Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 3136: A Bold Plan (1)

Li Yukun was carried over to the other tent to rest.

The eight Commanders returned to the main tent once again to discuss the strategy.

Among these eight people, other than Huang Yueli and Xia Yunxi, their previous superior Commander Hu was the only human among them.

The remaining were Jing Zhihai and the others, a total of five god clan Commanders.

The moment they walked in, Commander Hu cupped his fists in greeting at Huang Yueli and Xia Yunxi and said, “Wow, I didn’t expect this. I originally thought that you two were fleeing from calamity and would drag our campsite down. In the end, both of you are rare geniuses! It’s only been a few days and the two of you have been promoted to become Commanders! Commander Li has even become our campsite’s Commanding Officer!”

Huang Yueli replied politely, “I originally only wanted to return to Blessed City as soon as possible, but didn’t imagine that so many things had happened in between. Will Commander Hu please try your best to coordinate with me to defeat the demon tribe? This will be beneficial to all of us! Anyway, I won’t be staying for long in the army.”

Huang Yueli put things across frankly because she deeply sensed the tense situation of fighting for power from Jing Zhihai in the allied armies.

Naturally, she could understand the reason for it.

Every single person in the allied armies basically went through life and death situations to earn sufficient military merits and risked their lives to exchange for honor and benefits. So naturally, none of them were willing to abandon it so easily!

But Huang Yueli wasn’t interested in these personally. From the start to the end, her only aim was to reunite with her husband as soon as possible.

Hence, she simply blurted out her plan of “won’t be staying for long in the army”, in the hope to lessen the obstruction that she would meet during her time as the Commanding Officer.

However, Commander Hu had an astonished expression on his face. “Commander Li, why is that so? Your commanding talent is something that the entire allied armies lack the most! If you stay in the army, you will rise through the ranks very quickly. Moreover, with you around, we will be able to save many God Realm practitioners’ lives…”

Huang Yueli didn’t expect him to say that and couldn’t help but took another look at Commander Hu.

Commander Hu looked really sincere.

In truth, when he saw Huang Yueli ascending the ranks, Commander Hu felt happier than upset.

After all, from his perspective, Huang Yueli was a human practitioner!

Human practitioners taking on a high-ranking post in the allied armies was very rare.

Other than the famous heave grade genius human Lu Xihe, who had become a Divine Lieutenant very long ago, the other humans who wanted to become a Divine Lieutenant would need to gain many years of experience.

Moreover, no human took up an even higher rank than Divine Lieutenant.

Whereas based on Huang Yueli’s commanding talent, her future would definitely be higher than Lu Xihe’s!

This kind of person is the entire human race’s pride!

Why would Commander Hu even go against her?

Huang Yueli thought about it and understood what he was thinking of.

But she knew her own identity and understood that Commander Hu had indeed misunderstood.

Of course, Huang Yueli wouldn’t be so silly as to expose herself. Since Commander Hu was willing to coordinate with her, no matter what his reason was, there was no need to bother about it!

The main tent’s space wasn’t very large and everyone heard the conversation between Huang Yueli and Commander Hu.

The other Commanders looked at them in unison.

The other two exchanged a glance and walked up, cupping their fists at Huang Yueli.

“Commander Li, your commanding standard has really convinced us!”
