The First Store System

Chapter 1211: The Second Skill Quest!

”1. The assistant would get protection from the store for themselves and their immediate family members,

2. Their monthly pay will be 99,999 supreme Primal stones,

3. They would get 50 free Panagea hours every month. If they had any hours left after the end of the month, they would get added to the next monthʼs tally.

4. They would get three pills of any category free in a month,

5. They would get a growth weapon corresponding to their cultivation levels,

6. The assistant would be able to select a cultivation art of their like for them,

7. They would be the second to know of any new product after the store owner,

8. As the number of products increases, their benefits will see growth.”

As Lily held the card, the benefits of her employment in the store rang in her ears. These were the exact benefits Jonnah had gotten from the store.

Before Lily became the assistant, Jonnah earned a monthly salary of 999,999 supreme Primal stones. He would have to give up on earning that large amount every month, but he wasnʼt sad about it. In fact, he was excited about what the future held for him.

”You will act as the storeʼs assistant from tomorrow on,” Jonnah informed Lily.

She nodded with a wide smile, excited about what the next day would bring her. It wasnʼt the end, as Jonnah added, ”You can check at your residence.”

”Thank you, senior.” Lily thanked Jonnah and then left for the residence next to the store.

He and his family had already vacated the residence the morning before the contest, so Lily didnʼt need to wait to move into the house.

After Lily left, Jonnah also took a last look at the store and then left. After he walked out, the storeʼs door automatically closed.

Jonnah had decided to ascend the same night, so he went to his family, who now lived in the wealthiest street in Kakot, the capital of the Bisan Empire.

[Host, the sun is about to rise on Thorr and its nearby cities!]

As Aakesh was meditating, the systemʼs voice rang in his ears. He opened his eyes and turned to his left.

Not finding any screen, he stood up. The next moment, he summoned the door to his room.

***

The sun rose in Thorr and its nearby cities, forcing the darkness to hide.

Swoosh!

A sound rang as the door slid open, causing excitement in the eyes of the large crowd in front of the store.

Aakesh didnʼt let those people wait any longer and turned around, returning to his chair.

The people on the street thronged to the store like a raging tide. The next moment, the street brimming with people turned into an empty street with a few people here and there.

As the customers entered the store, a golden light covered the first 13,148 customers as they stepped inside. Those who werenʼt quick enough to get shrouded felt disappointed, but not for long, and they soon returned to smiling.

Those customers who owned cards immediately went toward the portal room, while those who didnʼt: formed a queue in front of Aakesh to pay for their entry into Panagea.

Time flew by, and soon it had been six hours since the store opened its doors for the day.

”Store owner, I want to complete the purchase,” A customer approached Aakesh and requested.

Aakesh nodded and took the skill cards from the manʼs hand. There were three of them in total, and the man was a new customer.

”You need to pay two thousand four hundred twenty-four higher Sacred stones,” Aakesh informed the man.

The man nodded and then took the required sum out of his inner world. He then pushed it toward Aakesh.

Aakesh waved his hands, and the stones disappeared from the store.

Not long after, an alert that the amount was correct rang in Aakeshʼs head.

”These cards are yours…” Aakesh then informed the man of the successful sale and explained the process of absorbing the knowledge.

”Thank you, store owner!” The man thanked Aakesh and then left toward the beastʼs room.

Ding!

After the man left, several mechanical, emotionless alerts bombarded Aakeshʼs head. Since another customer was taking the manʼs place, Aakesh decided to focus on it later.

Time flew by, and minutes passed in a flash. Aakesh finally got freedom from customers approaching him from any of the rooms or outside the store.

Aakesh then focused on the alerts he had heard minutes earlier, and the next moment, the familiar notification rang in his ears.

Ding!

[Host, congratulations on the sale of the skills! The commission for the sale of the skills by Zandar has been transferred to you.]

[The ”Mission reward:One hundred purer higher Sacred stones had been transferred to the system space.]

[Host, please see the quest window for your new quest.]

The next moment, a blue window containing the details of the second quest in the skill series appeared in front of him.

[Mission Sequence: Second

*(10,000,000 Novice, Advanced, Expert, Master skills = 2,000,000 King level = 1,000,000 Emperor level = 500,000 God level skills.)

Aakesh looked at the screen, showing him the second quest in the skill sequence.

It was only the second day for the skills in the store, and the store had already completed the first quest. It was even beyond Aakeshʼs expectations.

The sales for skills ranging from King to God level were extremely low, but the bottom four levels were selling at a rapid rate since their cost wasnʼt that high.

The requirement for the second quest had grown a thousandfold, while the time limit had only grown by ten times. It followed the pattern as usual, so Aakesh wasnʼt very surprised by it.
