Three Towers Game

After Wen Xishu initiated ”Attack This Round,” he immediately received agreement from all team members.

Wen Xishu even unlocked an achievement called ”United Effort.”

United Effort: When all your team members instantly enter a state of readiness and immediately agree to attack, you gain 15 points of favorability from all team members and achieve a burst of fighting spirit. In the upcoming battle, your skill cooldowns are halved.

It sounds... pretty straightforward, as long as you discuss entering a state of readiness first thing before deployment.

Logically, this should be a powerful buff, but Wen Xishu felt that it was very easy to obtain.

However, he didn’t have time to contemplate this sense of dissonance.

Because shortly after, the surrounding scene began to change.

This was a suburban town now reduced to ruins; everyone appeared in the town’s supermarket, where the door to the storeroom was already open.

Wen Xishu felt the scene seemed familiar, but the next second, a monster with long hair but only a single head floated in the air, charging fiercely at him.

”Commander, watch out!”

The head looked like a lantern suspended in the air, its long hair flowing, giving it an eerie feeling.

As it came crashing in, Wen Xishu responded immediately, but he didn’t need to because Colonel Devon collided directly with the head, smashing it to pieces.

”Colonel Devon, are you alright?” Elsa immediately began checking Devon’s wounds.

To ensure the eerie monster wasn’t still alive, Cavendish fired a silenced shot at the strange head monster.

The three cooperated seamlessly.

”I’m okay, Commander, stay vigilant. According to the directions, we need to go through each checkpoint. Every scene is different; once we clear all checkpoints, we can reach a place unaffected by the Balance Curse!”

”Next, there will be many bizarre entities, so don’t let them intimidate you.”

Using just a collision to heavily injure an eerie creature, Wen Xishu had to admit, the c+ card was quite powerful.

”Let’s go.” Wen Xishu nodded.

The weapon in his hand was the Scorpion Knife. Using a soccer ball was still unnecessary for him.

”In fact, I’m not weak myself; if any monsters appear next, you don’t need to worry too much about me, prioritize dealing with the monsters near you.”

Wen Xishu didn’t want his chance to kill monsters taken by his teammates. He needed to boost his proficiency.

Outside the storeroom, in the supermarket’s shelves area, there were many wandering ”customers.”

Their bodies had mutated long ago, and sensing Wen Xishu and the others’ presence, their swollen, bloated bodies, to the point of being grotesque, charged with astonishing speed.

At the farthest point, there was a giant-sized entity whose movement caused the supermarket to shake slightly.

It was a four-meter-tall mass of flesh, barely able to reveal its hands but with its feet unseen. The disproportion of its hands and body made it seem like a mass of flesh without limbs.

It seemed to move by squirming, somewhat slow, but undoubtedly, it was the elite monster of this area.

Apart from it were dozens of swollen-bodied monsters whose flesh had turned purple, rushing towards Wen Xishu and the others.

”Cavendish, you handle the mass of flesh. Devon, you and I will block the monsters’ attack, don’t let Elsa be affected!”

Wen Xishu immediately issued orders.

Currently, his combat panel was not low, combined with skills like Perfect Bounce and Extreme Kick, he charged in wielding his knife.

Devon marveled at the commander’s powerful combat ability.

He watched as those swollen-bodied monsters couldn’t even touch the commander’s clothes, while the commander’s knife swing had many mistakes, not using optimal force...

But with insufficient technique, ample numbers, one slash and the monster was beheaded.

Moreover, the commander’s legs were very strong, exceptionally strong.

Most of the time, the commander actually didn’t use the knife but opted for a kick that could send even bulky monsters flying!

”So strong! Not surprising he’s able to save us heroes! I can’t fall behind either!”

[Devon’s favorability +10.]

[Cavendish’s favorability +10.]

[Elsa’s favorability +10.]

[Team reputation +10.]

Are these data meaningful?

Wen Xishu couldn’t help but wonder. Things too easy to obtain always made him feel... less valuable.

Of course, his attention was elsewhere now.

[Extreme Kick, proficiency 25/99. Current Level 1. No additional effects. Next level effect: Extreme Kick·Stardust, your Extreme Kick will have a splitting effect at Level 2.]

After consecutively landing twenty-five kicks on different targets, Wen Xishu realized he could start leveling up Extreme Kick.

Level 2 can already achieve multiple attacks, what about Level 3?

He was full of motivation and fighting spirit.

In the eyes of other team members, he was the most qualified commander.

Bam!

With the help of United Effort, Cavendish’s sniping interval reduced.

He also used his most powerful weapon, the heavy sniper rifle.

The distant flesh monster did not stop squirming due to Cavendish’s attack, but Cavendish did not lose heart, he was calculating the opponent’s weak point.

This was another of his abilities, finding ”weak spots,” specifically headshot points.

Monsters differ from humans; many monster’s weak points are no longer on their heads.

Long-term sniping also evolved Cavendish to have the ability to master finding monsters’ weak spots.

But observation time was needed.

If it were normal, by the time the flesh monster reached near them, he wouldn’t have obtained the weak spot, but this time, he felt himself stronger.
