Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 399: Chapter 397:The Fall Of The Ancients(02)

The moment the barrier shattered, the others surged forward.

They didn’t bother waiting to see if Dante’s attack had successfully wiped out everyone.

They knew.

Despite the horror of that attack, the people gathered down there were monsters that had lived for longer than any of them had been existing, so...

ROOOOOOOARRRRRR!!!!

Tian gave a terrifying roar as his hoodie was blasted apart.

His figure grew and expanded until the imposing form of a multicolored dragon with horns the size of skyscrapers appeared.

Stretching for a horrifying 300 meters, he would’ve cast a massive shadow over the place if not for the dark clouds still hovering over the entire place like an omen.

The dragon’s eyes peered through the smoke and dust still rising from the collapsing structure of the floating isles as the entire thing plummeted.

”Ahhh... Draken blood!!! It’s been a long time since I last had a taste!! Let’s fix that, why don’t we?” His figure immediately surged forward as forceful winds blasted the dust apart, revealing the surviving figures within.

The land might’ve been annihilated with an overwhelming casualty count, but those that truly mattered were still standing, and the moment they appeared before Valen and the others...

ROOOOOARRRRRR!!!!

A massive, multicolored dragon tail was the only welcome received.

SCHPLAT!!!

The two frontmost ancestors of the Draken family were instantly turned into meat paste, sticking to the dragon’s massive tail like a stain.

Two ancestors. Figures that had lived for thousands of years. Said to be the powerful backbone of the family.

Gone. Just like that.

”Ahhhhh! Yes!!! The taste of Draken blood! Give me MORRRREEEE!!!!” Tian licked the meat paste off his tail as his eyes shone a brilliant light, before...

BANG!!

Another massive tail swipe tore through the air, but this one was coming from the Draken family’s side.

BOOOM!!!

The collision sent the others careening backward as they distanced themselves from the clash.

ROOOOOOOOARRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Multiple draconic roars burst through the air as massive dragons blotted the skies.

”LONG TIAN!!! YOU TRAITOR!!!”

An aged voice rumbled through the air as another massive multicolored dragon appeared.

”HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! OLD MAN AO!! COME TO DIE, I SEE!! WELL, DON’T MIND IF I DO!!”

Tian laughed in pure excitement as his body crashed into the swarm of dragons that had gathered against him...

BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!

A clash ensued soon enough between them.

The others, having distanced themselves from the apocalyptic clash of titans, finally looked toward Valen’s group.

”Ravena,” Magnus called out.

”Old man. I told you that you would regret not making a move back then, didn’t I? I told you that the next time I stepped foot here with Dante in tow, it would be the end of this snake pit. Do you believe me now?” Her body had already started morphing as her words left her lips. Pitch-black scales covered her entire body as four pairs of obsidian horns curved backward from her head.

Her eyes became twin black holes as her body grew in height, four draconic wings tearing themselves free from her back as she leveled an emotionless look upon the group.

”You made a very big mistake by targeting my family, old bastard. And now, it’s time to pay...”

There were no loud explosions from Raven as her figure materialized right before the man,

her claws tearing straight at his face as space was rendered apart like Swiss cheese.

Yes, the laws were suppressed. But her talent and bloodline abilities were not.

Magnus’s eyes constricted once he felt the aura from those claws.

His eyes shone a cerulean blue as a barrier formed over his body.

CRAACK!!

It barely had any effect, but it was enough for the man to instantly distance himself.

He tried to speak, but Raven was already on him like a moth to flames.

RIIIIIPPPPPP!!!!

Her claws tore space apart as they threatened to split the man into an impossible number of sliced bacon.

”YOU INSOLENT CHILD!!!”

The man had had enough. Giving out a terrible shout, dark blue scales covered his entire arm and then...

BOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

His fist clashed with Raven’s,

a concentrated wave of energy bursting outward with them as the center.

Their eyes locked into a deadly stalemate and then...

BOOOM!!!

They moved.

They were nothing but a blur of obsidian black and deep oceanic blue.

Their clashes shook the sky and land alike as the entire region was slowly terraformed.

”HAHAHAHAHAHA... since we’re settling old scores, then...” Dakota cackled manically as her eyes roamed the group, her gaze landing on the vampires at the back, specifically at the man leading the group.

”They always said leeches never knew how to mind their business, and I always thought that was wrong, but now? Now I believe they were right!” Her figure appeared before the vampires in a burst of crimson.

”Dakota.” The leading man’s voice had turned grim.

”Ahh... Alaric. So you’re the new king of this generation, hahahahahaha!!!” Dakota laughed mockingly as she addressed the man.

”You...”

”To think they wouldn’t have any other options than to give a dick-riding scum like you the crown. I wonder how many of those old fuckers cocked you enough to actually consider this.”

”YOU!!!”

”No matter. They’ll all be dead after this anyways, so let’s get it over with.”

The moment she was done speaking, she snapped her fingers...

SNAP!

And then...

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

The vampire entourage that had come with the king, Alaric, began exploding like popping cherries.

Any vampire below the law comprehension stage was instantly turned into nourishment for the cackling woman.

”DAKOTA!!!!!” Alaric and the surviving vampires roared in rage.

”VAMPIRIC TRANSFORMATION!!”

Their human forms immediately exploded as their bodies got leaner, bat-like wings bursting out of their backs. Their faces elongated until they became like those of bats.

Their aura exploded as they charged the mad woman.

