I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1059: 16.105 First Red Star - Half Destroyed World.

With Randall Ruid and Luther DʼArcy guiding them the portal to the other world was once again opened. Those who felt their leaving had all come to see them off. Leafy and Baishi who were hiding in the shadows had also appeared to say their goodbyes. Especially Leafy and Carnelian Dawn who started hugging each other while crying. These two had gotten along well as if they were childhood friends.

Great Elder Tuya said, ”Donʼt cry. Itʼs not like you can never meet again. Our Gods are planning to make a bridge between two worlds. It might take a while but... It wouldnʼt be surprising to have two worlds connected in the future.”

”But by that time we would be dead already and... Might not meet as we should?” Leafy said.

Keylan Light spoke, ”It shouldnʼt take too long. With the permission of the Sovereigns, it can be done in a few decades. You brats hug like your lovers. Look at your own mates, they are about to die from jealousy.”

Leafy and Carnelian Dawn who were hugging turned around to look at Baishi and Conri Lycaon whose face was gloomy and clearly not in a good mood. Even though they know that the two were just friends hugging for that long still made them envious. Leafy and Carnelian Dawn can only distance themselves from each other laughing helplessly at their jealous mates.

Conri Lycaon and Baishi hugged their lovers and said, ”Donʼt ignore us!”

Others couldnʼt help but laugh at the antics of these two brats and their partners. The two couples felt a bit embarrassed seeing that everyone was laughing at them.

Mikaela, the Elemental Light God, chooses to stay for a while to go to the God System to report about their request for faster processing. He gave the authority of his world to Keylan Light to control while he was not around. He also made this decision so Keylan Lightʼs fate would be connected to their world. As long as the world exists, so does he.

”Lanʼer, Lord Fenrir would definitely choose not to get involved. But I think Luther DʼArcy and Randall Ruid would do so, they havenʼt completely freed themselves from the identity of their vessels so they should be willing to help you. Ask them for help if needed but donʼt forget... The protagonists of our world are these children. They would have the strongest blessing during the war you just have to guide them properly.” Mikaela said as he explained everything to his messenger and his responsibility while he was away. ”Iʼm sorry. I promise to bring you with me to the God System but the situation doesnʼt allow me to do so. Next time I will bring you with me, I promise.”

”Mika, do you think I can do well? I... I already failed once.” Keylan Light said as he gripped the hand that held him.

Ever since he died as a mortal, he had always wondered if taking in the siblings at that time was right. Maybe he should have taken in only Luciel and not Kenan. If so then this kind of thing wouldnʼt have happened. It was Mikaelaʼs choice to save him who was destined to die that night. Thatʼs why even after becoming a God he chooses not to leave their world even though he heard his calling beyond the heavens above. He wanted to stay by Mikaelaʼs side especially now that he had his vessel that is capable of staying by his side.

Mikaela swipes the stray hair hovering near Keylan Lightʼs face and says with a gentle voice, ”You cannot do it before. This is because you still have a connection to the mortals as a human. You are already a God. So punishing an existence that caused disaster in our world is your duty. You can do it. I believe you can, Lanʼer.”

Seeing such a confident gaze from his God, Keylan Light was affected by his gentleness and was determined to protect the world he and Mikaela own. As long as Kenan Light, this human who had become a fallen, perished everything would return to how it is normally.

Kenan Light said, ”I will do my best.”

Meanwhile, Beast God Shou and Tuya were looking at the two a bit envious. Even though the Beast God had descended, what he is using right now is just a soul projection he didnʼt have a physical vessel like Mikaela which was created by the power of Keylan Light.

Mikaela said, ”I have taught you how we created this artificial body. Your messengerʼs help is needed though. We need to get going. The faster we leave the faster we can return.”

”The portal is open and we can return now. But be vigilant, the air in your world has changed. You might need to purify the air or you might not be able to breathe.” Duke Luther DʼArcy said.

Thinking something had gone wrong in their world, Mayonaka Yoru asked, ”Did something happen in our world while we are gone?”

”Your world is dominated by the undead. Genus Academy became the sole sanctuary for the living. Kenan Light had also become a Demon God. Because he is still weaker than my lord that he was incapable of destroying the barrier that was erected around the Academy. You guys need to return soon and start the counterattack.” Randall Ruid said.

Asher Light said, ”Our world is already dominated by the undead. How can it be this fast?”

”No one knew how the devil learned of your absence. He suddenly started a large invasion a day after you left the world.” Duke Luther DʼArcy said.

Carnelian Dawn spoke, ”Is it that monster? The one who possessed my body I think he also had something to do with the Pope becoming a Devil.”

”I think so. Thatʼs possible. I heard that the thing that Lord Fenrir killed that day is just his fragment. Does it mean it still exists?” Conri Lycaon said.

