Chapter 1275: The Chinocho(22)

Eziya was surprised to see Chinocho on the card since it wasnʼt a beast of the Sacred Dimension. The Chinocho were a race of creatures born in the Primordial Dimension.

After learning about the summoning of the beast, Aakesh informed her that there were only three beasts of the Primordial Dimension. She never expected herself to summon one of the three, unaware that it was the last beast of the Primordial Dimension in the summoning pool.

Katrina and Autumn had already summoned the other two beasts, and there was only one beast available for each of the three races.

The Chinocho was one of the few races in the multiverse to have no attacking skills. Nature awarded them outrageous vitality and defense to compensate for that.

Having no attacking skill deeply hurt the Chinochos, and they were at the lowest tier of races in the Primordial Dimension, with no hopes of rising above. The only reason they had survived until now was due to their tame, playful nature and majestic appearance. Many strong cultivators kept Chinochos as pets, giving protection to the race.

Eziya was aware of the following steps if she needed to buy the beast, so she couldnʼt help but become curious about what would happen in the taming battle.

The Chinocho had no skill that would make her lose, and neither was she strong enough to harm the beast at the same level due to its vitality and defense.

As for whether to go for another summoning, the thought never rose in her head. She detested fighting, so there was no need for her beast to have attacking skills. It was perfectly made for her, and she immediately made up her mind to buy it. Her curiosity was another reason for the immediate decision.

She then left the device and joined the line waiting in front of the square device. After some time of waiting, her turn finally arrived.

She placed the beast card in the card compartment and her hand in the respective section. The next moment, she found herself in different surroundings, and her cultivation dropped to peak Supreme God, the same as the beast.

As the Chinochos were tame creatures, they liked to live in a peaceful area. Even though the beast had the head of a lion, it was an herbivore. Its appearance was majestic, but its nature was like a cow.

As far as Eziyaʼs eyes could see, she could see green grass ripe for grazing. There was a sweetness in the air as she took a breath. The sky was blue, with white clouds spreading. It wasnʼt long after sunrise, so lights were reflecting through the dew drops in the grass. Just looking at that scene, Eziya felt serene, wanting to lie down.

Eziyaʼs eyes then fell on the Chinocho peacefully grazing on the grass, not even looking at Eziya.

Eziya took a step forward, and the beast finally noticed her. As soon as it saw her, its eyes turned cautious, but then the next moment, an amazing scene happened.

Disregarding Eziyaʼs threat, it approached her instead of running away. Eziya didnʼt expect the scene to play out like that.

Eziya let down her guard as the beast stopped right in front of her and looked at her with its beautiful eyes, not blinking at all.

Eziya thought of patting the beast when suddenly, the beast charged at her, knocking her down and taking Eziya by surprise.

Eziya dumbfoundedly stood up and saw the Chinocho jumping around as if it had achieved something exceptional. Following that, the same scene played out.

This time, there was a smirking expression on the Chinochoʼs face while Eziya stood there dumbfoundedly for some time, not knowing what to do.

Both charges were playful, not causing even slight damage to her other than wetting her dress from falling into the wet grass.

Eziya didnʼt want to face the same situation three times, so she prepared herself. The next moment, she saw disdain in the beastʼs eyes. It was as if the beast was looking down on her for expecting the beast to play out the same move.

The next moment, the beast did the same, and Eziya again fell into its trap. That time, it was laughing at her for being so stupid.

If it were any other cultivator, they would have gotten angry with the beast, but not Eziya. The smile on her face turned even wider as she pounced on the beast, trying to hug it.

The beast immediately flapped its phoenix-like wings, and in no time, it was high in the air. Eziya followed behind since cultivators above True God could fl. Her speed was no less quick than the beastʼs, so she also reached it.

The Chinocho couldnʼt let itself fall into its opponentʼs hands, as it could see a terrible fate would befall it, so it rushed away.

The next moment, a game of running played out in the sky. The beast ran from Eziya while she chased it.

After hours of chasing, Eziya finally caught up with the beast, grabbing it by its mane.

Eziyaʼs hands were soft, and she also hadnʼt used much force, so the beast didnʼt feel any pain from that. As it had expected, the next moment, a terrible fate befell it.

Eziya began to play with its fur, irritating the beast. Its stomach area was sensitive to touch, so when Eziya rubbed it, the beast found it to be ticklish.

At first, the beast tried to move away from Eziya, but unfortunately for it, Eziya was superior in strength between the two. At the same time, its skills were of no use to it since Eziya didnʼt use any force at all, making it only feel ticklish but not painful.

The beast looked pitifully at Eziya, trying to use its cute appearance to move away, but instead of releasing the beast, Eziya squished its face and began laughing.

”Do you want it to stop?” The beast seemed to have given up on its life and stopped struggling when Eziya suddenly asked.

The Chinocho didnʼt even care for what Eziya was going to say next; it repeatedly nodded its head like a hen pecking on its food.
