Chapter 910: Chapter 328 Prerequisite 1 (Two-in-One Big Chapter)_3

Faced directly in front of him was a bald, muscular stranger, skin slick and muscles knotted, with an aura even stronger than Angus, incredibly, a Peak Knight.

Though he’d been intensively training with his captain Rein recently and made significant progress, at most he could only contend with a Senior Knight, still far from matching a Peak Knight.

He had already launched the squad’s signal flare. They only needed to hold on for five minutes, and the other squad members would arrive.

”Take action!” Sam said in a deep voice.

Then, he immediately began chanting and casting.

...

Hansal’s nickname was ’Earth Dragon Knight.’ The Earth Dragon beneath him was his greatest reliance. As a Dragon Descendant creature, the Earth Dragon had much greater strength and speed than ordinary enraged beasts.

Mounted on the Earth Dragon, Hansal finally felt at ease.

Now, he was complete!

With the cooperation of the Earth Dragon, Hansal’s offensive and defensive capabilities significantly improved.

Moreover, the Earth Dragon’s speed was extremely fast, and without a flying mount, even a Legendary Strongman’s pursuit could be evaded.

If it weren’t for the overwhelming power displayed by Rein earlier, Hansal, who had just taken a loss, would have no choice but to turn around and give Rein a piece of his mind.

However, Hansal’s heart had just settled for no more than two seconds when he glanced back and his eyes widened instantly!

For he suddenly discovered that Rein, in pursuit behind him, was shockingly much faster than his Krupps, and at this rate, he would be caught in less than five seconds.

”Krupps, Earth Dragon Charge!” Hansal shouted.

As he sharply snapped the reins, tiny beads of blood seeped through the gray skin of the Earth Dragon beneath him, and then its four limbs rapidly alternated in a sprint.

Suddenly, its speed surged, like a grey line shooting forward!

And along the way, the Night Watchman squad, noticing something wrong, were blown away by the whirlwind created by the Earth Dragon, and some unlucky ones were blown four or five meters into the air, crashing heavily to the ground and instantly losing their combat capability.

”Hmm? Impressive,” remarked Rein, watching the Earth Dragon he was about to catch up with suddenly accelerate again, gradually widening the gap between them.

Bear in mind, he was intermittently utilizing the Top Secret Technique ’Shadow Step’ during the pursuit.

”In that case...”

In an instant, a piece of Hardened Essence Gold in Rein’s hand transformed into a short spear.

Suddenly, Rein stomped heavily, and the white stone-paved ground under his Secret Silver War Boots caved in, scattering rubble!

At the same time, seizing the momentum, he twisted his waist and swung with his arm muscles swelling more than double their size!

”Ho!”

With a low growl, the short spear in Rein’s hand vanished instantly, and a black lightning shot straight from his fingertips towards the muscular man’s back, dozens of meters away.

No sound of tearing through the air!

The short spear seemed to be able to traverse space...

A ring-shaped white air wave had just appeared in front of Rein when Hansal on the Earth Dragon in the distance saw a massive hole blow open in his waist and abdomen!

That’s when a sharp whistling sound pierced through the surroundings.

”Whew!”

Evidently, the short spear’s speed surpassed the speed of sound by far, causing this effect and power, breaking the sound barrier and striking the target!

Yet, even after penetrating Hansal’s waist and abdomen, the short spear didn’t lose momentum, crashing into the throat of the Earth Dragon aligned with its master Hansal.

”Boom!”

Nearly half of the Hardened Essence Gold short spear embedded itself into the Earth Dragon’s neck, creating another bloody hole!

”Ah!!!”

”Roar!!!”

Hansal and his Earth Dragon screamed in agony, unable to maintain their galloping pace, and the Earth Dragon stumbled to a halt.

Hansal, due to severe pain and critical injuries, could not sit steadily and toppled headfirst to the ground.

The next second!

Rein swiftly closed in from behind, his figure tracing a silver arc, instantly appearing at the Earth Dragon’s left front.

The Hardened Essence Gold in his hand had already transformed into a Dual-Handed Greatsword!

”Swoosh!”

An Arc Slash flickered across the Earth Dragon’s neck.

”Sizzle!”

The fetid blood of the Earth Dragon gushed out like a small waterfall from the severed circular wound on its neck.

Rein adjusted his position slightly and got drenched!

At this moment, the system prompt sounded:

[Ding! Host detected being bathed in Earth Dragon blood, discovered trace absorbable dragon gene segment, absorb?]

(Note: Upon absorbing this trace dragon gene segment, the host’s dragon bloodline concentration limit slightly enhances.)

”Indeed, my perception was correct; this Earth Dragon is a Dragon Descendant, possessing dragon gene segments.”

”But from the description, it seems similar to the Legendary Earth Snake grade, only in ’trace’ amounts, possibly not enough to upgrade my bloodline.”

”But even the tiniest bit counts as meat! Slowly accumulating shall suffice.”

Rein immediately chose ”Yes!”

Just like last time, in an instant, Rein felt a warm sensation rise from the skin stained with Earth Dragon blood, as if something seeped into his body, the entire process lasted for a very short time.

”Pfft!”

With another swing, Rein sliced open the Earth Dragon’s chest, reached inside with a single hand, and retrieved a still-beating heart the size of a basketball.
