The Conquerors Path

Chapter 868: Chapter 866-Powerful Change.

”What does this mean?”

Valdris asked with a choked sense of emotions in her, her gaze fully focused on the face of Austin, to which Queen Mother Lyssandra replied:

”I donʼt know, but I know one thing-it seems we are falling into a deep hole of emotions that we wonʼt even be able to see the end of.”

As she said this, for a moment, a dark swirling emotion passed through Queen Mother Lyssandraʼs eyes. Unlike her daughter, Queen Mother Lyssandra had gone through this situation far longer than her. It was the rippling pain and shifting emotions in her mind that kept pushing against her. This unstopping pain drove Queen Mother Lyssandra to great heights.

She was among the very few women who came to truly rule over this kingdom of dwarves, and she was also among the rare ones who focused truly on creation and combat. Driven by sheer will, she rose to the level of an Imperial in hopes that perhaps this curse that binds them would slow down if she reached such a high level of power.

But Queen Mother Lyssandra was wrong. It didnʼt change, and perhaps, in some sense of the way, it only got even worse for her, changing her mind and twisting her in many ways. These rapid emotions that kept coming to them without change were only a curse. Even in her marriage and ruling, she could never truly find peace. Thus, she hunted for that peace all her life, even when she became an Imperial.

Countless creations happened at the hands of Queen Mother Lyssandra in hopes of creating something that would stabilize the emotions that wouldnʼt stop within her. Yet it always ended in failure, never giving her the true stop she needed. It had twisted her up, created cracks in her marriage, and led her to close herself from the whole world.

The truth is, for Queen Mother Lyssandra, nothing seemed to bring her the true peace she needed. It had driven her nearly mad, yet she hid it well from the outside world. The only ones that knew of her situation were confined in her hands. Only God knows how many times Queen Mother Lyssandra had prayed for a way out of her torture.

And now the solution lay right in front of her, in the form of a human. Immense desire was running rampant in the heart of Queen Mother Lyssandra. She just wanted to kidnap and take this boy away, to keep him locked up with her until she could find what it was ticking in this boy-to find the solution from within him.

Yet it was nearly taking all of her willpower not to let the crazy emotions running rampant in her heart take over.

ʼHas my heart ever beaten like this?ʼ

Queen Mother Lyssandra thought as she tried to hold over her heart for a moment. Even when she got married to maintain some peace, even when she had romantic interaction with her husband, even when she created the most powerful of treasures, even when she finally broke into the Imperial realm-at none of these times did her heart ever beat like this.

Just standing there in this room, facing this boy, her heart wavered and hit in ways she couldnʼt place her finger on. Her cheeks lit up with a light blush that made her look beautiful. Her heart was beating faster and faster, her body heat rising in small ways she couldnʼt fully control, her lower body tingling in ways it had never done, the same for her breast that seemed to ripple on its own.

Just standing here was making her feel emotions she had only heard of. She knew of love. She had perhaps even developed some sort of emotions like this for her husband too, but it had never been this high. She was currently at peace, fully in control of her emotions-those past situations of overwhelming change no longer holding her.

Yet as she stood over the young man, she felt her emotions swirl even higher than ever before. Even with peace rippling within her mind, Queen Mother Lyssandra felt that she could go on for eternity just looking at the face of the young man, just having him beside her, just having him look at her.

”This is too much.ʼ

Queen Mother Lyssandra thought as she looked at her daughter, her gaze and her senses easily picking up the same emotions she embodied passing through her own daughter. As ones who suffer the same, the two of them could understand each otherʼs desperation for what they now had within their palms.

”Is he the emotion we picked up that day?”

At her words, Queen Mother Lyssandra just nodded her head lightly. A day or more before, the two women had felt a change in their minds. Their blood had boiled, and their minds had shifted. Deep within their souls, a longing called out. It was as if their true mate had awakened. The two of them had felt an overwhelming desire to just run out of everything, leave everything behind, and go to that calling, beckoning them forth.

Yet the calling came as it went, but the two women had understood the fact that something had changed within them. Queen Mother Lyssandra, being the most powerful, felt that very same call the moment Austin had walked into the palace. She had felt peace, she had felt calmness, and she had felt...unlimited love.

Queen Mother Lyssandra bit her lips a bit. She was more than old enough to understand what was happening to her. Just standing right here, right now, was filling her up with immense happiness-happiness no change, no power, no other situation could ever give her. And it was only making her hate herself even more because of the fact that she didnʼt want to resist this! Yes! She wanted to feel this more, she wanted this calling to keep taking her. The two women knew they didnʼt want to reject this feeling at all. Unknown to them, the now awakened divine power running through Austin has more power over them than they can ever hope to match. If before, Austin could only let things flow, since his power level lay within the Origin.

But now, having awakened to be a half-divine, one of the highest order even, his control over the bloodline that is generated to him is more powerful than any. He could simply take full overall control, and with his bloodline even evolving over with him, its control of love and addiction over the women only increased to a higher pace.

Previously created love that would bloom with time started to run rampant, which means itʼs quickly filling up the two women with love that takes time and effort to fill. Even for Lora, itʼs the small subtle calling of the bloodlines that kept happening over time that finally blasted into full-blown love.

Yet all these changes were now happening within seconds, minutes, and hours. The more they stayed close, the more the subtle tendrils of control slowly started to corrupt their minds. The small, subtle hints now have only gotten stronger. Before, with such resistance, the bloodline kept itself in control over Austinʼs command. Now, Austin let itself go free!

Laying there on the bed, the subtle lines of control of the bloodline slowly started to take control over the two women. Emotions and feelings connected over countless long-lost timelines, fully being pulled in and supremely affecting the two women, twirling and tumbling into them, filling their whole emotional spectrum with just pure, dark, and unending love!

The two women couldnʼt even feel it, or they, more accurately, couldnʼt even resist it. Within seconds, their emotions fell under a heavy downpour. Hot, steamy breaths started to leave the mouth of Queen Mother Lyssandra, her face fully flushed as her hand went forth to hold over Austinʼs head, getting a feel of it.

The much older woman, who had lived through it longer than Valdris, felt its changes, and the expression of Valdris even twisted as she looked at this, feeling jealous of her own mother!

The first thought she ever had was something was going wrong. The next thought she had was to stay away from this. Yet the situation of finally feeling this meant peace made it hard for her to move away. Thus, she stayed, and thus, the fate of Valdris was also sealed.

The change in her thoughts was fast and dangerous. The beginning thoughts were of how she could take control of this, how she could control the young man, how she could extract his speciality. It was then to how to control the situation, how to plan up with her mother the disgust that she was feeling such emotions along with her mother.

The thought is to take her mother away and to discuss this because, unlike her dead husband, Queen Mother Lyssandra is still married! Then her thoughts soon quickly twisted, her gaze only and fully fixed on Austin, her lower body heating up, her nipples getting harder as they

rubbed against her dress.

Valdrisʼs face was getting hotter, her face flashing with a beautiful blush over the cold,

arrogant face she always keeps.

ʼWhat was I thinking again?ʼ Valdris thought.
