Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 3143: Surprise Attack (2)

Various small teams’ numbers were slightly different due to the casualties.

But the rough estimate of a big troop’s total number of people was around 500.

Huang Yueli didn’t bring her big troop with her. Instead, she brought her previous Team 3’s 50 people. As for Xia Yunxi, she also chose to bring her Team 4’s members.

The total number they brought along was around 100 people and was this operation’s main force.

They had to infiltrate the demon tribe’s campsite, find the tent of middle troops, and killed the heavily injured Rui Xuan!

As for Command Hu, Commander Xiao, and Command Tang, they will each lead three big troops, adding on to Huang Yueli and Xia Yunxi’s remaining troops, making it a total of more than 2400 people. They were responsible for cleaning up the demon tribe campsite’s ordinary devil soldiers.

As for the remaining troops under Jing Zhihai and the other two Commanders, who were on good terms with him, Huang Yueli simply could not trust them at all.

To prevent any mishap from happening, Huang Yueli dismissed their troops of over 1500 people to the exterior of the demon tribe’s campsite. They would be responsible for security in the forest’s surroundings and swamps, killing all those devils who attempted to escape!

Because there were too many soldiers taking part in this operation, to reduce the possibility of being discovered, Huang Yueli arranged different routes for all the eight Commanders.

So after leaving the campsite, various troops gradually went on their separate ways to their routes.

When they entered the demon tribe’s control are, only Xia Yunxi’s team and Huang Yueli were together.

“Yunxi, do you remember all the things that we need to take note of when we reach the demon tribe’s campsite?” Huang Yueli whispered as she walked forward.

Xia Yunxi’s lips curled slightly. “Don’t worry and leave it to me. What do you have to worry about?”

Huang Yueli sighed. “I know you’re the most reliable! But somehow, I just can’t stop worrying.”

Xia Yunxi actually felt the same, but since things were already at this stage, she didn’t want to add to Huang Yueli’s psychological burden.

“Don’t worry so much. Our plan is so detailed. Even if there’s an accident, we’ve already thought about a way to deal with it. There won’t be any problem!”

“Alright!” Huang Yueli nodded hard.

The team that they led had already coordinated with them multiple times, considered to be highly trained.

Everyone moved forward swiftly and noiselessly in the dark forest. After slightly more than two hours later, they reached the outside of the demon tribe’s campsite and hid in the surrounding forest to observe the situation.

Huang Yueli took out a hand-drawn map and looked at it with the help of the dim moonlight.

She pointed to a part of the map and said, “This map is drawn personally by Divine Lieutenant. The surroundings of the demon tribe’s campsite also have a similar defensive array to ours. But their arrays and mechanism skills are much more primitive and would be damaged very easily. Later on, we will enter from this place! I will be responsible for destroying the array here.”

She paused shortly and said, “But once the defensive array loses its effectiveness, a commotion will surely break out in the demon tribe’s campsite. We can’t stay here for too long. By then, just leave me there and lead the men to charge into the main tent directly. Get the soldiers to line up into their formation and surround the main tent first!

Xia Yunxi nodded, “Understood!”

Huang Yueli didn’t heave a sigh of relief upon hearing her assurance. Instead, she frowned and her finger moved slightly on the map, as though she was carefully deliberating over something.
