When Gu Xi was organizing the troops, the Grand Knight also invited Anastasia over.

At this time, she still appeared as before, wearing a white robe with golden edges, although the golden Griffin had moved to the front of her chest.

Gu Xi only took one glance and felt as if that Griffin’s eyes were staring at him.

Upon seeing Gu Xi, Eldest Princess Anna noticeably paused.

For Gu Xi, quite some time had passed since he last met Eldest Princess Anna, during which he had fought in many battles and his strength had reached the limit of Level 4, ready to impact Level 5 at any time.

But for Anna, she had just seen Gu Xi yesterday, when he was still a weakling escaping from Westminster Cathedral.

In less than a day, his strength had morphed into this.

Whose child is this, so reckless with their life.

Playing with their future like this.

With such thoughts, Anna’s demeanor was solemn as she approached Gu Xi.

”Do you know how this will impact your future development? Don’t think you Undead Mages can slack off after death; without a strong foundation before, you’re just cannon fodder Undead Mage.”

Being yelled at by Eldest Princess Anna, Gu Xi was puzzled, not understanding what had transpired.

He looked at Eldest Princess Anna with confusion, sincerely pondering what had caused her displeasure.

After saying this, Eldest Princess Anna then changed the topic: ”Don’t be so impulsive in the future, fortunately you can still be saved now, if you hadn’t laid a good foundation, it would all be over, take this.”

With that, Eldest Princess Anna produced a golden book page, placing it into Gu Xi’s hand.

Gu Xi took the book page, intending to say something, but found himself stunned.

[You have obtained the Griffin’s Necromancy Book (Blue Treasure).]

[Griffin’s Necromancy Book (Blue Treasure): Equipping this takes up one ornament slot and allows surplus experience to be converted into skill experience, with a 10% experience loss during conversion. It can only be converted into Undead Class Professional Skills or Passive Skills, and the skill level cannot exceed Level 6.]

Looking at the Griffin’s Necromancy Book before him, Gu Xi was speechless, raising his head to look at Eldest Princess Anna.

To which Eldest Princess Anna promptly responded: ”What are you looking at, it’s not a gift; it’s borrowed.

Your priority now is to build a good foundation; Undead Knowledge, Undead Contract, Undead Domination, which of these can you present now.

Undead Enhancement? Undead Research? You want to soar without securing these essential foundations.

Soul Knowledge? An Undead Mage not proficient in Soul Magic, do you even dare claim that title?

You haven’t learned so many things, how did your mentor teach you?

Daring to rush to Level 4, did you kill all your domesticated enemies to forcibly level up?

Right now, immediately, convert your excess experience, then study diligently.

If you dare to act recklessly again, watch how I deal with you.”

Gu Xi finally came to his senses, but he still wanted to tell Eldest Princess Anna about the incidents in the underground tomb.

But before he could speak, Eldest Princess Anna shot him a glare, choking back his words.

At this moment, the Grand Knight beside him also tugged at Gu Xi’s clothing.

”Don’t argue with Eldest Princess Anna, come with me.”

Saying this, the Grand Knight dragged Gu Xi aside, and without much ado, produced a pile of books.

”The reward I promised, a skill level boost, can wait. You have such an excellent opportunity now, hurry and learn to elevate your skills. Once you’re done studying, come find me.”

Gu Xi immediately understood the intention of the Grand Knight.

This was clearly a hidden boon for himself.

The difference between a skill Level 6+1 and Level 0+1, and which is more advantageous, anyone with sense knows the right choice.

Glancing at the stacks of books in front of him, Gu Xi took a deep breath, hanging the borrowed Griffin’s Necromancy Book at his waist, and reached for one of the books to read.

This time, unlike the previous learning of Dark Knowledge in the Magic Tower.

This time, Gu Xi was directly sitting in front of the 19th bus stop.

Surrounded by a bustling crowd, seated on marble flooring, with no semblance of a reading or learning atmosphere.

But this time, Gu Xi read swiftly.

On one hand, as Gu Xi read, a golden flame enveloped him, with each sentence he read, the Griffin’s Necromancy Book at his waist emitted a glow, converting what he read into corresponding experience, integrating it into his skills.

On the other hand, the books provided by the Grand Knight were all Undead classics almost inaccessible at Nether Bone Wind Academy.

The book in Gu Xi’s hand, ”White Bone Enhancement Manual”, not only imparted Undead Knowledge but enriched Undead Domination experience, even allowed learning of the new skill ’Undead Enhancement’ that Gu Xi hadn’t grasped yet.

And this was just a random pick; most other books were of similar caliber in this collection.

This opened up a new path for Gu Xi’s journey as an Undead Mage.

Gu Xi could no longer concern himself with being in a dungeon instance, or the matters of the underground tomb.

His entire focus centered on these books.

Some content may not be immediately understandable, but he would first read them through, memorize the needed parts.

These knowledge pieces need to be known first and understood gradually later.

Gu Xi’s accumulated combat experience of recent days played a significant role at this moment.

He was fervently consuming his experience, while new messages popped up intermittently before him.
