Chapter 1439: A Conflict(14)

Primal Dimension,

Tens of thousands of years had passed since the mysterious store owner returned to the higher dimension. Since then the store assistant has been managing the store.

The first assistant was Jonnah, who had earned himself a good reputation before his ascendance. After Jonnah, Lily took Jonnahʼs place and achieved a great reputation across the dimension before her ascendance.

Porson took Lilyʼs place, beating several sextillion customers for the spot. Porson had another identity, which was his claim over one of the seven orbs left by Aakesh.

He was born long after Aakeshʼs return to the higher dimension, so his winning the inheritance was his first time learning about Aakesh. Like many, he also became a fan of Aakesh.

When Porson participated in the assistant competition, he was already known across the Primal Dimension due to his peak strength and Aakeshʼs inheritance. But since the competition was designed in such a way that an ordinary human had the same chance of winning the contest as the strongest being, it wasnʼt easy.

Like the two store assistants before him, Porson also lived next to the store in the residence allotted to him. Despite his vast fortune, he found himself marveling at the residence and its effects.

The store didnʼt restrict the lives of the assistants outside the storeʼs active time, so they were free to do anything as long as it didnʼt step on the storeʼs authority. After the sun had set, Porson closed the door like any other day.

He didnʼt walk toward his residence but turned around and left toward his favorite destination. He was an Immortal, so he didnʼt need to walk, but things like that kept him sane.

It wasnʼt easy being a store assistant, as there were countless customers every day, and he had to interact with all those who didnʼt have store cards. Even though the system helped keep their mental strength at its peak, they still began to feel uncomfortable. They werenʼt machines, and only machines or someone like Aakesh could handle the workload without any issues.

After walking for thousands of miles, Porson reached his destination. In front of him, an endless tower stood. He licked his lips and walked inside.

The guards standing at the gates were also Immortal level cultivators. Since Porson was a regular here, they didnʼt try to stop him and let him leave after a respectful bow.

It was an entertainment building for adults and had several thousand floors. Those like Porson had the entire floor booked for themselves, so Porson tapped on the screen once he walked inside.

”Welcome, Senior Porson!”

The next moment, a gentle female voice rang in Porsonʼs ears as he verified his identity. Porson ignored it since it was a machine talking, and he then walked into the portal that specifically appeared for him.

When Porson walked out of the portal, he stood on the 9901th floor. Porson wanted the one at the top, but it was already bought by someone else, so he had to do with this floor.

Anyway, there wasnʼt much difference between the beauty of his and the top floor, so he didnʼt feel much pain over it.

The ladies also heard about Porsonʼs entry, so they appeared at the hall in seductive dresses. When Porson walked in, a lustful smile spread across his face.

”Undress me,” Porson ordered, not wasting any time.

The next moment, two beautiful ladies stepped forward and began undressing him. Porsonʼs hands didnʼt stay still but moved, making the two ladies moan from time to time.

Porson was enjoying the moment when suddenly, a sense he hadnʼt felt for years attacked him. He immediately pushed the two ladies, but it was late.

One of the ladies undressing him reached for his throat and slashed. Her nails turned into the sharpest weapons.

Fortunately for Porson, he wasnʼt without defense. The next moment, a clanging sound rang as her nails clashed against his skin, failing to pierce through his throat.

Porsonʼs eyes turned cold, and he immediately grabbed the woman by her throat. She was also a peak immortal, but in front of Porson, she seemed nothing but a weak mortal.

Porson snapped her head and threw her headless corpse like a toy. It was only the start, as all the ladies simultaneously charged at Porson.

There were three hundred seventeen women in the group since whenever Porson came, he would take these many ladies to vent all his lust. That day, those many peak Immortals became his worst nightmare.

Despite getting surrounded by so many peak Immortals, Porson didnʼt feel afraid, but before he could act, he suddenly froze.

Clap! Clap! Clap!

The next moment, everything on the floor seemed to have frozen, including time, and a hooded figure walked out of the void.

Even though the figure had a hood covering their face, Porson could feel that the figure was staring at him. All his senses were warning him to escape as quickly as possible.

At that moment, the cards rewarded by the store were glowing in his sea of consciousness. There were situations where the opponent was immensely powerful, and the user couldnʼt even think properly. The system had taken that situation into account when rewarding the store assistant.

The moment the danger touched his life, the card would explode, teleporting Porson to his residence, where he would be safe from all dangers.

The hooded figure seemed to be aware of the glowing card, so he didnʼt make any movement that could kill Porson but descended and sat down on the untouched part of the sofa.

The next moment, Porson found all the binds on him disappearing, and he was free to move.

”Sit here,” The hooded figure said, pointing at the sofa.

Porson wanted to ignore that, but his body moved on its own, and he appeared on the spot as pointed out by the figure.

”What do you want from me?” Porson coldly asked. He was someone who had seen the peak of the dimension, so he immediately calmed down and began to analyze the situation.

Porson had no enemies with the strength of the hooded figure, so only the store could be the cause of the situation he was facing at the moment.
