I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

Shukaku hurriedly summoned a large amount of sandstorm to wrap around itself, wanting to use this to resist Nagasawa’s attack.

But it had far underestimated Nagasawa’s strength.

Crack! Crack!

Nagasawa’s fist, wrapped in white light, struck Shukaku’s sandstorm armor as if striking a mirror, producing sounds like a mirror shattering.

For a moment, dense, tiny white cracks appeared on Shukaku’s airtight armor.

Rumble!!!

A huge explosion sounded, and the powerful aftermath transformed into an arc-shaped airwave that pressed toward the surroundings, flattening a large number of trees. The ground also produced bursts of explosions, raising smoke and dust that filled the sky and blocked vision.

”How is this possible, this power!” Shukaku’s eyes widened, its face full of disbelief as it rapidly flew backward. The armor originally on its body all turned into scattered sand that fell and smashed onto the ground.

At this time, Shukaku only felt immense pain coming from the place it had been hit, as if it had been smashed by a meteor falling from the sky.

Boom boom boom!!

The backward-flying Shukaku smashed into a large mountain before finally stopping, and Nagasawa also flashed and appeared in front of Shukaku again.

”Who exactly are you? How can you have this kind of power?” Shukaku could not help asking.

Clearly, Nagasawa’s power made Shukaku feel puzzled. It had seen people who could suppress Tailed Beasts, but this was the first time Shukaku had seen someone beat up a Tailed Beast with fists like this.

”Me? Just an ordinary Hokage Assistant.” Nagasawa smiled and said.

”Shukaku, you are no longer in Sunagakure now. You are in Konoha, and Konoha just happens to be my territory. I hope you won’t cause trouble in the future and will listen to Gaara.”

”What? You want me to listen to that three-year-old brat? Are you dreaming? Even the Kazekage doesn’t dare speak to me like that.” Although the One-Tail had just been fiercely punched, its bearing did not diminish in the slightest and it remained tough.

Nagasawa raised his eyebrows. It seemed that the punch just now had held back too much, causing the One-Tail to apparently not feel enough pain and still dare to be so arrogant.

”What a coincidence. The Kazekage also doesn’t dare speak like that in front of me. How about we continue practicing?” Nagasawa said with a smile.

Since one punch had not hurt it, then he would add a few more punches. If adding two more punches still did not work, then he would keep beating it until the One-Tail was convinced.

Seeing that Nagasawa seemed ready to attack again, the One-Tail subconsciously took a step back. From the brief exchange just now, it already knew that it was not Nagasawa’s opponent.

With a human’s small body and speed, it could not hit Nagasawa at all, while Nagasawa could easily hit it, and it hurt very much.

”Listen, human. It is impossible for me to listen to that little brat, but if you are willing to face my Tailed Beast Ball head-on, then during my time in Konoha, I will not take the initiative to come out.” The One-Tail thought for a moment and said.

Although Nagasawa was strong, Shukaku had confidence in its Tailed Beast Ball. Those ninja might be powerful, but generally their bodies were not too strong, unlike Tailed Beasts like them, who could take a beating. The One-Tail felt that if it was a Tailed Beast Ball, Nagasawa definitely could not block it head-on.

This move was using its strengths and avoiding its weaknesses.

If it directly used the Tailed Beast Ball, the One-Tail felt it probably could not hit Nagasawa. Against a fast ninja like Nagasawa, the hit rate of the Tailed Beast Ball was truly touching.

”Only not coming out is not enough. After I strengthen the seal on Gaara, you also won’t be able to come out on your own.” Nagasawa shook his head. There had only ever been him freeloading from others. How could there be others freeloading from him?

”How about this? If I take your Tailed Beast Ball head-on, you have to chat with Gaara every day, at least half an hour. How about it?” Nagasawa thought for a moment and said.

If one wanted to completely control all of a Tailed Beast’s power, one had to understand the Tailed Beast and be of one mind with it.

This was not so easy to achieve. A major prerequisite was having a good relationship with the Tailed Beast.

On the surface, it just looked like making friends. What was difficult about that? But after carefully analyzing it, one would know how difficult it was.

What were Tailed Beasts? They originally lived well in deep mountains and old forests, then were suddenly caught by ninja and turned into ninja villages’ ultimate weapons, constantly sealed inside human bodies.

If Tailed Beasts had normal intelligence, then they definitely would not like humans who destroyed their free life. This was imprisonment, and imprisonment without sunlight at that, the kind where they truly could not even see the sun.

Under this situation, it was normal for Tailed Beasts to hate Jinchuriki, so becoming a perfect Jinchuriki was not so easy.

