I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1074: 17.1 Fourth Violet Star - First Military Imperial School

Outside the Grand Dukeʼs Palace...

Silvan von Rosegard was thrown out of the house in the name of the sole Duke...no one complained even if the Grand Marshal had thrown people out of his place, after all, this is a common occurrence in the Grand Duke Palace. When the guards saw Silvan von Rosegard being pushed out of the Grand Duke Palace gates by the old butler himself, they couldnʼt help but sneer at the Rosegard Clanʼs second Young master. In their eyes, this young man is no different from the ambitious politicians who sought to use the Grand Marshalʼs authority. They had no idea where they belonged.

The old butler spoke, ”Please leave Young Master Rosegard. The Grand Marshal is not meeting guests for the rest of the day. Close the gates!”

”Wait! I am not joking when I said I had a way to treat the Grand Marshalʼs mental riots! Believe me, I can really help him!” Silvan von Rosegard said as he grabbed the metal gates that blocked him away.

The guards were also blocking him with their spears and couldnʼt even reach the Old Butlerʼs sleeves. The others heard the young manʼs words but thought he was hallucinating. Many Mediators had come to the Grand Duke Palace claiming to be able to cure the Grand Marshal, but in the end, they were the ones who suffered a trauma they would never forget.

The old butler said, ”A lot of Mediators thought highly of themselves and ended up becoming stupid in the end. You are just a student and havenʼt even awakened yet. How can you say that you can cure the Grand Marshal? Preposterous! Send him away and warn the Rosegard Clan about how they teach their descendants.”

”Yes, Butler!”

Silvan von Rosegard was grabbed by the guards and carried to his car. These guards resume their duties as protectors of the Grand Dukeʼs Palace after he is sent away. The son of Rosegard was humiliated and enraged by the way those guards looked at him. They were looking at him as if he were some kind of fool who was greedy and overly ambitious. When he realized he could achieve his goal, he chose to return home because he had nothing else to do.

”You will regret treating me like this! Hmp!”

As his car drove away, another car with a royal crest was waiting nearby, not far from the Grand Duke Palace, and witnessed the entire scene. When the car windows were rolled down, everyone could see the Second Princeʼs blond hair and sky-blue eyes.

The driver of the car asked politely, ”Your Highness, the Second Prince, where to go next?”

”Back to the Royal Palace. I need to meet with my elder brother, the Crown Prince for something.” Christopher Klein von Imperlian said she pulled up the window. He stared at the leaving car of the Son of Rosegard.

He mumbles, ”Why have you come here, Silvie? Did you choose my Imperial Uncle in this life instead of me?”

His face became solemn, and the depths of his sky-blue eyes were tinged with malice and darkness. Obviously, the Protagonist Gong is turning black. As soon as he awoke in this timeline, he wanted to meet his fiance. He misses him terribly and feels terrible about what happened in their previous lives. In his previous life, he was a jerk. He believed that if he could obtain the power of the Throne, he would be able to obtain what he desired and protect those he desired to protect.

But when he caught Megan Shelley and she confessed everything that had happened in the Rosegard Clan following the cancellation of the Engagement, he regretted everything. He should not have let go of the person he cares about the most in the world.

Christopher Klein von Imperlian murmured, ”No matter what your choices are. You will be mine. No one else can take you away, not even my Imperial Uncle.”

First Military Imperial School

The largest school where you trained soldiers. The first year teaches fundamental military knowledge. Each department was divided into three sections: Adjudicators, Mediators, and ordinary people. Adjudicators were taught special combat and mecha training, while Mediators were taught Mental Ability Training, Potion Making, and Mecha Building, and Ordinary students were taught Intelligence Gathering and farming, as well as logistics.

Each department exists to help the others. The adjudicators are in the foreground, with the Mediators behind them. Ordinary students remain in the back, assisting those in the front. Each and every student is required and has a place in the military.

Of course, there is a disparity in strength among the students. With F being the weakest and SSS being the strongest. According to legend, only the Grand Marshal possessed the strength of the SSS ranks and was the sole Arbitrator in existence; unfortunately, his mental state is already poor. Almost everyone in the Imperium is aware that the Grand Marshal is dying, even though they both revere and fear him.

At the Deanʼs Office...

A man with light pink hair was sleeping on his table, surrounded by piles of unfinished paperwork. When he awoke, a pair of emerald green eyes looked around groggily and coldly.

The Dean of the First Military Imperial School is this man. He is the youngest son of a Marquess family, and his name is Frey von Gregory. As a result, he had nothing to inherit and married his future wife. He is also an S-ranked Mediator, but even he was unable to treat the Grand Marshalʼs mental riots. He is Adjutant Kir von Giselleʼs fiancee from the same Marquess Clan. The Giselle and Gregory Clans had always been on the side of the Grand Duke.

The soul of this vessel was also replaced by Warden Yun Ming. As soon as he woke up the subsystem in his mind spoke to him.

[Subsystem #01 at your service. Does the host want to learn about the background of your vessel, Lord Warden Yun?]

”Yes, please.”

[Frey von Gregory. The youngest son of the Gregory Marquess Clan. He is an S-ranked Mediator and one of the best in the military. His fiance is the Adjutant of the Grand Marshal, Kir von Giselle also from a Marquess Family. Your role is a supporting actor that helps the Protagonist Shou to meet the Grand Marshal after taking him as your student when he awakens as a Mediator and becomes a student of Potion Making under your tutelage.]

