The Conquerors Path

Chapter 945: Chapter 943-From The Frying Pan To The Fire.

I thought with a twitching smile on my face, the whole time I kept explaining my plan. I had to deal with the constant touching of the two women, they weren’t making it forceful or pushy, just light teasing touches that tried to get a feel of my body, the sheer power of their touch trying to cover over me, like they had the full right to do whatever they wanted with me.

The worst part was that even though they were doing this, the two of them were also fully listening to my plans! The shitty part where they are seriously considering my words while at the same time trying to tease me, being the ultimate combo here, their touches being light and teasing, testing the waters in their own way — and yes, the irony of the water is not lost to me.

[Hahahaha.....this is so fun to watch, my popcorn’s got over though...]

I replied with a snort in my mind, while I focused on the different issues at hand. Soon I was finished with telling all of my plans to them, to which a thoughtful look came to both their faces as Marlene asked,

”Can you guarantee that you can deliver?”

As she asked this, one of her fingers stealthily tried to touch my abs, to which, swatting it away, I replied,

”Yes, I can deliver.”

”Can you guarantee that you can weed out all the betrayers?”

Catherine asked as her finger tried to touch and cover over my bicep, which, once again, I swatted away, and replied,

”You know I will.”

’They don’t seemingly care about the questions or shit, they just want to tease me.’

I felt a small vein popping in my head when I thought of that. I could easily understand their goals, for I had already mentioned the plans completely, told everything there is to cover, these extra shitty questions being so that they could get more chances to grope me.

[Sigh...so much happiness.....Guess I should pay that bitch karma for setting this up.]

The system’s reply only made me feel more shitty as I looked at these two women looking down at me with smiles on their faces and asked,

”So, you guys in or out?”

To which Marlene said,

”Not sure, I have some more questions...”

Saying so, she shifted a bit, soon placing one of her legs above my thigh. Catherine, seeing it, didn’t hesitate before she did the same — the two of them making it clear to me that they are interested in me. There is no game, no hiding, nothing like that; their interests are clearly in the open to me, to which I could only keep a wry smile on my face as I replied,

”I am sure you have more questions, but sadly, I don’t have much time anymore today, a lot left to do after all, so any more questions can be sent toward me later.”

Saying so, I got a hold of their legs as I, shifting, stood up from my chair, my eyes passing between the two women as I spoke,

”And yes, I do remember the promise of the time I have given you. I will help you, Catherine, with your problem, and your issue, too, Marlene. Just give me some more time — I have a lot to do after all.”

My words being serious and finding the situation serious, and even more happy that I still remember, there being nothing more important than the promise I gave them, the two of them stood up from the chair, smiles being on their faces as Marlene spoke,

”Sure, you got a deal then, but push back anymore and I will forcefully take you away — of course, it’s to help me~”

”The same with me; better get things ready for us soon. If not, I can make sure to sing something bad away~”

Catherine added with light teasing, the two of them looking at me with a predatory gaze as I, with a helpless smile, agreed,

”I understand. It shall be done, my princesses.”

A dramatic bow being given by me at the end of my words as I started to head out of the room, to which suddenly Marlene asked,

”Wait, aren’t you taking the chair?”

”Keep it; it might work well as a good memory of this time.”

I replied and quickly walked out of the room before they could latch onto me again.

I thought walking through the streets of the academy. I am 100% sure that they would have held me long and done more things if it wasn’t for the seriousness of the situation. No matter how childish and playful they were being, in the end, they knew it was a serious situation, so they gave me the open space to make a move out.

I mused, the two of them accustomed to getting whatever they want, not backing out at all. My rejection of Catherine before keeps them at bay, while digging deeper into Olivia, the situation is as bad as it can get, but somehow, I am thriving due to the outer pressure they are facing. But even that won’t last for long either.

Shaking off the dreadful future heading towards me, I focused on the current task at hand. Moving undetected throughout the place, I soon arrived in another sector — the more open demon sector of the place — and as I walked through it, even undetected, I could still see some vampire women shifting around, seemingly as if they sensed something divine but couldn’t get to it.

Musing on those thoughts, I walked through this district, quickly moving through it, and then entered a more private establishment. It didn’t take me long to find the private room for my meeting, to which I entered, only to be met with the sight of Angelina sitting in a chair — her sheer beauty seductive as always, with a stunning look that would make anyone lose their focus.

Seeing me, a smile came to her face, one of seduction, yet I also quickly detected shyness in it, a true one coming from her large interest in me, an interest that seems not to go away at all. After all, with everything I had put into her, the dreams, the ’truths,’ and the bloodline changes I made to her, she is already mine now.

It’s just left for me to take some action, or in this case, for Angelina to take the right action, to know that she is already head over heels for me. Thus, maintaining a light smile, I walked into the room as I spoke,

”Thanks for taking the time.”

”I had to make it, else I am afraid something bad will happen to me.”

I smirked at her words, she already, in a way, knew that I hold untold power in my hands, power that many won’t be able to touch. After all, I did show her what I could do when she had tried to hurt Jack. Thus, she knows, she knows she can’t mess with me at all. In all accounts, I am her fantasy prince, giving her her best romantic fantasy.

My eyes glittered as I looked at Angelina.

[

Angelina

101%

She has already accepted in her heart that you are like a fated prince in her life, the powerful, mysterious man that only speaks the truth, someone destined for just her, and she will stop at nothing to get you, the one man seemingly worthy of her.

]

Confirming my thoughts, I shook the hand of Angelina, who, in between, slowly rubbed her finger into the inner depth of my palm before letting go. My expression stayed the same at her actions, taking it more like the teasing she always gives.

”It’s good to see you in great health.”

Angelina spoke, to which I replied,

”Thank you, you too.”

My words lit up the face of Angelina, who confirmed the depths of my words with her eyes of truth. So she is leaning more towards the fact that I might care more about her than I let on. We quickly took seats, the room itself being very expensive and private, with everything around us looking posh as can be.

”Before we begin, some wine?”

Angelina asked as she raised the wine bottle from the ice; the bottle itself was kept at the table, which sat between us.

”Sure.”

I replied as Angelina poured the two of us wine. She handed me the glass, which I took, taking a light sip, the full force of the heavy alcohol and its unique taste filling my lips as I tasted. After a sip, I spoke,

”The Indovian wine from the rare Topical piece? It’s good.”

Pleased with my answer, Angelina too took a sip of her wine, after which she looked at me with a seductive smile.

”So, let me hear this great plan of yours.”

To which, taking a sip, I started to speak.

[From the frying pan to the fire.]

I couldn’t disagree with that as I looked at Angelina being as seductive as possible...

And oh, did I forget to mention how she is dressed now?