However, most Tailed Beasts were also quite understanding and would not concentrate their hatred for humans onto one person. If the Jinchuriki truly performed very well, becoming friends with the Tailed Beast was still very possible.

Nagasawa had the One-Tail chat with Gaara because he wanted Gaara and it to know and understand each other. He felt the two sides still had a certain compatibility.

”Haha, you want me to chat with that little brat? I’m afraid I’ll scare him so badly he won’t dare sleep.” The One-Tail laughed and said, with a mocking meaning in its words.

”That is not something you need to worry about. Just say whether you agree or not.” After saying this, Nagasawa clenched his right fist again, and a huge white light wrapped around his fist.

Seeing that Nagasawa seemed ready to attack again, the One-Tail quickly nodded and said, ”I agree. Let’s say this first, you must take it head-on and cannot dodge!”

The One-Tail was convinced that Nagasawa could not take the Tailed Beast Ball head-on, so it readily agreed to Nagasawa’s condition.

”I won’t dodge.” Nagasawa said faintly. Taking a Tailed Beast Ball head-on was easy. He had already been able to do it several years ago, and it was even the Nine-Tails’ Tailed Beast Ball, let alone now.

Seeing Nagasawa agree, the One-Tail revealed a smile as if its scheme had succeeded. Then it opened its bloody mouth and mobilized all of its Chakra, preparing to condense an extremely powerful and huge Tailed Beast Ball.

As the One-Tail opened its huge mouth, a black-purple little ball appeared in front of its mouth. Along with the One-Tail continuously injecting Chakra, the Tailed Beast Ball rapidly swelled and grew larger, soon surpassing the One-Tail’s head.

At this moment, the One-Tail quickly compressed the Tailed Beast Ball again, turning it back into a black little ball, then started slowly making it grow larger again.

Since Nagasawa was not disturbing it, the One-Tail naturally wanted to condense a Tailed Beast Ball with extreme power, doing everything it could to the limit, compressing it with all its strength, then adding even more Chakra.

The One-Tail’s actions did not cause any change in Nagasawa’s expression. He still looked relaxed.

’This arrogant human will soon know how foolish it is to take a Tailed Beast Ball head-on.’ The One-Tail thought proudly.

Its maximum-power Tailed Beast Ball could destroy a ninja village without issue. Blasting away several large mountains was also easy.

Against this kind of powerful attack, even if a ninja was only brushed by the edge, they would directly melt, let alone block it head-on.

Feeling that the Tailed Beast Ball had already reached its own limit, the One-Tail directly spat the Tailed Beast Ball toward Nagasawa. A huge black Tailed Beast Ball five meters tall flew toward Nagasawa.

Seeing that the One-Tail finally spat out the Tailed Beast Ball, Nagasawa grasped the void, and a katana was held in his hand.

”All creation shall turn to ash, Ryujin Jakka!”

Nagasawa slowly drew Ryujin Jakka, and the aura on his body changed violently.

Immediately afterward, the Chakra on Nagasawa’s body erupted, his breathing began to change, and fierce flames ignited on Ryujin Jakka, causing the surrounding temperature to start rising rapidly.

Since Nagasawa currently could not fuse spiritual pressure and Chakra for use, he was now wrapping spiritual pressure with Chakra, like adding a fist or knuckle duster to the spiritual pressure.

Although this usage method was somewhat wasteful and the improvement was not much, it was stable.

This was not the end. Nagasawa thought for a moment and decided to use Bankai!

Nagasawa erupted with all the spiritual pressure on his body and began using Bankai. At this time, Ryujin Jakka instead had no flames on the sword, and the blade’s body also changed appearance, looking like an ordinary charred blade.

But as long as someone’s perception was slightly stronger, they would know that this blade was not simple. There was an extremely terrifying aura on the tip of the blade.

Because Nagasawa released Bankai, a river in this forest rapidly evaporated until it dried up.

The One-Tail sensed Nagasawa, who was becoming more and more abnormal, and the abnormal temperature, and its originally steady mentality also changed somewhat.

”This guy, no way...” The One-Tail could not help thinking of something bad.

”It shouldn’t be possible. This is my ultimate Tailed Beast Ball. Even that stupid fox would not feel good taking it. How could a mere human possibly take it head-on?” The One-Tail comforted itself.

”Zanka no Tachi: Tenchi Kaijin!” Nagasawa swung out an extremely fast slash. The surrounding temperature rose rapidly again, turning the fallen trees into black ash. The speed was so fast that Shukaku had only just seen Nagasawa swing his blade, and in the next instant, a slash had already cut into the Tailed Beast Ball.

The instant it touched the slash, the Tailed Beast Ball instantly split into two halves. Then, with a loud sound, a fierce explosion rang out, but it did not cause any huge destruction, because all the aftermath was also burned away.

