Undead Mage from a Cell

Fifteen minutes later, just like when he appeared, Gu Xi swiftly disappeared from the battlefield, leaving only a ground full of Rakshasa Ghost corpses.

Gu Xi didn’t intend to take these corpses away.

But nearby, there were still some faint eyes watching.

Gu Xi didn’t want to cut off his own escape route over trivial matters.

If someone noticed a flaw and attacked while Gu Xi was clearing the battlefield, that would truly be a case of small losses causing big trouble.

This time, Gu Xi took action not for these benefits, but entirely to help Shaya get revenge, to vent his inner anger.

Now that the matter has been handled, naturally, Gu Xi was quickly leaving.

After killing all the Rakshasa Ghosts, Gu Xi turned around, gathered his troops, and through the Mysterious Mirror Image Space, left the Yellow Springs Road.

When Gu Xi acted, he always maintained the Mind Shield status, making others ignore his presence.

After leaving the Yellow Springs Road, he did not directly return to Yalidu City, but instead transitioned to Blood Sacrifice Ridge.

Outside of Blood Sacrifice Ridge, Gu Xi didn’t even have time to enter Blood Sacrifice Ridge for a look, before he proactively issued the exit signal.

Applied to leave this New World exploration.

When Gu Xi’s signal was sent, a voice immediately came through his ear.

[Player 629SHD2S0FXC30, are you planning to exit from the world 41Y6JD5T04LA01, if you exit now, you’ll need to wait for a hundred days of cool-down period before entering this world again!]

”Exit!”

[Exit preparation, please do not move from your current location!]

[Player location confirmed, when entering next time, you can choose among three optional entry positions.]

[...]

As the prompts sounded in Gu Xi’s ear, his view also gradually changed.

The feeling of barren mountains and wilderness was gone, replaced by a somewhat bored middle-aged man.

Turning his head to see Gu Xi walking out from the Teleportation Gate, a flash of shock crossed the man’s eyes, ”How come it’s just you coming out, where are the others?”

Gu Xi was taken aback, what other people?

Seeing Gu Xi didn’t respond, the man promptly asked, ”Did something major happen, is it serious, are the others still alive, where are they, is it still time to send someone in for rescue?”

Only then did Gu Xi realize what was happening.

He quickly said, ”Don’t worry, it’s just me, I went in alone for exploration, not with other teams.”

Upon hearing this, the man relaxed a little.

During this period, the guild had been quite hectic, most of the exploration team members had been reassigned.

The newly formed exploration teams lacked strength and always ran into various issues.

So when Gu Xi appeared, he thought yet another exploration team had been wiped out.

Turns out it was one person exploring.

Wait, what?

One person exploring?

Since when could one person go for exploration?

The man intended to grab Gu Xi to inquire further.

However, Gu Xi said, ”Comrade, are you responsible for contacting the exploration teams? I have an important message here that, although uncertain of its direction, will definitely impact the matters in the new world greatly.

If you can contact them, it’s best to inform them, so they don’t miss out on some opportunities or dive headfirst into chaos.”

Upon hearing Gu Xi’s words, the man forgot what he wanted to say, only staring blankly at Gu Xi.

Thankfully, Gu Xi wasn’t one to be secretive.

He straightforwardly disclosed all issues regarding Yellow Springs Road, the shadow of the Yaksha King, and the chaos of the Ghost God.

Of course, Gu Xi did not mention his involvement in these matters.

Gu Xi only said he accidentally overheard the news at the Soul Gathering Land.

This matter might be a good thing for some people, but for players intending to proceed cautiously, it’s not favorable news.

So after acquiring the information, Gu Xi promptly exited exploration, which was quite reasonable.

The man had been here keeping watch for quite a while.

He was naturally aware of the world’s affairs.

The Soul Gathering Land, as a main gathering place for the Undead Mage, had almost turned into the main city for various guild exploration players.

It was reasonable for Gu Xi to have heard the news from the Soul Gathering Land.

However, the news Gu Xi picked up was massive.

Others were just dealing with some tasks or finding out where some BOSS appeared.

How come Gu Xi heard directly about conspiracies that would unfold in the new world decades later?

If the Creation matters hadn’t taken away a large number of players, just this one piece of news could help the Chaoyang Radiance Guild dominate for decades ahead.

It could even be planned to turn the current world into the exclusive world of the Chaoyang Radiance Guild.

Unfortunately, with Creation recruiting, everything would take precedence over Creation.

This isn’t something a small fry like Gu Xi could resolve.

The man also understood this, he just recorded Gu Xi’s words and then said to Gu Xi, ”I’ll report what you’ve said, they’ll arrange for exploration team members still in the new world to investigate.

If what you’ve said proves true, you’ll have made great contributions to the guild, and the guild’s accolades and rewards will come your way.”

Regarding this point, Gu Xi had no objections, the reason he shared it was that this matter would soon become widespread, even if he stayed silent, someone else would speak up.

On the other hand, he was actually quite satisfied with the atmosphere in the Chaoyang Radiance Guild, not contemplating switching guilds.

Improving the Chaoyang Radiance Guild a bit more would also be a good thing for Gu Xi.

After conveying this information, Gu Xi said to the man, ”Alright, that’s all the matters, anything else?”

”Nothing more, pay attention to guild information for a while, reported information has evaluators assigned, once evaluations are done, corresponding rewards will be distributed.”

Upon hearing this, the man did not hold Gu Xi back and simply made way.

Gu Xi nodded towards the man and went on his way.

As Gu Xi had just left Yalidu City only a dozen minutes ago.

He didn’t need to rush back to Yalidu City for anything currently, so he headed towards the dormitory arranged by the Chaoyang Radiance Guild.

Walking towards the dormitory, Gu Xi couldn’t help but smile.

This was his second time entering the dormitory since joining the Chaoyang Radiance Guild.

Gu Xi felt he was always in and out of Chaoyang Radiance Guild, often busy with things lined up one after another, wishing for a pause to rest but unable to.

Now when an opportunity arises.

No urgent matters required his attention over at Yalidu City either.

There weren’t other affairs to handle currently.

With leisure like now, Gu Xi also needed some relaxation and exploration of guild internal benefits.
