Triple X System

Everyone was caught aback seeing Kyle suddenly scream in pain falling to the floor contorting. Just a moment he was perfectly fine and now he was writhing in pain.

What’s wrong with him? Ona asked with a hint of worry in her tone.

Is he having a seizure right now. Boris frowned seeing some white foams sliding down Kyle’s mouth.

Weird.. my skill didn’t seem to pick up any illness in him. Eldren wondered as to why Kyle was now suddenly having an epilepsy. Crouching down a bit eldren then placed his hands to Kyle’s head. It was incredibly hot like when one was having a fever but definitely much hotter.

You never cease to surprise me. Concentrating whit energy then flowed from eldren’s hand into Kyle.

Mhm. Eldren grunted a bit as his mana was being drain rapidly the moment it came in contact with Kyle. It was perilous and weird but he dismissed it focusing on releasing more of his mana since he had a whole lot to spare.

[Divine healing has been absorbed]

[Effects of quest failure has now been nullified!]

Kyle couldn’t keep up with the systems notification as his eyes were blurry. His head hurt more than ever and it felt like his insides were mangled to some degrees. Never in his life had he felt this sort of excruciating pain.

T-thank you. Kyle softly muttered regaining himself.

It’s nothing afterall.. we don’t want you dying on us. Eldren nodded slightly chuckling.

At least not yet. Boris chipped in garning the attention of everyone in the room including the space guards.

What? It’s true we all know he’s gonna die so why don’t we just tell him the truth. Boris shrugged folding his arms together not seeing anything wrong in what he said.

What does he mean tell me the truth. Kyle wryly asked getting to his feet. He didn’t like the idea they were keeping something from him and he could sense the gravity of it.

As you are aware my daughter, Lumia, has been kidnapped by one of my.. enemies. Kyle noticed troy paused for a moment before blurting out the word enemy. Seemingly considering it.

Then why are you comfortably sitting on your throne? Shouldn’t you be out there rescuing your daughter. Kyle frowned in disgust seeing troy was strangely calm about this. It was true Lumia had been captured and he knew it but he’d expected troy to head out and rescue her. Like any normal father would do.

Something’s definitely weird about him. Kyle inwardly thought observing troy. His personality had definitely taken a turn as even his aura was different from before.

As much as I want to unfortunately I can’t. Troy shook his head in downcast.

What do you mean you can’t. Have you suddenly growled chicken or do you just lack the balls now that you’re vulnerable. Chuckling a bit troy then slammed his fist on the arm rest of his throne completely destroying it.

Don’t doubt me peasant am still as strong as before. Just not now. Clicking his tongue Kyle shrugged finally witnessing the old proud and arrogant troy. Unfortunately for me I won’t be able to defeat her in my current condition it would be pointless suicide.

Says the mianac who created the hunger games tournament. Kyle angrily uttered earning a glare from troy.

And as per ancient rules we can’t also interfere. Eldren chipped in gesturing troy to continue.

Ehhm! Yes that is true. Trust me boy you’re the last person in this planet I would pick but given the circumstances you’re my only option.

So you’re saying you want me to go rescue your daughter, Lumia? Kyle asked just to be sure.

Of course. Troy gently nodded seeing Kyle understood him.

Hard pass. Without thinking twice Kyle turned down Troy’s request walking away. The latter was definitely stunned seeing Kyle rudely turned down his request. A vein could be seen bulging on his forehead as a new anger rose within him.

What do you mean hard pass! I thought Lumia was your friend! She basically rusked her life for you and you’re willing to just let her die? Troy furiously shouted his aura was subconsciously excluding from him clouding the area.

Look here you demented fuck I basically just met her few days ago. Yes she saved my life but I’ve also repayed my debt. So if you think you can use her as a weapon then you’re wrong. Kyle didn’t bother to wait for what troy had to say storming off. Approaching the exit he was stopped by the guards their weapons pointed at him.

Am going to enjoy this. Kyle smiled activating dark flames the mix of dark with a bit of red flame burning furiously in both his hand. Even though his body hurt with every movement he wasn’t worried about the guards as he could easily take them out.

Everyone lower your weapons. Now! Ona ordered with confidence. The guards were still a bit hesitant but they reluctantly lowered their weapons obeying ona’s command.

Kyle I need you to think about what you’re doing. Lumia has always watched out for you even though she didn’t know you. To be honest I had my doubts about you I mean.. come on you were a stranger and the worse a peasant but she saw great things in you.

Hearing her words Kyle clenched his fist tightly his nails digging into his skin drawing out blood.

She didn’t abandon you and your friends during the tournament so I as ask you.. will you abandon her now when she needs your help? Thinking about it Kyle indeed felt guilty. He wanted to help Lumia but his rage towards Troy clouded his reasoning.

You have to get stronger Kyle. Grunting Kyle held his head as a stinging pain struck him. The last image of Lilith playing in his head along with her words.

Fine.. I’ll do it. Kyle said finally making his decision.

Y-you will.. troy stuttered in shock seeing Kyle change his mind. He didn’t think the latter would easily accept his request after all he’d done to him.

Wise decision.. the conditions are simply bring back Lumia safely alive in one piece. Same goes for the enemy.

Why do you want me to bring back the enemy alive? Last I remembered she wants you dead. Kyle found it weird why troy wanted him to bring back the strange woman back when she clearly intended to kill him.

It’s none of your business.. I’ll deal with her myself. Looking at him Kyle could tell troy was acting odd which meant he was hiding something.

But on one condition. Kyle continued. My friends aurora and falcon I want them in exchange for Lumia and your enemy.

Of course that’s not a problem at all. your friends will be released and you all will be granted a royal pardon from me. Troy waved his hands deeming it as nothing. He’d expected Kyle to ask for a much bigger reward like Lumia kingdom or his head but surprisingly he didn’t.

If you survive that is. Boris blurted out earning a scowl from eldren and ona. If he couldn’t beat one of us then he doesn’t stand a chance against Lynn.

Boris is right. As much as I hate to say this Lynn’s power has grown stronger during the years. Am afraid it’ll be challenging to bring her down.

Scoffs.. I managed to almost beat you so I think I’ll manage against her just fine. Kyle proudly spoke puffing his chest a bit.

Underestimating Lynn would be the death of you young one. Even if you have potential you still don’t stand a chance against her.. eldren calmly said gaing a frown from Kyle.

At least not yet. Ona butted in seeing the situation was starting to escalate a bit.

That’s why we’ve come up with a way to make you more than what you are now. Troy lightly spoke a sly smirk appearing on his face. Kyle was weary of Troy’s smirk as the latter didn’t usually smile often so he concluded it must be something to Troy’s favour.

You’ll be indulged in a three day training with all four of the neighboring kings and queens. If you manage to defeat one of them at the end of the third day you’ll be ready. But, if you fail to do so then you will be killed.

Are you fucking mad! Kyle restored his veins bulging his eyes turning red. Eldren shuddered a bit clenching his fist seeing Kyle’s eye turn red.

T-think of it like this your body will heal and you’ll be gaining a lifetime lesson from the best of the bests. Ona nervously chuckled scratching her head a bit. Calming down the idea was plausible as it was a win-win for him.

Fine.. but what makes you think she wouldn’t be dead by then?

You don’t have to worry about that. I know Lynn, she won’t kill Lumia. Troy casually shook his head.

Well then I guess it’s decided. Boris smiled appearing besides Kyle in the blink of an eye nudging his arm.

[User’s arm has been broken!]