Shukaku stared blankly at this scene. It only saw that the ground affected by the slash’s aftermath had silently gained an abyss over twenty meters wide and of unknown length, stretching so far that the end could not be seen at a glance.

Shukaku was extremely confused. Where was its huge Tailed Beast Ball? How did it disappear all at once? What kind of move was this? Why had it never seen it before? It was also so strong it was cheating.

Someone was hacking, but Shukaku would not say who.

After swinging that slash, Nagasawa quickly released the state. Using Bankai was satisfying, but the surrounding environment was not satisfied.

Nagasawa walked in front of Shukaku with a relaxed face. He did not immediately mention the matter of the agreement, but smiled and said, ”How was my slash?”

”Very strong.” Shukaku said honestly.

If talking about destructive range, Shukaku felt that its ultimate Tailed Beast Ball was also not weak, but Shukaku clearly knew how terrifying Nagasawa’s slash had been.

That slash contained a powerful force it could not understand. It had actually burned away even the power of the Tailed Beast Ball. It had lived for more than a thousand years and had never seen something this ridiculous, a blade cutting a Tailed Beast Ball.

”Then, about the agreement?” Nagasawa asked with a smile.

”I will abide by the agreement, but if that brat is unwilling, I can’t do anything.” The One-Tail said somewhat unhappily.

It suddenly discovered that it seemed to have been tricked. No wonder Nagasawa would make such an agreement. It turned out his strength was so strong.

”I will communicate with Gaara’s side.” Nagasawa said faintly.

”Go back. Remember the agreement. For people who do not keep their promises, I usually give them a slash like the one just now.”

Shukaku seriously suspected that Nagasawa was threatening it, and it had evidence, but it had no way to deal with it and could only slink back in disgrace.

Nagasawa’s slash was too terrifying. As long as Nagasawa dared to use it on it, Shukaku dared to die in front of Nagasawa.

After Shukaku went back, Gaara quickly woke up.

”Brother Nagasawa...” Gaara stared blankly at Nagasawa.

Nagasawa smiled and touched Gaara’s red hair, then said, ”The problem is solved. You don’t have to worry about Shukaku going berserk anymore.”

”Mm.” Gaara nodded.

”Next, I’m going to take you to reinforce your seal again.” Nagasawa said.

Actually, Gaara’s inability to sleep was not because Shukaku deliberately did it. Shukaku would have to be too full and bored to go bully a human brat.

It had a certain relationship with Sunagakure’s sealing techniques, making Gaara easily affected by Shukaku’s Chakra.

In addition, Gaara feared the monster on his body, afraid of being occupied by the monster and controlled by it, so he became even more unable to sleep.

Nagasawa felt that, on one hand, he would have Gaara and the One-Tail chat and deepen their relationship, and on the other hand, reinforce the seal. With both approaches together, the problem should be solved.

After saying this, Nagasawa brought Gaara to Kushina.

”She is Uzumaki Kushina, Naruto’s mother, and also the person who will help you reinforce the seal later.” Nagasawa introduced Kushina to Gaara.

”Naruto-kun’s mother.” Gaara’s eyes widened, and then he hurriedly introduced himself.

”I... I am Gaara. Hello...”

”He is a very cute child.” Kushina smiled and crouched down to touch Gaara’s red hair.

”He is the One-Tail Jinchuriki. He will currently stay in Konoha for a long period of time. There is a little problem with the seal from Sunagakure’s side, so I want you to help reinforce the seal.” Nagasawa said.

Kushina nodded, patted her chest, and said, ”This is what I am best at. Leave it to me.”

Kushina found Gaara unusually pleasing to the eye.

His hair was the same beautiful red hair as hers, and he was also a Jinchuriki.

After solving the seal problem, Nagasawa brought Gaara toward his home in Konoha.

On the way, Nagasawa instructed, ”Inside your body is an existence called a Tailed Beast. Don’t call it a monster. Just call it by its name, Shukaku. Of course, if you want to call it little tanuki, that is also fine, though Shukaku may get angry.”

”I am giving you a task. Gaara, don’t you want to make friends? Then first become friends with Shukaku and talk with it every day.”

”Actually, Shukaku is not an existence whose heart only has killing. You can try to understand its past.

”Of course, if it threatens you or anything, just tell Shukaku you will complain to me.”

”Only when you and Shukaku are of one mind can you bring out its true power, and master the power to protect the existence you want to protect.”

”I understand.” Gaara silently nodded.

Becoming friends with the monster inside his body, no, with the Tailed Beast, Gaara felt it was a little strange.

But since Nagasawa said it, it should be fine.
