in on the laughter...

Clap!!

Clap!!

A slow sounding clap interrupted our little bonding session...

”That... was magnificent.. truly, what a bunch of monsters this year’s elite class is.” An extremely irritating voice sounded from behind us..

We both turned, our eyes landing on a youth in black robes, an entourage of other nobodies behind him...

”I wonder, I truly do, if it’s everyone in the elite class that’s this scary, well, I’ll be finding out soon after I take your place.. hahahaha” the young man laughed loudly as he came to stand before us...

”Hey.. isn’t that Alex?”

”What? He’s trying again this time? I thought the last time would’ve taught him a lesson by now?”

”I heard he’s close to breaking into the first transformation stage, that must be why he believes now’s his shot.”

The chatter of the students around us reached my ears swiftly, my brow raising in intrigue..

”Hey.. hey.. hey.. I don’t think that’s a good idea friend, from their words, it seems you’ve been a popular elite class punching bag, I’d suggest sitting this one out, save yourself the embarrassment.” Malachi tried dissuading the guy, though his choice of words had quite the opposite effects..

The young man’s face turned dark instantly..

”Humph, arrogant and ignorant, I’d expect nothing less from spoon fed young masters that parade as elites.” Ohh? The jealousy in this dude was quite thick...

”Today, I’ll be taking an elite spot, now it’s left for you two to decide who’s spot it is going to be.”

Both me and Malachi exchanged bewildered looks, was this guy okay in the head?

After seeing what had just happened between the two of us, he was still adamant about challenging us?

”Hey.. hey.. hey.. if you’re that eager to get your ass beat, I don’t mind, it’ll help me blow off some steam anyways.” the monkey grinned viciously, I was slowly learning not to let that friendly demeanor fool me, as he seemed just as insane as I was..

Now, I’d have loved to sit this one out, but I’d just comprehended another overpowered skill, I was itching to test it out..

”Hey, Malachi, let me handle this one, I’ve got something to show you..” I stepped forward..

”Huh? What’s that?” He asked..

”Don’t worry, it’s a surprise.” My grin couldn’t help widening as I looked over the notification I’d gotten just as we were about to clash earlier..

The newest entry to my list of overpowered abilities and one I was eager to test out immediately..

[DING]

[Comprehension successful]

[You have acquired ]...

My grin widened...

”Hurry it up and meet me at the instructor’s wing, I have something for you.” Valen’s voice sounded in my head right at that moment.

”Oh? Well, all the more reason not to waste anymore time I guess.”

I was done being surprised each time the man’s voice sounded in my head, if he wanted to rent a space there, he’s free..

The moment I reached five meters from the young man that had proudly declared his challenge, I stopped..

”So how are we doing this? I don’t have all day, you guys coming one at a time or all together?” I asked, watching as the faces of the entire group turned red in rage..

”This bastard...”

”Alex.. let me fuck him...up.”

”Beat his ass.. beat his arrogant ass.”

They flared up in rage...

”You know what? I changed my mind, I’ll take you all on at once.” I turned toward Malachi, my grin sharp..

”Watch carefully...”