”Come! Come! Let me have my fun before my dear Dante over there decides to wipe you out! Ahahahahahahaha!!”

BOOOOM!!!

Dakota launched herself straight into the assault, claws out, and then...

RIPPPPP!!!

Instantly tore a law comprehension stage vampire into two.

She raised the split corpse to her mouth and then...

Gulp. Gulp. Gulp.

Drank the blood with glee...

”Ahh... that’s the taste right there. Pure leech delight! My favorite!!” Her eyes shone red in madness as she locked her deathly gaze onto the others.

A chill suddenly shot up their spines as her voice reached them,

”Now then, who’s next?”

.....

BOOOM!!! BOOOM!!! BOOOOOMMM!!! The carnage wasn’t merely restricted to the region around the floating islands. The entire central continent and even beyond those borders trembled from the release and collision of so many powers.

The skies would have been lit up with a kaleidoscope of colors were it not for the ever-increasing glow of the twin suns that were looking over everything like a god peering down on mortals.

They could feel it, the ever-increasing intensity of the pelting hail, the increasing suction of the heaven-reaching twisters, and the lightning dragons that were currently in their hundreds, blotting out the entire skies.

His patience was running thin.

A disaster was about to descend if they didn’t hurry.

”Well, I guess I should pick someone as well then, fufufufu...” Clarissa laughed seductively as she swayed to the front.

”Hmm...” She placed a cleanly manicured finger to her chin as her eyes scanned the still-numerous people getting ready to attack.

”Eeny, meeny, miny, all...” The moment the words left her lips, a dreary feeling hooked the souls of all those below.

”Oh no!! It’s life’sbreath! Everyone, protect yourselves!!!” Multiple laws were instantly used to their limits by those that had survived the island’s crash.

Yes. They could use their own laws.

That was their advantage. That was why they were still confident. But...

”Essence Drain...”

They were about to witness why laws weren’t everything...

A cherry-pink aura drifted from Clarissa’s beautiful form as it covered the army below, and then...

”Ahhhhhhh!!!!!”

”My essence... no!! No!!!”

Shrieks of horror erupted from the gathered crowd.

A thick stream of green could be seen actively being drawn out of the group as slowly...

PLOP! PLOP! PLOP!

Many began dropping out of the sky like flies,

their bodies turning to dust and ashes before they could even hit the ground.

Clarissa twirled her finger in the air, gathering the green essence, before...

”Hmm... not as tasty as I expected.” Popping it into her mouth, expression flat.

The coalition’s morale plummeted when they saw the damage she had inflicted on their numbers without having even moved from her spot.

But before they could spiral even further...

”Heh! Clarissa. I always knew you were a crazy bitch, but to think it’d be this bad. No wonder no man has ever deigned to look at you.” A soft, feminine voice sounded from behind them as a woman approached.

Clarissa’s head tilted cutely at the sound of the voice. ”Selina? You’re still alive? Damn! I thought some random elf would’ve poked you through your ass with a vine by now, you twisted bitch.”

”CLARISSA!!!” The woman immediately lost her cool as thick vines shot through the air, aiming to impale Clarissa, but...

”Cute...” With a single finger, Clarissa halted the attacks and then, ”Drain...” sucked the entire essence out of them, turning them into dried wooden sticks.

”Why are you upset? We all know your hidden fetishes.” The woman laughed.

”Do not lump me in with the likes of you!” The one named Selina, an elf in a royal green leaf dress, snarled.

”Heh! The only difference between us is, I’m open about what I like and who I want to do all that with. But you? You’re just a hypocritical whore that likes getting fucked, but doesn’t want to admit it ’cause she’s a pointy-eared hypocrite calling herself a ’true elf.’ At least Abaddonians are open about themselves.” Clarissa shrugged.

”I will gut you like a filthy fish!!!” Selina roared.

”Yeah, yeah. Let’s take this somewhere private. I may not have a big penis, but I am pretty sure I can fuck you up properly.” Saying so, she pulled out a small, rounded device from her breasts, and then...

CRACK!

She broke it. She and Selina were instantly covered by a blue light dome before...

WAP! Vanished.

Slowly, the others made their way into the opposing army, taking for themselves their own challenges.

None took less than an entire group as the carnage escalated.

Finally, the only person left without any challenges was Valen Wildeheart himself. And before him...

”I guess it’s just you and us now, O paragon of war.” The remaining coalition members.

The remaining 5 elders from the Draken family. Demon Dukes from the kingdoms of Lustria, Wratharis, Hubris, and Mammon.

Two Ancient Vampires from the Twilight family.

And two other massive multicolored dragons.

The members of the church had already been taken by Elizabeth as she seemed to have a genuine debt to settle with them.

The lineup was staggering. The very atmosphere was struggling to contain their sheer power, but Valen, in his crimson horned armor, remained silent.

”You wish not to speak, O War?” the leading man, a shrunken elder from the Draken family, asked. Yet, silence was all he received.

”Then, so be—”

SWIIIIIIIIII!!!!

Suddenly, the sound of the air tearing apart reached their ears as something approached at frightening speeds.

Valen finally moved as he raised his right arm, hand open, and then...

CLANG!!

The item collided with his open palm.

Before the others could react, Valen finally spoke his first words since Dante’s arrival...

”The Art of Massacre...”

The world.

The carnage.

The explosions.

Everything seemed to freeze the moment he spoke.

An overwhelming feeling of death fell upon the entire coalition group before they heard it...

the words that signaled the beginning of the end...

”Dead at the gates...”
