The First Store System

Chapter 765: Assistant Selection(2)

Since the auction of the card has now come to its conclusion, it was time for

Aakesh to begin the next show. Aakesh stood up from his chair, and soon, silence fell inside the store, with every attendee looking at Aakesh.

The event with the territory was usually the last contest in the three-day events, so when the attendees found out that the event was still far from over, they got excited to know the reason behind it. ”The next contest would be the last.” ”The store is looking for assistance. The next contest will find that assistant,” Aakesh didnʼt keep attendees in suspicion and came to his point right away.

The store customers were already aware of it since Aakesh had announced it two days before the event. Only the attendees found it for the first time.Despite knowing, the store customers turned solemn as they didnʼt want to miss a single word. Becoming an assistant to the store was far more valuable than any reward from the three-day event, so the excitement seen in the crowd turned out to be the same as Aakesh had expected. Even though the attendees had extreme excitement plastered on their faces, they controlled themselves and didnʼt interrupt Aakesh.

”To participate in the selection, the participant needs to fulfill a few

conditions:

1. They must be a regular store user with their experience being more than one

year,

2. The participants must be younger than ten thousand years,

3. The participants must quit any organization they currently belong to if they get selected.”

Aakesh announced the three conditions required by him for the store assistant. The conditions werenʼt harsh as Aakesh didnʼt want to set it to a limited number of people. Aakesh wanted the participant pool to be as large as possible. Considering that, he made the first two conditions. As for the third condition, it was always going to be there. The store wasnʼt going to hire a member that belonged to other organizations. When the people in the crowd heard about the conditions, many people lost their faces. According to Aakesh, the conditions werenʼt harsh, but not for those who had grown older than ten thousand years. ”The store would have benefits for the assistant since they would directly work for the store:

1. The assistant would get protection from the store for themselves and their

immediate family members,

2. Their monthly pay will be 99,999 supreme Primal stones,

3. They would get 50 free Panagea hours every month. If they had any hours

left after the end of the month, they would get added to the next monthʼs tally.

4. They would get three pills of any category free in a month,

5. They would get a growth weapon corresponding to their cultivation levels,

6. The assistant would be able to select a cultivation art of their like for them,

7. They would be the second to know of any new product after the store owner,

8. As the number of products increases, their benefits would see growth.” Aakesh announced the eight benefits the store assistant was going to get from the store.

Except for the monthly pay, everything was going from the pockets of the system.

When the attendees heard the benefits, those who didnʼt fulfill any condition of the two had their hearts further broken from disappointment.

As he asked the attendees who fulfilled the two conditions and were ready to quit their organization in case they got selected to raise their hands, Akeesh did not pause for tears or laughter in the attendeeʼs hearts.Since there were no cultivation requirements or payment to participate in the next contest, all the attendees who fulfilled the three requirements raised their hands.

The next moment, Aakesh snapped his fingers, and all the participants appeared on the platform.

In the crowd section, there were still a few people who had their hands raised in the air. They couldnʼt help but grow disappointed in their hearts. They all fulfilled the requirement of them being regular store customers for one year, but their ages werenʼt eligible.

One of the participants not to get selected was only three days past his ten thousandth year, so if the event were going to happen three days earlier, he would also be able to participate.

The system checked every participant, so there was no way for people who didnʼt fulfill even a single condition to appear on the platform.

Aakesh ignored those who didnʼt get selected and focused on those who were eligible for the contest.

The number of participants participating in the contest was higher than the number of competitors in the territory competition. The number exceeded the five hundred million mark, with the majority of the participants being lower than Tao Seed level cultivation. Elena, the winner of the territory contest, was disappointedly looking toward the platform since she was still a few months away from fulfilling the first condition.

Many organization leaders also had ugly faces since many of their talented members were standing on the platform. They felt uncomfortable because they did not fulfill the conditions. And also, the winning member would have to leave, so if any talented member of their organization won, all the resources they invested in the person would have to get forgotten. As for complaining against the condition set by the store, they would only do

that when they stopped loving their lives. Any organization would do this, so the store wasnʼt wrong here. Their members were erroneous since they didnʼt ask their higher-ups first before raising their hands. The organizationʼs higher-ups then decided to punish those members after the event was over since only one would get selected. While there was a storm brewing in the hearts of several organization higher-ups or leaders, Aakesh was explaining the format of the contest to the participants. Since the store was a business, the format of the contest was also related to business. Every participant would get a personal store in a world full of stores. The participant would have to raise the value of their stores, and the competition would continue till the first participant gained the monopoly in their world. At the same time, Aakesh had set a time limit of five centuries, so the contest also had chances of no assistant being selected. Aakesh wanted the best for his store, so if he didnʼt get it this year, he would get one during the next yearʼs events..
