Chapter 1110: Battles!

Katrina looked at the result of the clash in surprise, but at the same time, she attacked back.

A red glow appeared around her hands as she slammed them into the battle stage.

Sensing a sudden danger to his life, Aakesh jumped, and the ground beneath his feet exploded in the next moment.

Using the force from the shockwave of the explosion, Aakesh threw himself forward, an energy ball appearing in his head.

The situation of the first battle didnʼt repeat itself, as a black energy barrier surrounded Katrina.

Aakesh slammed the energy ball into the barrier, not caring about his proximity to the explosion since he was immune to the damage from its shockwave.

Boom! Crack!

The next moment, a loud explosion rang out in the area, knocking Katrina hundreds of meters back.

Her landing was so hard that the sound of her bones cracking rang in the area. She looked shocked but stood up and attacked, ignoring the pain.

The bones were restoring themselves, and when Katrina reached Aakesh, there was no sign of her bone damage. Only the damage received by the energy ball stayed since it had the element of negation, slowing down the healing rate.

Three energy balls of red, white, and black colors respectively floated around her right hand. Aakesh didnʼt let the attack hit him since it was one of the strongest attacks Katrina had.

The next moment, he activated [Counter Shield]. The three energy balls slammed onto the invisible, transparent energy barrier around Aakesh.

Katrina suddenly took a step back and covered herself in a black energy barrier.

Boom!

The energy balls exploded as soon as they touched, and the shield around Aakesh started cracking. But before that, it reflected the attack on its creator.

As the shockwave slammed onto the shield, it again threw Katrina backward. This time, she stabilized her posture, landing comfortably on the ground.

But before she could think of attacking next, Aakesh appeared behind her. There were bloodstains around his upper chest as the energy barrier around her had cracked open, but it was only a minor wound and healed in no time.

Aakesh let go of his limits and activated [Apocalyptic Blast].

The space couldnʼt handle the pressure of the energy ball, and it began to crack, soon its shards started raining down.

Katrina looked horrified as she readied herself to defend, but when the energy ball left Aakeshʼs hands, she already understood the result of the battle.

The pressure from the skill finally revealed itself when Aakesh freed it from his control. The space within a range of ten meters completely disintegrated. The battle stage was slowly disintegrating into nothingness.

It sounded slow, but it all happened in less than one-ten-thousandth of a second. As if Katrina were a thin wooden wall blocking the firestorm, the blast vaporized her existence on the battleground.

Aakesh stood in the middle of the blast, unfazed. It was as if he were an omnipotent creature. Everything around him was disappearing from its existence, while he didnʼt have a slight damage.

Lilyʼs mouth opened wide, and her eyes glistened like stars as she saw the scene in front of her. Aakesh looked exceptionally cool at that moment.

Time flew by, and soon the storm of destruction stopped.

Aakesh stood in the middle of a mile-long pit with an endless depth. His eyes were as indifferent as ever. When he saw Lily jumping on her chairs, there was finally a change in his expression, and a gentle smile spread across his face.

The next moment, a blue light covered the damaged portion of the battle stage, and not long after, Katrina also appeared on the stage.

”> ”Thank ʼHimʼ, I didnʼt make an enemy of you,” Katrina honestly commented after her revival.

Aakeshʼs growth rate had become even more exaggerated in her eyes. She even thought that his growth rate would increase with his increased strength rather than slow down.

Katrina couldnʼt help but imagine the chaos Aakesh would cause one day in the Multiverse, and her lips curved up in a sly grin.

She took a step forward and appeared next to Aakesh.

”When you become the strongest, marry me,” Katrina grabbed Aakeshʼs hands and seductively whispered in his ears.

Aakeshʼs gentle smile froze on his face as he turned his head around, and his lips almost touched hers.

”Donʼt be in such a hurry,” Katrina suddenly let go of Aakesh and commented as if he were the one taking advantage of her.

Lilyʼs eyes turned cruel when she saw the scene playing on the stage. Autumn suddenly felt a chill breeze. She turned around, and a wry smile appeared on her face when she saw Lilyʼs puffed-up cheeks in anger and her cold eyes.

”You have made me proud,” Katrina commented, seeing Aakesh in no mood to continue the joke.

”You are truly the one,” She further added as her cultivation level dropped to early Divine Being.

”Letʼs begin!”

Ding!

The bell rang after Katrinaʼs comment.

Since from this battle, the challenge would truly begin, Aakesh readied himself to face whatever came.

Katrina was a cruel character, and Aakesh knew that. Losing to him despite having higher cultivation must have taken a toll on her, so she would use more than she would have usually used in the battle to win.

Katrina pounced before the sound of the bell had even reached the ears of Lily and Autumn. There were five energy balls of different colors around her right hand while her eyes were cold.

Aakesh activated [Counter Shield] and prepared to counterattack immediately.

Boom!

The sound of explosion rang as the energy balls clashed with the invisible, transparent energy barrier.

The shield immediately reflected the attack. Katrinaʼs expression was unfazed as her hands tore through the attack.

There was a black glow around her hands, and she swiped them at Aakesh.

Aakesh was no longer there as he appeared behind Katrina and punched, aiming to cause a severe injury.

Katrina seemed to have grown extremely powerful at that cultivation, as she immediately stopped her attack and skillfully attacked Aakesh to defend against his punch.

Boom!

The clash created a sound boom, knocking both parties backward. Aakesh stabilizing his footing, charged forward, a group of energy balls around him.
