The First Store System

Chapter 1073: Reason!

Aakesh remained expressionless on the outside, but on the inside, he couldnʼt help but smile when he saw the expression on Ranshʼs face change from anger to fear.

At the same time, he could also see Ranshʼs swollen cheeks. Even though Judith was smiling, she tightly held Ranshʼs hands. It seemed like there was force involved.

How could she not bring Ransh and let him run when her idol, the store owner, had asked her?

”Store owner, I brought Ransh,” Judith stated with a look of asking for compliments from Aakesh.

Aakesh nodded, and Judithʼs cheeks swelled in pride. She finally let go of Ranshʼs hands and then explained whatever happened after she left the store to bring Ransh.

Judith understood that whatever she heard was wrong about Aakesh, but her respect for Aakesh grew even further in her heart as he didnʼt accept the claims. She soon found Ransh with a bunch of his friends.

It was a group of seven, and when they saw Judith coming toward them from afar, four of them ran away. Ransh was also one of the runnings.

Judith immediately chased Ransh, and in that chase, her hands mistakenly acted and pinched his cheeks, swelling them.

”Why were you running away from me?” Judith asked, letting go of his cheeks.

Ransh had tears forming in his eyes as the pinching wasnʼt a comfortable feeling.

”I was going home,” Ransh replied with a hint of anger in his voice.

After hearing the story of how Ransh confessed, faking the story, and other things, Judith stopped speaking.

”Why did you tell her I battled Sun Elves?” Aakesh asked Ransh.

Ranshʼs face was pale from fright, and his legs were trembling.

ʼIs this my last day?ʼ The fearful thought appeared in his head, making the moment worse.

”Please donʼt kill me,” Ransh immediately kneeled and apologized, surprising Aakesh.

The next moment, an invisible energy acted and pushed Ransh above.

”I wonʼt kill you. Why did you lie?” Aakesh asked. At the same time, a calming energy acted on Ransh, calming him.

Ransh soon calmed down, and tears stopped running from his eyes. He wiped his tears, looked at Aakesh, and then began, ”Master Senior, during the event...”

Aakesh understood what was going on after listening to the story. During the competition, many people came to watch. Along with William and Elle, a few Sun Elves also came. They acted arrogantly with the Vurrons and pissed off these children. But when the store owner spoke, their arrogance disappeared, and they stopped speaking and sat on their respective seats.

”Master Senior, please accept me as your student,” Ransh suddenly kneeled and requested.

Judith was surprised by Ranshʼs movement, but she also repeated the same, kneeling and asking Aakesh to take her as his student.

Aakesh looked dumbfounded by the sudden change in the situation. He could understand Ranshʼs request, but Judith was a Divine Being cultivator, even higher than his cultivation.

***

Ransh and Judith stood outside the store with disappointment written all over their faces. Aakesh bluntly refused their requests and told them to leave the store.

”I will make master senior accept me as a disciple,” Judith looked at Ransh and vowed. Her referring way to Aakesh also changed.

Ransh only scoffed and vowed the same in his head. Whether they would be able to accomplish their vows was up to the future, but this moment would change their destinies and would be the defining moment for the birth of two powerful cultivators.

***

After Ransh and Judith left the store, Aakesh forgot about them and closed his eyes, waiting for a customer.

Time flew by, and around an hour had passed.

The six-hour stay of the customers in the second group was over, so the system forced them out one by one.

In no time, the number of people waiting for their turn dropped from 296 to 148 at the waiting corner.

While the customers of the second group were leaving the store, a new customer approached Aakesh.

”Hello, store owner,” Dorton greeted Aakesh.

Aakesh nodded in response to the customerʼs greeting and waited for the man to ask about the storeʼs products.

”I am Dorton, the prince of the Gortrega Empire,” Dorton introduced himself.

The Gortrega Empire was one of the few Empires on the planet Curiel. It was headed by an intermediate Lesser God.

The royal family of the Gortrega Empire belonged to the Feritick race. The Feritick was a demonic race, tracing their ancestry to a very powerful race in the Demon group.

The ancestors of Feriticks were cast out of the race a long time ago, but still, their background was the greatest on the planet.

”I am Aakesh,” Aakesh responded with his usual introduction response.

***

”Store owner, I want to enter Panagea,” Dorton asked after learning about the storeʼs products.

”You canʼt. All the spots inside Panagea are booked,” Aakesh responded while pointing at the 148 customers waiting for their turn to arrive in Panagea.

After Panagea was out of the way, Dorton decided to focus on other storesʼ products. He was a peak Divine Lord on the verge of crossing the barrier of the True God, so the store had products available for someone of his level.

The first product other than Panagea, that came to Dortonʼs mind was the higher mind expansion pill.

***

”You need to pay three higher Sacred stones,” Aakesh stated expressionlessly while handing over three first-grade higher pills to Dorton.

Dorton nodded and immediately pushed the three stones, which he had already taken out, toward Aakesh.

After buying the pills, Dorton left the store since he wanted to see whether he could cross the barrier with the help of the pills.

Time flew by, and hours passed.

Customers continued to enter the store at irregular intervals while sales continued without stopping. The storeʼs popularity kept growing at a rapid rate with every passing day.

The store became the center of envy for all the other store owners on Seventeenth Street, but the expression of enthusiasm for using the product surpassed that envy.

Just like that, it had been a year since the store appeared in the Sacred Dimension. A year was a very short duration, considering the immortal lifespan of the cultivators in the Sacred Dimension, but the growth of the cultivators was visible due to the products.