Randall Ruid said, ”It does. That thing exists to destroy worlds and itʼs been something that has existed since the Origin of Time. If it really appears then we and the Lords would definitely make our move. So just focus on your own enemies.”

”Iʼm worried about Mom and Dad. We should go home as soon as possible.” Amber Dawn said.

Esther Dawn looked at Keylan Light and said, ”Founder, we should go.”

Keylan Light nods his head in agreement and looks at Mikaela bidding his farewell. Only then did he, Randall Ruid, Luther DʼArcy, and the children enter the world portal. Once they passed through it the portal had turned into just an empty land. It was as if it never existed at all.

The Beast God Shou pats the shoulder of his friend, Mikaela, and says, ”Your child will be okay. With Lord Xuebao and Lord Meizhou on the other side, that world wouldnʼt be destroyed as long as they make a move.”

”It is a question of whether the Venerable Lords are willing to make a move or not. If that Vile existence appeared then they would definitely make a move. I hope nothing else happens while we are away.” Mikaela said.

Beast God Shou said, ”Letʼs leave for Vearth right away. Then return as soon as he gets what we came for. Tuya, I will leave the rest to you.”

”Donʼt worry, Shou. I will protect this world for you.” Great Elder Tuya said.

Seeing the Beast God and his adoptive mother flirting with just their eyes, Leafy suddenly butts in and says, ”Gramps. Get a body soon so Granny will have someone to accompany her at home. Ever since I married Baishi, Granny had been living alone. Donʼt you feel sorry for her?”

”My little greeny, donʼt be so straightforward,” Baishi said. He already realized that the relationship between the Godʼs Messenger and the God itself wasnʼt simple when he saw how the Elemental Light God and Lord Keylan Light interact with one another.

The Beast God, Shou didnʼt get offended and instead laughed loudly, ”Soon, brat. I will be able to have a physical vessel soon thanks to Mikaela and Keylan Lightʼs help. After we finished business we shall create my body. Take care of your granny while we are out.”

”Hmp! Leave Granny to us!” Leafy said.

Afterward, the Beast God Shou and the Elemental Light God Mikaela take their leave and head to the Vearth. They can only go there in their astral form and thus Mikaelaʼs vessel was hidden in his space. While the two Domain Gods left their worlds to temporarily ascend, those who had returned home were welcomed by a world of black and barren lands.

Keylan Light and the rest were welcomed by the scene of the former world full of greens to a world full of dead things. Trees had died and turned black as well as brittle. The land was tainted, his miasma had become dry and infertile, and it was so barren that even the grass had turned black as if it was filled with poison. The sky had turned crimson and flying bones in the shape of birds and other flying creatures could be found. The former buildings where humans and the other races lived had turned into ruins of debris and piles of broken stones. Even the largest city in the Central Region is no more and was replaced by a castle made of bones where the devil lives.

Mayonaka Yoru almost couldnʼt hold back a curse, ”What the hell happened here? The city had disappeared, the trees had dried up while the rivers and ponds had turned into a black swamp.”

”There is miasma in the air. Donʼt breathe it in!” Amber Dawn said.

She isnʼt affected as she is from the Blood Race and can be considered someone from the devil race. The Dawn Siblings are alright thanks to their Vampire Blood. Randall Ruid and Luther DʼArcy are also okay. They are both Gods in reality and this kind of poison doesnʼt affect them. Asher Light and Mayonaka Yoru felt a bit groggy and dizzy. Breathing in a miasma can cause hallucinations and the worst result is insanity and becoming a fallen or undead.

Asher Light immediately covers their group with a purification spell as well as a barrier. This helps clear up their minds and souls.

Keylan Light couldnʼt believe how the world he and Mikaela controlled ended up like this. It was supposed to be a beautiful world full of life and peace but all of it was destroyed by just one person.

”How can this be? Why did our world have to end up like this because of one human?” Keylan Light questioned in dazed.

Mayonaka Yoru said, ”Itʼs all the Devilʼs fault again. He shouldnʼt have existed in the first place!”

”Blame me. I shouldnʼt have accepted him and this wouldnʼt have happened at all?” Keylan Light said

Amber Dawn said, ”In conflict between races, it was never the fault of one person. All that happened is the consequences of the past actions and now are only results that everyone has made for themselves.”

Everyone was rendered by Amber Dawnʼs words, her words were the truth that no one can deny. It was something not just one person can control and as it was something that involves races and not just one person.

Suddenly a group of birds made of bones attacked them. All undead beings regardless of their shape are all greedy for the living and even though they are flying the scent of someone alive cannot escape the undead. Thatʼs why they were attacked. The undead creatures had overtake the world and pushed the remaining living beings to the brinks of their extinction. In this world, the undead dominates the living under the lead of Kenan Light who had been reborn as a devil.

Keylan Light purifies the air and strengthens the barrier around them while urging the children and the rest to fly back to the Academy as soon as possible.

”Fly back to the Academy. The barrier will be able to block them!”
