The First Store System

Chapter 1249: The Fourth Collective Quest!

As the sunset arrived on Thorr and its nearby cities, Aakesh closed the storeʼs doors, bringing an end to another fruitful day for the store.

[Ding!]

[Host, the reward of twenty-five thousand virtual portals had been sent. Please check the portal room!]

The next moment, Aakesh heard the alerts from the system. Aakesh nodded and then proceeded toward the porta room.

As expected, the space inside the portal room had grown severalfold, with virtual portals placed in a fixed range from each other. Before the reward, there were 13,148 portals in the store, but after receiving the reward, it had grown to 48,148, almost four times.

The store already had a customer base in the range of one hundred thousand at the opening time, and for them to enter Panagea at once was still not possible, but it would allow many more customers than before to enter.

There wasnʼt much change other than that, but not long after, a blue screen popped out in front of him, containing the details of the eighth Panagea quest in the series.

[Mission Sequence: Eight

Mission Objective: Sell Panagea Hours,

Description: Host, the store has successfully met the requirement of selling 650,000 Panagea hours for consecutive five thousand days.

Requirement: Now, itʼs time for you to increase your contribution further and make even more customers interested in the product.

Number of Panagea hours you need to sell: 2,500,000 hours every day for continuous fifty thousand days,

Mission reward: One hundred thousand new virtual portals addition,

Duration: 55,000 days,

Failure Punishment: Loss of five thousand virtual portals, and the sales commission will get reduced to 0% of the productʼs price for five thousand years.]

Aakesh focused on the screen in front of him. The selling hours requirement had grown by four times, and similar was the rate of increment in reward. The number of consecutive days required had risen by ten times, becoming fifty thousand days, almost 150 years.

The system also gave a buffer time of five thousand days to the store, which wasnʼt much of a necessity for the store. The customer inflow to the store at that moment was enough to sell 2.5 million Panagea hours, let alone the growth of new customers.

Aakesh only took a casual glance at the punishment section and then waved his hands. The next moment, the screen started fading, and soon after, it disappeared, waiting for Aakesh to call it back.

As Aakesh stepped out of the room, he was bombarded with several notifications.

[Ding!]

[Host, the store has fulfilled the requirement of activating the fourth collective quest.]

[Host, please see the screen in front of you for the quest.]

Aakesh had been waiting for the store to complete the Panagea quest since it was stopping the fourth collective quest from activating. Now that it had been done, the requirement was fulfilled.

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of the quest appeared in front of him.

Aakesh looked at the screen in front of him and read the details written on it. Since there was the addition of the product skill in the store, there was an additional section in the quest.

The requirement for every product sale had grown by one thousand times as the series followed. Aakesh immediately came down to the reward section and found that there was no monetary reward. Instead, the system was awarding upgrades to two products.

The reward was clearly better than expected since the money in his storage was only growing with every passing day the store was open.

Aakesh then took a casual glance at the failure section and waved his hand. The next moment, the screen disappeared, waiting for Aakesh to call it back.

Lily and Khaval were sitting patiently on Aakeshʼs head while things played out in the store.

”Do you think I care about your well-being?” Hartol scoffed as he slapped the young man in front of him.

”I am offering you the money you desperately need. If you take the job, itʼs yours, and if you donʼt, I will find someone else,” Hartol added.

After consecutive deaths due to his missions, cultivators from different organizations stopped accepting Hartolʼs mission.

Things wouldnʼt have been awful, but if Hartol spent a long period of time in peace without trying to harm the store, a wave of unbearable pain would occur, torturing him. At the same time, his strength also grew at an outrageous rate if he was thinking of plans to attack the store and Aakesh.

Since no agents were taking on his mission, Hartol decided to choose those guys who urgently needed money. The young man in front of Hartol was one such person. The manʼs daughter was cursed, and to solve that, the man needed a large sum.

The man was a Sacred King, so his wealth wasnʼt that bad, but the sum required was humongous, and he could only take out half the total sum.

The man stood there with a swollen right cheek. The man was hesitating about whether to take the mission or not. He was willing to do everything to save her daughter, but when the choice arrived between her and his life: he couldnʼt make an immediate decision.

”I will do it, but you need to give the money first, and I will only act after three months,” The man told Hartol after a long pause.
