When She Stops Being Dramatic

Chapter 470: Chapter 165: The Green Tea Female Supporting Character in a Period Novel (Finale)

Chi Yun’er’s plan for the Kyoto Technology Mall was for a ten-story building. Now, an additional three underground levels were added. Two of these would be reserved for a future parking garage, and one would be a supermarket. The above-ground portion would still follow her original plan.

The other plot of land was an uneven, wooded area interspersed with lakes, making comprehensive development difficult. As a result, despite being roughly ten times the size of the land Jiang Zishi had acquired, its price was not much higher.

Developing the land would be incredibly time-consuming and labor-intensive. Most importantly, a railway line separated the plot from the city, making it unsuitable for the investment proposals envisioned by the various members of the investment group.

That was why Chi Yun’er and her team were able to snatch it up so easily.

She planned to bring in large-scale amusement rides with high safety ratings, such as carousels, Ferris wheels, shooting games, racing attractions, various themed mazes, trampolines, slides, swings, colorful chutes, and so on.

On one side, there would be ten themed swimming pavilions featuring large indoor surf pools and artificial beaches for sunbathing. On the other side would be a zoo and an oceanarium.

An artificial lake would encircle the amusement park, connected to the Capital City’s moat and the lakes of other major scenic areas. A variety of cruise ships, yachts, and inflatable rafts would be available for visitors to ride for sightseeing and recreation.

Further out, Chi Yun’er planned to construct four ten-story, arc-shaped themed hotels. Three levels would also be excavated underground; two would be reserved for parking, while the third would be developed into a cinema complex and game rooms for guests to pass the time...

Between the amusement park and the hotels would be a ring of storefronts available for lease.

Inside the amusement park itself, there would also be food trucks and restaurants...

Since the amusement rides came in all sizes, they could make full use of the varied landscape. The uneven terrain was not a hindrance; instead, it added a great deal of charm and excitement to the park.

As long as there were enough direct bus routes from the city, the amusement park would have no trouble attracting visitors. Moreover, there was a lot of potential to be creative with the direct bus service itself.

The buses would be stylish, fully equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. Many would be stationed to await passengers at the train station, long-distance bus terminal, and airport.

The beautiful, vibrant posters advertising the park on the sides of the buses would be absolutely eye-catching. For tourists coming to play in the Capital City, this trendy new amusement park would generate immense enthusiasm.

They could take a bus to the park, check directly into a themed hotel, enjoy the amusement rides, and stroll through the shopping street. Plus, the hotels would offer a free shuttle bus service directly to all the major scenic attractions.

Furthermore, tourists could form their own groups. As long as they met a minimum number of people and paid a discounted fee, they could enjoy the services of a tour guide and a private car. This offered everyone immense convenience, saving them time and money!

And since the shuttle buses to the various attractions were free, they would bring in new tourists on their return trips after dropping off the outbound ones...

The tourism industry was, after all, an incredibly lucrative business.

The establishment of these two enterprises would create thousands of jobs for the Capital City. It would also pave the way for entrepreneurial individuals and provide hundreds of stalls for new vendors!

One, an electronics and appliance mall, would allow people to purchase any device that met their needs, backed by excellent after-sales service. It would also stabilize market prices through healthy competition among its many vendors.

The other, an amusement park, four themed hotels, and a bus network connecting to stations, the airport, and tourist sites, would act like a powerful dynamo, rapidly driving the entire tourism industry forward.

Zhao Jinming and the others couldn’t fathom how Chi Yun’er’s mind worked. ’Something she just jotted down on a whim could become a signature tourism project for the Capital City.’

Just thinking about it, they could already picture the businesses being packed to the rafters with customers once they were built and opened.

The young people were instantly fired up, unable to wait a single moment longer before getting to work.

As for Chi Yun’er, she acted as a hands-off manager, aside from visiting two or three times a week to check on everyone’s progress and the quality of the construction. The rest of the time, she used her title as Teacher Bai’s student to bring personnel from the housing construction bureau over to the site directly across from her amusement park!

Jiang Zishi and Bian Yumin planned to use the land they had acquired to build a large supermarket, with the rest of the space dedicated to apartment buildings of various layouts. To maximize their profits, they were planning for buildings around thirty stories high!

But Chi Yun’er, ever since the hospital reconstruction project, had never considered building anything over ten stories tall.

In the short term, high-rises could effectively solve the problem of a large population in a limited space, but they came with many drawbacks.

For instance, the air above thirty meters was not as fresh as people imagined, making such altitudes unsuitable for residents with chronic illnesses.
