Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 3140: A Bold Plan (5)

People were naturally afraid to die, so hearing the idea to take the initiative and sneak an attack on the demon tribe’s campsite made the Commanders slightly frightened.

Originally, they were more inclined to guard their base tightly. But as it was Huang Yueli’s command, they couldn’t go against her so directly.

Now, Jing Zhihai voiced out so clearly and logically, so the others seemed as though they found a way to get off the platform, and hurriedly echoed in agreement.

Huang Yueli’s lips curled as she swept a glance at them.

“What Commander Jing said… seems logical!”

Jing Zhihai heard her reply and suddenly felt delighted. “Then, Commander Li is preparing to accept my suggestion?”

If Huang Yueli was really that dumb, he would be extremely happy!

When Huang Yueli led her men and died in the demon tribe’s base, he would be able to take over the control of this campsite logically!

However, before Jing Zhihai could laugh out, Huang Yueli shook her head and said slowly, “It seems logical, but… it’s actually a load of bullsh*t!”

Jing Zhihai’s expression suddenly changed, “What??”

Huang Yueli’s gaze turned cold and she replied without holding back, “The demon tribe might be weak and the Sky Devil might be seriously injured. But they are not so weak that a team of 300 to 500 people could easily handle! Even if all the soldiers were mobilized, it might not guarantee that we will attain success, what more for a small team? Wouldn’t that really be committing suicide? What is your real intention?”

“Moreover, allow the campsite’s soldiers to rest for a couple of days? That’s right, resting for two days would indeed recuperate their strength. But the allied armies’ soldiers aren’t the only ones regaining their strength. The devil soldiers will also regain theirs!”

“As for sending out scouts… we have the demon tribe base’s topography since a long time ago, so why do the unnecessary? Moreover, if the scouts are discovered by the demon tribe, they will prepare to defend themselves. Then how are we going to sneak an attack on them?”

“You… but… but…” Jing Zhihai couldn’t rebuke her at all and his face turned from green to white.

After a while later, he thought of something and retorted, “Anyway, you’re too rash, you’re simply a risk-taker! You say sneak an attack and we’ll just do it? There isn’t even a plan. Is there anyone who even commands the troops like you in such a way?”

He couldn’t win Huang Yueli in facts, so he started to make frivolous claims.

But he understood the other Commanders’ mentality very well. He grabbed hold of the fact that they didn’t dare to take any risks and made Huang Yueli out to be a rash person without proper planning.

As expected, the other Commanders started to be stirred up and were hesitant in making a decision.

Huang Yueli sneered when she saw this.

“I don’t know how to command the troops? I’m rash, and I’m a risk-taker? Perhaps what you say is true! But I remember that we were attacked today because everyone here insisted on taking up the defensive tactic. You thought that it was a foolproof plan!”

She looked at Xia Yunxi and said, “A few days ago, Commander Xi had already reminded everyone that the demon tribe was very weak then, and it was better to attack than defend! But no one believed in him. In the end? The result is something that all of you had seen!”

“We’ve already committed a mistake, don’t tell me you guys want to commit the same mistake again?”

“I know everyone has trained for many years to attain your current cultivation and rank. So naturally, you will cherish your lives. But if we don’t take any risks, we will all be sitting ducks! Have you ever considered that if Sky Devil Rui Xuan recovers and if our reinforcements have not arrived, what would be the final result?”

“Aren’t all of you afraid to die? By then, the only route awaiting us will be death!”
