Chapter 1905: New Class

Tang Shaoyang returned to the Administrator Space, and he was teleported into his new room instead of the old room even though he left his old room. He scratched his forehead and did not really like his new place, too big to his liking as this was a house, not a room.

A massive living room that connected to the kitchen, and three bedrooms. He might not even use one of the rooms, and he would not live here for sure. This place was a teleportation point for him as he would not live or even sleep in this place. If he wanted to sleep, he would return to his home and sleep.

[I purposely did not decorate your place because I did not know what kind of decoration you would like, Executive Administrator Tang Shaoyang. Since you have returned, can you tell me how you want me to decorate your place, Executive Administrator Tang Shaoyang?]

Adamʼs voice rang in the room. Maybe the fixing did a wonder, or maybe because of his new status, Adam was more polite than before.

”Leave my place as it is,” Tang Shaoyang declined the offer, ”I want to know about my work. Did Clementine say something about my work?”

[If thatʼs what you want. As for Executive Administrator Clementine…] There was a pause for a moment.

[Executive Administrator Clementine asks you to meet her right now. Do you want me to teleport you to Executive Administrator Clementineʼs residence?]

”Yes!”

The moment he said yes, he was teleported to another room. He was surprised because the paint was red blood, not something he expected from Clementine. He quickly found the person he was looking for, sitting at the end of the dining table, enjoying her steak and wine. The steak was still soaked in blood as if the blood was the sauce.

ʼIs she a vampire?ʼ This reminded him of Zhang Mengyao. She liked her steak to be rare, slightly charred with Elinʼs homemade sauce.

”I am not a vampire, and this meat is from a beast called Bullblood. Itʼs best to eat this raw with its blood, a delicacy. Do you want to give it a try? I heard that you are quite foody?” Clementine put the piece into her mouth as she looked up, reading his mind.

Tang Shaoyang declined the offer and sat at the other side of the table, ”You said we are quite busy and you have a task for me, so whatʼs my task?”

”Itʼs your loss,” Clementine shook her head for refusing her food, wiping the blood around her lips, ”And you are direct as always. Then letʼs get it done, I donʼt have any specific task for an Executive Administrator, but you can take the mission as usual if you want to. Oh, you also can create a mission as well. Thatʼs one of the privileges of the Executive Administrator.”

”What do you mean by you donʼt have any specific task for me?” Tang Shaoyang furrowed his brow.

”The Void Cult pulled back their people after you killed Thomas Lysvand and the nine kings…” Clementine explained what happened when she noticed the frown on his face.

Before his battle against Thomas Lysvand, the Void Cult was making a move. They invaded the new world with the scroll to open the Void Gate. The Void Cult managed to corrupt five new worlds. That was when the Executive Administrator deployed to prevent further damage. However, the Void Cult stopped their move after his battle against Thomas Lysvand.

”When they returned to the void, we didnʼt have any means to chase them,” She raised her index finger before letting Tang Shaoyang respond to her, ”The problem is not the Void Energy itself, but the exit. We might be immune to the Void Energy, but if you chase them too far into the Void Realm, you might not be able to find your way back. Unless you are familiar with the Void Realm itself, and none of us want to take the risk.”

”And you donʼt need to worry about the Void Scroll. Thatʼs right; we call it Void Scroll, which is fitting for that cursed item. We have sent our people to sweep out any Void Scrolls they might leave behind, and we have our people to watch the newly integrated world as well. So, yeah, we donʼt have any tasks.”

”I see…” Tang Shaoyang muttered before standing up, ”Then I will take my leave. Teleport me back to my place.”

”You donʼt have to say it out aloud—”

Her words cut off as he was teleported back to his new room. The first thing he did was to open the catalog for classes. He remembered that he had a reward, a new class. It was the reward for coming up in first place in the God Rank Trial. He had not picked a new class, and he thought the class would be assigned to him at random, yet he had not received any class.

”That means I still have my reward, right, Adam?” He hoped the reward was still there for him to grab. It would be ridiculous that his reward expired and did not get it.

[Yes.] Adam confirmed.

Tang Shaoyang was relieved as he opened the tab for class. His head was dizzy with how many classes were presented before him. This was the reason why he did not choose any class before. There were too many choices. Thanks to his promotion, he could see more details about each class, but it did not help him at all. In fact, seeing more things from the class just made it harder to choose.

After checking a few classes one by one, he gave up looking at the list. The information did not give him the rarity of the class. If it showed a rarity, he might gather the rarest class and pick one of them. They said this was a privilege, but he would rather the System present him with four or five classes then he would pick one of them instead of looking at this list.

Tang Shaoyang put away the list that gave him a headache and asked himself what kind of class he wanted for his sixth class. His first class was a spirit contractor that had changed into God of Spirit. The second class was True God Slayer, the third class was God of Destruction, the fourth class was Divine Armament Paragon, and the fifth class was Administrator.

He thought of a class that focused on bare-hand combat, something like martial arts or something. That would add a new arsenal of movement and skills for his future combat.

”Or I can get to learn magic-related classes…” He muttered.

Having a class that focused on magic would make him more versatile in combat. He might have Master Elemental Manipulation, allowing him to manipulate the elements surrounding him. But the magic was more than manipulating Elemental Power.

”Or maybe I can pick a blacksmith, so I can create my own equipment,” He blurted out, but he immediately shook his head and threw the idea away. What he needed was a class that would make him stronger, not a class that would spend his spare time in the workshop.

”Letʼs focus on my fighting style instead…” Tang Shaoyang muttered, recalling all his fights. He always fights off up close. There was a moment he liked being an archer, but if he had to choose, he would fight up close, whoever his opponent was.

He made up his mind to look for something that complimented his skill sets. After rereading all his classes once, he realized that the good class had the word of god in it. God of Spirit, God of Destruction, and True God Slayer. Thankfully, the search was opened when was promoted to the Executive Administrator position. He typed god, and the result appeared. There were a lot of classes with god in it.

It started with the God of Hunter, the God of War, The Sword God, the God of Ranger, the God of Blacksmith, the God of Alchemist, and so on. There were hundreds of them, and his eyes locked into one thing, The God of Martial. He checked the skills of the class just like the others, and he was interested.

[Breathing Technique] [Fist Technique] [Sword Technique] [Spear Technique]

That was right, it only had four kills and the skillʼs name was quite ordinary for a class with a god in it. However, he knew that the technique was nothing ordinary. His instinct told him to pick the skill and keep the class in mind as he continued to look for more classes.

Halfway through the list with a class with god in it, his mind always back to the same class, God of Martial. He tried to shake it off for a moment, but his mind always returned to this class. He trusted his instinct and picked up the class.

”I want God of Martial class for my reward class!”

[The class is unavailable as a reward! Pick something else!] He got a notification that left him speechless. He thought he could choose any class, but this one was unavailable. It would be a lie if he was not disappointed.

[You canʼt pick any class in the list you are looking at right now, Executive Administrator. Thatʼs not part of the reward in the system. You have to earn those classes.] Adam explained.

”Then how do I get to this class?” Tang Shaoyang asked. His heart was set in this class.

[You can buy information for the class with the credits. The information will tell you how to get the class.]

Tang Shaoyang checked his credits, and he was surprised to find out that he had more than 107 million credits. He did not hesitate, ”I want to buy this class!”

[Are you sure you want to buy information for God of Martial Class (100 million Credit)?]
