THE SYSTEM IS NOT MINE

The courtyard of Chu Feng’s Mansion currently no longer looked peaceful.

Blood flowed on the ground, bodies scattered around.

The blue-robed man hovered above the courtyard, his face hidden by white cloth.

Cha choo was one of the black clothed men in the courtyard, with a single slash of hi sword he cut off three people.

Right then, from the main door, a silhouette came outside, wind qi gathered around him as he instantly appeared in front of Cha Choo.

Clang!

The swords collided, as Cha Choo was pushed back.

The air around Jo Chua heated up as wind qi overlapped with fire qi igniting his surround wind.

Jo Chua raised his hand, fire and wind compressed in his hand like a baseball.

Then he threw the ball towards Cha Choo.

Zia, who was hovering above in blue robes acted immediately, in an instant, he came before Cha Choo, he coated his palm with fire qi and wind and caught the incoming ball.

He was pushed two steps back and struggled to contain the ball in his palm as it tried to expand, Cha Choo who was nearby felt the intense heat of the attack.

But a few moments later, Zia completely crushed the ball as sweat ran down his forehead.

”Why do you serve Chu Feng?” Zia asked as he looked at Jo Chua.

”You have mistaken something, I don’t serve Chu Feng but Fan Yu.” Jo Chua said as he reinforced his sword with wind and fire qi, and lunged at Zia.

”Clang!”

Zia responded with his own fire and wind-qi-reinforced sword, the fire spread out with the clash and engulfed everyone nearby.

Cha Choo reacted, defending himself with his own fire qi, but the others nearby weren’t as lucky. They were caught in the flames.

Then the wind intensified as both of them flew up into the sky.

In the sky, Jo Chua’s and Zia’s swords collided again, fire spread around them but the people on the ground were not affected as both of them were far up in the sky.

”If you are not Chu Feng’s man, why are you defending the mansion then?” Zia asked.

”Sir Fan Yu is the business partner of Sir Chu Feng, we had a deal,” Jo Chua’s sword collided with Zia as he pushed Zia back.

”I am not here to fight with you,” Zia said as his sword burned with fire, and it began pulling the surrounding wind into it, but the fire did not get bigger, it became crimson.

Then Zia moved a certain distance away from Jo Chua and unleashed a curve shaped crimson fire at Jo Chua.

Jo Chua glanced at the incoming wave and met it with his qi-reinforced sword, he held for a breath before being sent flying away to a far distance.

After sending Jo Chua away, Zia panted for a breath.

And his body surrounded with fire and wind qi as he dashed downward toward the mansion.

Cha Choo, who was on the ground, saw a red streak descending from the sky toward the rooftop.

BOOM!

The red streak slammed into the rooftop, shattering it.

But right then, another red streak descended from behind him and entered the rooftop as well.

Clang!

Jo Chua’s sword collided with Zia’s as flames spread through the rubble of the shattered rooftop.

Clang!

Clang!

Jo Chua and Zia’s swords collided multiple times in close quarters then Jo Chua flew back, came as a red streak and collided with Zia as Zia was sent flying out.

Then Zia came as a red streak and collided with Jo Chua again, then from the rubble, two red streaks rose up in the sky as they continued to clash.

In the mansion, a bit far away from the rubble upstairs, a man pushed open the door of a closed room and walked out along with a lady with red hairs.

I need to find Chu Feng, he had assured me previously that there won’t be any attack on the mansion.

Fan Yu thought while looking at the rubble, the two people who were clashing in the sky, and the chaos downstairs where the black men already entered inside the mansion.

While chaos was unfolding in the mansion, in the underground prison, Yan entered the underground prison steps.

Before even entering the underground prison completely, a pebble arrived from the darkness of the steps and it was the first fire torch at the entrance of the steps, it fell down next to the prisoner.

The prisoner crawled a few steps with a shout, then the place around the entrance went dark.

The chained prisoners were still there. The chains were interesting, but his objective now was something else.

The same pebble moved from this part of the darkness and hit another torch, and it went dark there as well.

”Chu Feng’s guards! Stupid people, is someone here? Something is happening here?”