”Do I have to follow the script?”

[No. Since you have taken over the vessel you can do as you please. Lord An Liang had adjusted the Wardenʼs authority in the world. At the very least as long as you donʼt directly cause the worldʼs destruction anything is alright.]

”Do you know the Identities of the others who were with me?”

[Please let me check. Initializing connection to the worldʼs database... Checking information... Completed!]

[Found. The Lord God is in the body of the Grand Marshal. Lord Warden Lou is in the body of Adjutant Kir von Giselle, your fiance..if you want to go to the Grand Duke Palace you have enough excuses to use.]

”I see. Is this the First Military Imperial School? If I woke up here, it means that Lord Heiʼs Soul Fragment is also here in this school. Send a message to the Lord God. I will try to find Lord Hei among the people in this school.”

[Affirmative!]

Warden Yun Ming quickly adjusted his posture. He completed the paperwork on the table and read the list of students, teachers, and other staff members at First Military Imperial School. He must sort everyone based on their strength and capabilities. His lord would always be born in a vessel that is regarded as the pinnacle, such as the Lord God. He should be able to find his Lord as long as he discovered something wrong with someone.

It took the dean half a day to narrow down the list to a manageable number. He eventually found three people. Two students from the Mediator Department and one from the Ordinary Department. Megan Shelley is a student of the Mediator Department. He is a branch family descendant of the Rosegard Clan and the cousin of the protagonist Shou. He was born with B-ranked Mental Abilities and the potential to advance to S-ranked.

The two ordinary students are also strange. Jace Green, the son of a commoner, is concealing the fact that he has awakened as a Mediator. As for how he did it, it appears that this boy possessed hacking abilities. He hacked the school network and changed his information to avoid detection. Unfortunately, when it came to Yun Ming from another world, a single click was all it took to restore everything he had deleted. Jace von Imperlian is his real name. He is the illegitimate son of Imperiumʼs current King. But the Royal family was unaware of his existence, and he simply wanted to live a normal life.

Yara von Chrysalis is the last one. He is a transfer student who wants to study biology, specifically gardening and flower-related topics. His background is spotless. Born into a small baron family far removed from the political arena of the capital. When his family learned he wanted to learn farming, they sent him to First Military Imperial School. They are also aware that this child enjoys almost all types of flowers. Because he came from a non-awakened Baron Clan, it was fated that he would never become a Mediator or Adjudicator.

What was strange about this child was that his physical ability was above average, and he had destroyed the qi measurer during the exam, despite the teacher believing it had malfunctioned. The Orb of Qi Measurement exploded because it either malfunctioned or received too much Qi. Furthermore, there is something wrong with this childʼs genes, and they have yet to figure out what it is.

Dean Frey mumbled, ”It is most likely Yara von Chrysalis but... I still need to check the other two for sure. Letʼs check on Megan Shelley and Jace Green first.”

He sent the information to his fiance with a note while he went to check on them in person.

He had the authority as Dean of the First Military Imperial School to walk around the school and investigate it himself. He first went to the Mediator to check on Megan Shelley and discovered them as one of the schoolʼs training fields. His class was doing field training and machine sparring.

He heard the teacher in class calling names,

”Lind Servine”

”Here!”

”Cali von Arid”

”Here!”

”Silvan von Rosegard”

”...”

”Silvan von Rosegard!”

”Sir, Young Master Rosegard was not in class the whole day.”

”Hmp! Tell him he will get demerits if he continues to be absent without permission. Letʼs continue.”

”Megan Shelley”

”Arg. So noisy~ where the hell am I?”

”Megan Shelley. Such rudeness! Your punishment is to run in the field for 5 laps!”

”Ah... You are calling for me?”

”10 laps!!!”

Dean Frey von Gregory noticed something odd about Megan Shelleyʼs reaction right now.

He looked around as if he couldnʼt believe what was going on. So the young man, befuddled by life, had no choice but to accept his professorʼs punishment and begin running on the field. Frey thought the child was odd and asked his subsystem to temporarily open his Heavenly Sight.

This would allow him to determine whether the soul inside the body corresponds. He cannot use this on Gods such as his Lord, or he will be blinded as punishment for peeking through the secret of the heavens. He chose to open his Heavenly Sight to check the boyʼs soul because he couldnʼt feel any Godly presence coming from Megan Shelley.

[Affirmative! Opening the Hostʼs Heavenly Sight for 5 seconds. Approved!]

Dean Frey von Gregory closed his eyes for a moment before slowly opening them when his request was granted. He looked into Megan Shelleyʼs soul and saw a young man who resembled a bad boy, with dyed blonde hair and piercings, residing in the body. A little delinquent replaced the original Megan Shelley. This soul appears to have transmigrated into Megan Shelleyʼs body after she died.

”Just how did the original Megan Shelley die?”

[According to the world record, the Protagonist Shou went to visit his cousinʼs room and lied to him by giving him a Soul Dispersion Potion. The Original Megan Shelley drank it when he heard it was an Awakening Potion the Count gave to Silvan. His soul just fully faded and that soul took over.]

”Itʼs revenge alright.”
