The Conquerors Path

Chapter 881: Chapter 879-Maybe I Can Start It?

Austinʼs POV:

ʼI wonder how this will all end up?ʼ

I mused as I leaned against the sofa. I had applied all the pressure to Valdris, and it wouldnʼt take long before she fully fell. But even I couldnʼt fully dictate how the situation would twist, what kind of dark thoughts or actions she might take to satisfy me, or how the newborn personality twist would be created.

ʼWhat I know is that it will be a twist done.ʼ

I a small smirk at the end of my lips as I thought of the second target at bay, the Queen Mother would be in her room, filled with shame, love, and excitement, and she wouldnʼt be able to settle down the lust within her without my help at all, the question would be how will she try to use the situation she is creating?

I know for a fact that someone who has lived so long and thrived as a ruler will have her ways of getting to me. Normally, I would have to worry about how I would deal with someone as powerful as her, but with the current level I have reached, turning that woman into my corrupted fellow will be very easy.

ʼMaking her desires shine will take some work though.ʼ

My mind churned at that thought. Even with my level of fully corrupt Lyssandra, I would need her to embrace all those dark desires of hers. There are a lot of dark thoughts and desires in everyone. The difference that turns us away from humans and animals is the fact that we can control and keep them in check.

The speciality I have is to pull at the hidden sexual darkness, which would be of more use to me, itʼs the easiest one to pull and control for me, which would mean I will have to force Lyssandra quite a bit, cause her perverted desires will have to be worked on and fully taking will be the way for me to control and command her.

And once I have the Queen Mother in my control it would be very easy for me to play Valdris in the palm of my hands.

”Why do I feel like you are planning something evil?”

Zora suddenly asked from my side, making me look at her with a lowered smile as I asked. ”Why do you think that?”

Zora smiled cheekily at my words as she replied.

”You just have that smile on your face that seems to say I am planning something fun and evil.”

I touched my cheeks at her words, a small confused voice elevating me as I asked.

”I have something like that?”

Zora chuckling nodded at my words.

ʼGuess my inhibitions are lowering down.ʼ

I laughed inwardly at that thought, a relaxing feeling filling my body as I spoke to Zora.

”You will have to leave early, I still have some things to settle here.”

At my words, Zora looked at me with a raised eyebrow as she asked. ”Something important?”

”Yes.”

I replied to which Zora just lowered herself to the sofa and spoke.

”I want to help you.”

Smirking at her words I replied.

”You just want to avoid all the work I gave you to do.”

”I have no idea what you are talking about.”

Zora replied back but I wasnʼt one to back down as I looked at her with narrowed eyes, seeing which Zora changed her head sideways, which made me still look at her after which Zora finally spoke.

”Sigh...fine, I will head back soon, I still have to record the findings of this experiment of mine.”

Zoraʼs voice was very low as she said the end of her words, making me smile, her mischievous side was still active but I canʼt have her stay with me for too long, I have already established the goals for what I need to do for her and I have also completed my goal with Zora too, all that is left is for Zora to settle her own emotions.

Plus she really does have things to do back in the academy and I can understand the fact that she is still staying here with the small desire to not even attend to those responsibilities, there is also the fact that she gets this alone time with me and gets to see all this marvellous creation which she doesnʼt normally get to see at all.

ʼI am starting to like to have some new plans for all this.ʼ

My eyes flashed with a certain desire as my senses looked through this entire place, easily catching and seeing all the things happening around me, my gaze soon settling down at Queen Elenara, she in her own office as she was currently looking to be in deep thought, I could easily understand the situation around her.

ʼA deep sense of jealousy and inferiority complex against Valdris.ʼ

Something that she has been living through for a whole long time in her life, something which she fights against in her dreams and nightmares, and I could see deep into those dirty hidden desires of hers, the clear path towards corrupting her being seen by me but I paused

myself for a moment.

ʼIs she even worth it?ʼ

The greedy corrupted side of mine, roared inside me to corrupt that woman, just to make the king pay for even trying to go against me but I held it back with order, my mind flashing with ideas or scenarios in which Queen Elenara even would be useful to me, I mean I am already getting Valdris and Lyssandra.

Two of them were more powerful than Queen Elenara, in all aspects of life, with them in my palms it would be very easy to control several parts of this city, for a moment I closed my

eyes.

ʼSystem get me the whole detailed info of Queen Elenara.ʼ

[That will be about 4000 affection.]

ʼCheap, but worth it.ʼ

With that all the info I needed, flowed directly into my mind, her background, her desires, everything she has achieved till now everything she still wants to achieve but what really caught my attention was Queen Elenaraʼs background, her family is among the most powerful families within this whole city, one of great background and power, and one with even very high connections to even the War council.

ʼA faction within a faction.ʼ

I internally laughed at that, it would seem that Queen Elenaraʼs family is part of the faction that also belongs to Valdris, it is controlled by the two families, one Valdris married, the other one belonging to Queen Elenara, into which Queen Elenaraʼs family has a lot of power over other families within the city itself.

ʼA high nobility which easily deals and mixes with nobility itself.”

A family that is easily moving and controlling all the powerful families, unlike the royal family, this one is more autonomous, not to mention the fact that they control a lot of money and weapon production too, the whole family itself being one of the most noble families within the whole dwarven legacy, highly respected.

ʼAnd Queen Elenaraʼs parents love her very much and care for her, especially that grandfather of hers.”

I settled deeply into my position, the current I have a high level of money, enough to last till the end of everything, money flows so much that I donʼt even know where I will be able to spend it, and thanks to my books and some music, I also have a large amount of access and control over the general public, after all, you canʼt underestimate the value of the written word, it can change worlds.

This means on the hidden I have absolute popularity, I also have access to a great amount of information and thanks to my system now I will never get the end of it but what I truly lack from all this is true control over the world, true control to exact my desires and change the world at my command, what I mean is real political power to change everything, that is what I

lack in the dark.

And that is what I am building right now, in the light Austin Lionheart has a lot of followers

and publicity and with the girls I am seducing I am also slowly having great power over the world too, in terms of absolute power I can command none will be able to face me, especially now that I have two churches backing me.

But if I want to move true political powers, then I need real ones with great political backgrounds that will move at my command, sure I can use the power of the churches to change everything, after all, who would go against the command of the divine? Especially the

Supremes...

But doing something like that will only cause more issues, the fact is that forcing such paths will lead to a higher chance of resistance or discomfort but if it comes from ones that are already considered to be in power then it wouldnʼt be an issue at all, in fact, it would be a boon, in that scenario I would need such power in my hands.

The capture targets arenʼt fully under my command, in fact, itʼs me who has to tiptoe around

them, thus itʼs time I put into action another plan of mine that I scrapped away because it wasnʼt something I wanted to put my hands into, I didnʼt have such power and I didnʼt have such a strong heart too.