One of the prisoners shouted before the torch went off as well.

One by one, the torches of the tunnel went off as Yan took steps forward.

Soon at the end of the tunnel, he did not enter through the giant door immediately.

In the morning, he received a sword for the mission, he was still wearing the red clothes.

Yan used the sword, reinforced it with ground qi, at the same time he tore the muscle of his forearm with qi and made a cut there, his arm turned bloody as he pushed open the door and fell on the ground.

The Executioner was sitting on the altar, despite Chu Feng sending everyone out but not him, his duty was to guard the prison.

As soon as he heard, the sound of the opening door, he gripped his sword, stood up and looked at the entrance.

There he saw red clothes Yan lying on the floor as blood still flowing out of the hand.

”Enemy! They entered the prison” Yan shouted.

The Executioner looked behind Yan, he found everything black, the wind rotated around as he reached Yan and asked, ”I saw you before, you are one of us, What happened? And why are you still at the mansion ? Aren’t you all supposed to go out for the mission?”.

”I will explain other things later.... currently, the enemy has entered the prison....” Yan said while breathing heavily.

The Executioner lifted Yan up, flew towards the altar and placed Yan on it and said, ”You stay here! Let me have a look.”

Then he flew back into the tunnel.

Then Yan took out, a small tube containing brown liquid and drank it, the bleeding stopped. Then he stood up and immediately went further inside towards the fake walls of bricks.

After reaching the destination, he pulled the bricks out revealing the secret room full of green liquid bottles.

Yan approached one of the green liquid bottles and was about to take it.

BOOM!

The entire underground shook, soil began to fall from the ceiling.

A big rock fell from the above breaking all the bottles, the green liquid poured out engulfing Yan.

No! I can’t let them go to waste!

Yan thought and immediately started cultivating while simultaneously drinking as much green liquid as possible.

The green liquid began to flow inside him through his skin.

A few minutes ago, Up above.

The red streaks continued to collide then a red streak suddenly fell on the upstairs, raising more rubble.

Cough!

Cough!

From the rubble, Jo Chua crawled out.

Zia descended and landed in front of him, he was also heavily injured.

Clang!

Their sword collided again as fire spread around, all of a sudden Zia clenched near his chest and knelt.

Zia was on knees and coughed out dark blood, in front of his eyes, the blade of the sword extended to the hands of Jo Chua.

But Zia did not look at Jo Chua directly, he looked to the sides, all his men were on knees, and coughing the blood.

Then one of his men shouted as a sword pierced from his back.

The others, who were around, looked over to see a man in black clothes stabbing another, the stabbed man removed his white cloth.

”Cha chooo..” Zia shouted and remembered in the early morning Cha Choo and the servants bringing special snacks for everyone.

Cha choo did not stop, after stabbing that guy he ran away from the mansion into the streets.

Then Zia glared at Chu Feng who stood behind beside a door , ”Damn Chu Feng! Seems like we are poisoned, you planned it all..”

Before Zia could talk more, Jo Chua’s sword moved and cut the head of the Zia.

Fan Yu who was watching things beside Chu Feng, said, ”Ha..ha..my apologies, Sir Chu Feng, I misunderstood you, you really are great, you even poisoned enemies before they attacked.”

” I have planned many things but it’s not something I did,” Chu Feng said.

Right then.

”Arg!”

Fan Yu cried out in pain, then he looked at his chest, a blade was out, then he looked back, the lady in with red hairs glared at him with red eyes, as her hair fluttered in the air and her milk white shoulders tightened.

”This is for being so violent and all other things you did with me in the bed.”

The she stabbed Fan Yu again.

”This for the spices.”

And again.

”This is for Sir Chu Feng.”

Again.

” This is for calling me play thing, I am not your plaything, but Hai Mazi of Saint Merchants.”

She stabbed one last time.

Fan Yu then looked at Chu Feng and said, ”You...the general will not...” and fell on the ground.

Chu Feng did not look at the dead Fan Yu, pulled the door beside him open and said, ”Time to wrap things up.”

The sound of footsteps approached through the door.
