Chapter 1244: Autumn and Katrina(1)

After repeated ring pushing from Katrina, Grant had no choice but to take the space ring back. He then took the extra resource and handed the ring to Katrina.

When Katrina found that there were no extra resources, she took the ring and thanked Grant.

She and Autumn had been unable to buy a beast from the second pillar since they couldnʼt afford a top-quality beast. The arrival of Grant was a fortunate event for Katrina since she had finally gained a significant amount and could afford top beasts.

”Now we can buy beasts,” Katrina informed Autumn.

Autumn was taken aback when she heard Katrinaʼs message. She looked at her in shock.

”You donʼt need to do that,” Autumn immediately replied since beasts from the second pillar were expensive, and she already owed too much to Katrina.

”Did I ask for your opinion?” Katrina scoffed and cut off the conversation. Autumn tried to speak again, but Katrina ignored her.

Katrina was waiting for Grant and Clarkson to leave before she and Autumn went to the beast room. Katrina also respected Asuras, and she wasnʼt going to insult them by buying things in front of the giver, showing her lack of wealth.

Aakesh couldnʼt help but be surprised by the restraint shown by Katrina since how could he not know what was going on inside her head?

Time was like a stream that kept flowing without stopping, and the twenty hours of training for Clarkson were over.

The next moment, the system forced him out of the training area, and light returned to his eyes while the transparent, golden barrier surrounding him disappeared.

Clarkson was disappointed with the exit since he wanted to stay there forever. The battle to this point had been entirely one-sided on the opponentʼs side. The best result Clarkson had received before being forced out. He managed to survive three hits and even an attack.

His attack didnʼt connect, but his sword still reached the opponent before he got cut in half and died.

Clarkson was feeling the difference between before entering the training area and after, and he found that there was a slight improvement. He felt his thoughts running faster and his reflexes getting slightly quicker. It was only a minute growth, but it was still one.

When Clarkson exited the room, he remembered the bloodline tremble he had felt earlier. At that time, only the coming battle mattered to him, but now that he had come outside of the training area, he could finally focus on that.

Since Clarkson had ordered Grant to find out the cause, he immediately went to him. He was surprised when he saw the humble expression on Grantʼs face.

Clarkson had an idea why Grant was like that, but the idea seemed so ludicrous that he immediately threw it away.

”My esteemed lord, would you kindly consider gracing our modest planet with your divine presence?” Clarkson humbly requested Katrina. His arrogant appearance nowhere to be seen.

Clarksonʼs reaction wasnʼt as outrageous as Grantʼs, but it was completely opposite of what he was actually like in reality.

Katrina could only smile wryly since after a lot of effort, she had stopped Grant from talking with her. She had no issues with conversation, but Grantʼs humble manner caused her to feel uncomfortable since he was a Sacred Emperor.

Clarkson stepped inside the beast room, with Grant following him. Katrina had refused his invitation, but since she had promised to visit his home planet, Clarksonʼs mood was better.

When his ancestor found out about Katrina and how she would come after Clarksonʼs invitation, he would surely be happy and his status would further grow in the family.

There was only a single customer in front of the second device, so Clarkson didnʼt have to wait long. During the short waiting time, Clarkson discussed with Grant how to inform his grandpa and ancestor about Katrina.ραпdαs `n?ν?| сom

When it was finally Clarksonʼs turn, he stopped talking and focused on what was ahead of him.

After learning about the beast in detail, Clarkson wanted one. Since his cultivation was Supreme God, he didnʼt need to start with low-level beast.

Hoping for the beast he wanted, Clarkson pressed the button, activating the first summoning round.

The next moment, the square light started to rotate around the nine sections, and kept at it for five seconds.

Clarksonʼs eyes shone in excitement when his eyes fell on the beast on the screen. It was only his first attempt, but it was the beast he wanted.
