The First Store System

Chapter 1530: The Fifth Collective Quest!

[Host, the number of Panagea cards has been replenished, and the limit has grown to five hundred thousand.]

The systemʼs alert rang in Aakeshʼs head. He nodded since he had expected that announcement.

After the update, the system had set up 100,000 panagea cards, which were bought in no time, so once the number of portals grew, the cards also increased.

Since he had nothing else to do in the room, he turned around and walked outside the room.

[Ding!]

[Host, the store has fulfilled the requirement of activating the fifth collective quest.]

[Host, please see the screen in front of you for the quest.]

Immediately after stepping out, mechanical alerts bombarded his ears. A smile spread across his face since he had been waiting for that to happen.

The next moment, a blue screen popped out before him. At first, it was empty, but soon, golden fonts began to appear, and in no time, the details of the quest fully presented themselves to him.

Aakesh focused on the screen and read the details written on it. The requirement for every product sale had grown by one thousand times, while the deadline saw a hundredfold growth. Aakesh immediately moved his eyes down to the reward section, and as expected, he saw the reward to be a new product.

The system followed the pattern it had set, so he was aware of it. Aakesh then took a casual glance at the failure section and waved his hand. The next moment, the screen disappeared, waiting for Aakesh to call it back.

Lily and Khaval were sitting patiently on Aakeshʼs head while things played out in the store. There was nothing else left for him to do, so it was time for training, but Aakesh had other plans for the day.

”Letʼs go!”

Aakesh commented and then walked to the door. He slid it open and walked outside. Lily and Khaval seemed excited since they knew what Aakesh was going to do.

There were some people on the street, so they noticed the movement outside the store. Shocked expressions appeared on their faces since it was the first time they had seen the store owner outside the store.

Aakesh ignored them and simply jumped up. The system did the rest of the work, and he floated upward, not stopping till he reached the barrier of the city in the sky.

The people on the ground looked upward with astonished expressions, not knowing what Aakesh wanted to do. Some even became frightened, thinking Aakesh was also entering the city.

They didnʼt worry about Aakeshʼs safety, but what would happen to the store if Aakesh didnʼt return the next day? It had already been several decades since the store suddenly closed its doors for three years, but that was still an unforgettable experience for many old customers.

Not caring about what others thought in their hearts, Aakesh looked at the barrier before him. He didnʼt try to touch it since that would mean additional expenses for him.

”Hey, system, create a barrier and then set an entry point near Alfredʼs residence,” Aakesh told the system.

He didnʼt want the entry point near the store because it would also welcome people, which in turn would overcrowd the street for the customers. At the same time, he had another idea.

Alfred could use the entry point to earn a great deal of wealth, which he would then need to invest back in the security of the city. Aakesh wasnʼt going to be charitable every time.

As for whether Alfred wanted to do such a thing, he didnʼt care.

[Yes, Host!]

The systemʼs mechanical voice rang in his head, and following that, he extended his hands. Rays of blue light emerged from his hand and slowly began covering the city in the sky.

”What is he doing?” A man screamed in fright since his father was sucked by the city in the sky. The man wanted to rush upward to stop Aakesh but knew his limits. He simply screamed and then fell silent, not willing to die a needless death.

Many on the ground had such an opinion since the city had randomly summoned many of their close family or friends. If the store owner closed the barrier, it would mean the end of their known ones.

Aakesh was high above in the sky, but he still heard the conversations on the ground due to his powerful attributes. But he didnʼt care or feel insulted since that reaction was standard for those who lost their loved ones.

A few seconds later, the blue light had fully enveloped the sky above Thorr City, which meant that the city could no longer summon any inhabitant from the city on the ground.

The city in the sky seemed to have sensed the blockage of its entry points, so it was going to react, but before it could, the blue light began condensing.

In return, the city part it left faded, and the normal night sky returned. A few moments later, a gate the size of ten feet high and five feet wide appeared in the sky.
