I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2072: 24.333 Sixth Violet Star - Sneak Attack

As the situation at the ancient forest was temporarily peaceful, the situation at the borders is as chaotic as ever. It is more so now that Long Juedi had appeared in front of Pei Jin, the Evil summoner. With the first giant beast beheaded by the Dwarf Princess Shika, Pei Jin upon seeing Long Juedi had lost himself to anger and controlled the other four giant beasts to attack the borders.

Beasts are easier to subdue once they lose their mind; this is especially true for a beast who has gone berserk. Long Juedi had intentionally shown his face to make Pei Jin get angry. Once he was in rage, his only command was to target one person. The person he hates the most in all his lifetime, Long Juedi.

As expected, Long Juedi who had met Pei Jin multiple times in their previous life knew how to read the person all too well. Four giant beasts come attacking Long Juedi, however, there is still a huge difference in speed between each beast due to their weight. Among the four beasts, the one which arrived the fastest aside from the tiger beast is a giant gorilla beast. It growls in rage after pumping its chest and jumping towards Long Juedi trying to smash him with his fist.

However, Long Juedi only watched the gorilla beast with a cold gaze while Haerin who was standing beside him had somehow disappeared. Before the giant gorilla could even touch Long Juedi, he jumped and kicked the beast on its chin, making it feel dizzy. At the same time, two dwarf soldiers holding two huge hammers bit the gorilla beast on its back targeting his spine.

The spine is the backbone of the body once it was broken it would be hard for someone to stand up ever again. As expected the giant gorilla beast screamed in pain as it fell on the ground whimpering. It was trembling so badly from pain and it couldn’t move at all as it seemed to be paralyzed as well. Seeing this, the others made their move and chained the four limbs of the giant gorilla preventing it from moving.

GROWLS~

The giant gorilla beast howled in anger as it tried to struggle. But adding up its spine injury and the fact that its limbs were chained and pulled down by the other soldiers, it failed to escape. This time Nan Jiang was the one tasked to kill the beast. He held his spear and jumped as high as he could and stabbed the beast’s nape. The attack left a huge hole on the gorilla’s neck and with a big stomp, the giant gorilla’s neck had also detached from the body, getting beheaded.

”Alrigh! This feeling is truly great! Hahaha! I also have my kill!!!” Nan Jiang said his reaction is so similar to the Dwarf Princess Shika that others see them as a pair of dumb couples who speak with muscles instead of brains.

The third giant beast that comes over is a bit harder to pin as it’s a giant snake that can slip through gaps. It had avoided most traps within the area giving a headache to the other soldiers.

Long Juedi commanded, ”Nailed its tail and cut off its head!”

Everyone is now looking at the giant snake tail trying to nail it with their weapon or rods just to stop the beast from escaping. But the giant snake has a slippery skin making their weapons slip most of the time.

Cao Heiji said, ”This annoying snake! Didi, help grab its tail!”

”Alright, Ge!” The twin merged with their beasts and grew some claws allowing them to grip anything and together with a huge boost in strength, the twins were able to grab the snake by its tail making it cry out in pain.

The two didn’t hesitate to use their long nails to stab through the snake’s slippery skin and dragged it over.

”The snake stopped struggling to stab it to death!”

The other people of their group started moving as a group until the giant snake was full of holes and was finally beheaded by the executioner of this group. However, before they can celebrate, the last two giant beasts unexpectedly arrive together. One is a giant bull and the other is a giant . Both have tough hides, thick flesh and hard skin due to mutation. It also possessed great strength and the remaining group was unable to stop its movement with just the restraints alone.

”Dammit! How can it be so strong to drag all of us like this!”

”Stop talking! Do you want to bite your tongue!”

”Don’t let go! Use your weight to slow it down!”

While those whose mission is to restrain the two giant beasts struggling this much, those who were tasked to stab it for distraction were even more helpless. Each stab was enough to leave a hole yet their weapon would be stuck and they couldn’t pull it out to do another stab. The muscles of these two beasts were too firm that the weapons were stuck on its flesh.

The one tasked for these two beasts were the brother and sister elves, Heva and Hevana as well as Nangong Rui and Xue Laira.

Xue Laira said, ”These cannot be put down with wounds. Make them lose balance and restrain them after. Hevana, you and I will use our skills to destroy them. Then the others will use that chance to make them fall. Tie up their limbs together to prevent them from standing up. After that, Heva and A’Rui will handle the rest and kill the beasts.”

Everyone heard the instructions from Xue Laira. Their class leader said that if he was occupied by Pei Jin, Xue Laira would take command. Knowing this, no one on the battlefield rejected Xue Laira’s command. Moreover, they also feel that her commands were clear and useful. With this everyone moved as one and followed her advice.

Xue Laira used an illusion spell on the bull while Elf Princess Hevana used seduction to attract the attention of the hippopotamus. Both skills were capable of affecting anything it targeted. It didn’t take long for two beasts to start shaking their heads as if they were affected by something unknown. The others took this as a chance and tripped the two beasts before chaining its legs together like a pig about to be roasted over fire. Though they had struggled and a lot of people were hurt, at least none of them died.

Elf Prince Heva and Nangong Rui took this chance to kill the two giant beasts. One asked his Elemental Emperor of ice and water to conjure huge and pointy ice shards while the other controlled wind and created a huge wind blade.

”FALL!”

With this command, the two skills descended on the two giant beasts and cut their necks, beheading them on the spot as they died. With this the remaining two giant beasts were finally defeated. Everyone was delighted and started cheering. All five giant beasts were defeated and no one had expected this to be achieved without any deaths from their sides though there is a large number of injured due to the large difference in size and power.

Long Juedi who was watching over Pei Jin glanced at his back and saw his friends successfully completing their missions. Seeing that he can even hear their cheering from the distance he is right now.

He said to Pei Jin, ”You lost this round.”

Snort!

”Do you truly think you are my true target? How naive as always, Long Juedi~” said Pei Jin.

”Xue Laira! Be careful!!!” He shouted.

Long Juedi hurried, turned around and noticed a black shadow shuffling within the crowd. He saw that the target of this shadow was none other than Xue Laira. It can be said that aside from Long Juedi, the second existence Pei Jin hates the most is not Haerin but the Spirit God Thorn. He had just borrowed a few of his elementals and he dared to ally himself with the beastmen race. Pei Jin is so annoyed by that man’s words as well. So to make that arrogant god suffer, the best thing to do is to take away its most precious treasure.

No one knows nowadays that this young lady called Xue Laira is not pure human. But a half spirit and half human instead. She is also the beloved daughter of the God of all spirits, Lord Thorn. As long as Xue Laira dies, that would be the heaviest punishment for these annoying gods that keep on going against them.

The one who had attacked is none other than the former beast commander, the black lion. Even though he had successfully killed the soul of the original Gu Ying, after failing to destroy the walls, his mission was deemed a failure. To return to his former position he was given a personalized mission from Lord Ouroboros himself and that is to kill Xue Laira.

Seeing a black beast jumping towards her Xue Laira showed a surprised look. However, before anything happens Nangong Rui appeared behind him and created a very thick shield in front of them. It seems that they had longed to anticipate this sneak attack. Haerin who had disappeared all this time reappeared and kicked the black lion beasts away from her senior sister.

Haerin said, ”Fuck off, Beast! I will not let you hurt Jiejie!”
