The Wizard Has A Biochip

All of a sudden, a shrill voice echoed throughout the laboratory.

— Master, Totil!!!!

I turned my head just in time to see Lina practically running across the room.

Her footsteps echoed between the workbenches covered with tools and strange mechanisms.

She stopped in front of Totil, breathing heavily.

Without hesitation, she raised her arm and pointed directly at me.

— He... he raped me! He got me drunk and then used me! We even took a bath together, and he used both of my love holes! After I woke up, I had to rush to the shopping district to buy a purification potion and remove that pervert’s genetic material from inside me!

Her words hit the laboratory like an explosion.

My entire body froze.

For a moment, it felt as though all the air had vanished from my lungs.

My first instinct was to respond immediately, to deny every accusation.

But before a single sound could leave my mouth, my eyes met Totil’s.

The old mage remained completely still.

His face showed no surprise.

No indignation.

No curiosity.

He simply let out a long sigh.

Then he slowly raised his head and stared at some random point on the ceiling.

He seemed distant.

After several seconds of absolute silence, Totil finally looked back at Lina.

— I am over two hundred years old. Matters as mundane and far removed as these are not my concern.

Lina blinked, clearly not expecting that response.

— If you have nothing more important to say... leave. I need to continue my experiments.

Lina opened her mouth to say something...

But no words came out.

Totil’s natural authority crushed any attempt at arguing.

Without saying a single word, I walked toward the exit.

Lina ended up following me.

I left the laboratory in silence.

The heavy door slammed shut behind us with a muffled thud, and the stone corridor became strangely quiet once again.

I hadn’t even taken three steps.

— You bastard!

Lina charged toward me.

She stretched out her arm, trying to shove me against the wall.

I leaned my body to the side.

She went right past me.

— Huh?!

Before she could even regain her balance, she spun on her heels and threw a punch at my face.

I moved only my head.

Her fist sliced through the air.

She tried again.

Each blow was avoided with nothing more than a slight movement of my body.

Effortlessly.

— Why did you do this?! — she shouted, breathing heavily.

I smiled faintly.

— I didn’t do anything. I’m innocent.

— Stop lying. You took advantage of me when I was vulnerable and used me.

She let out a scream of frustration and charged at me once again.

This time, I didn’t just try to dodge her.

I grabbed her wrists before she could reach me, spun my body around, and used her own momentum to stop her advance.

The next moment, she was already immobilized.

I held her arms in place without hurting her and prevented her from continuing her attack.

I pushed her against the hallway wall.

I moved in from behind and licked Lina’s beautiful, smooth neck.

She trembled from head to toe.

—I know you liked it. I made your pussy have multiple orgasms. I know you really loved that wonderful feeling. Don’t try to lie.

Lina was silent for a few moments, as if recalling the situation. Her face flushed with embarrassment. After all, she couldn’t deny that it had been incredibly pleasurable—something she’d never experienced before.

—How about we be friends with sex?

Lina wanted to refuse and curse at me, but her body went limp, and those sensations she’d felt earlier were more than enough to disarm her and make her want to accept the offer.

Unfortunately, she still had a bit of her noble arrogance left, and she managed to resist her basic instincts and replied immediately.

—Let me go!

I obeyed, and then she looked at me for a few seconds before shaking her head and walking away in silence.

I smiled like a villain because she was walking in a funny way—my cock had done its job...

Before long, she’ll be my sex slave.

I didn’t waste any time and returned to my room with the vial I had received from Totil.

I carefully held the small crystal vial between my fingers.

A single vial was capable of storing far more information than dozens of scrolls.

However...

It had one major limitation.

It could only be used once.

As soon as someone completely absorbed the contents stored within it, all the information vanished forever.

The crystal became completely empty again.

That was precisely why they were so expensive.

...

Later that night...

I was sitting on my bed.

The dim candlelight caused the small vial to reflect tiny points of light.

I took a deep breath.

Then I slowly brought it to my forehead.

The next instant...

The information began flowing directly into my mind.

There were no words.

No images.

It was as if entire concepts were being engraved directly into my consciousness.

A few minutes later...

I slowly opened my eyes.

So that’s how it is...

Mages referred to the spells that only Acolytes could use as...

Rank 0 Spells.

This classification existed precisely to distinguish them from the true spells wielded by Official Mages.

Even a Second-Level or Third-Level Acolyte...

Was still limited to Rank 0 Spells.

Only after becoming an Official Mage would it be possible to safely cast higher-ranking spells.

Otherwise...

One’s own body could suffer damage.

The construction of a spell was far more elegant than I had imagined.

Magical energy functioned as the fuel.

The true secret lay in the magic model.

First...

It was necessary to construct a perfect model within one’s own mind.

An extremely precise structure.

Then...

That model used the user’s magical energy as its core.

Next...

It attracted energy particles from the surrounding environment.

Those particles were reorganized by the model.

Transformed.

Condensed.

Until they finally produced a spell.

Magical energy is only the foundation...

I looked at my hands.

The model...

Is the true catalyst.

Different catalysts.

Different results.

It was an incredibly simple principle.

And at the same time...

Extremely sophisticated.

I slowly lowered the small vial.

Its glow gradually faded.

The information had already been completely absorbed.

In just a few moments...

That crystal would become nothing more than an empty container.

I closed my eyes for a few seconds.

Then I began organizing everything in my mind.

Constructing a magic model was anything but simple.

Quite the opposite.

It was an extremely delicate process.

Any mistake during its construction would directly damage the user’s magical energy.

And recovering from that damage normally required around fifteen days of rest.

Two weeks lost.

Because of a single mistake.

It was no surprise that even five-star talented Acolytes struggled with it.

But...

I have the Biochip.

While others had to rely solely on their own memory...

I could analyze.

Simulate.

Correct.

Before I even attempted it.

Besides...

If I depended only on the normal rewards given to an Acolyte...

I would probably spend years accumulating resources.

Betting on the Arena of Death.

Building engineering devices.

Those two decisions had completely transformed my financial situation.

While an ordinary Acolyte risked their life countless times just to obtain a handful of magic crystals...

I could multiply my wealth with ease.

I slowly ran my fingers across the mattress.

But...

The real profit...

Lies in controlling the market.

If I could one day establish a safe trade route beyond the Tower...

The Explosive Fire Crystals could become an almost inexhaustible source of resources.

I slowly shook my head.

It was still too early to think about that.

The outside world remained far too dangerous.

My goal remained exactly the same.

Second Level.

A First-Level Acolyte could only store small amounts of magical energy within their body.

They possessed only basic magical resistance.

Little more than that.

Their control over energy particles was extremely superficial.

Because of that...

They were incapable of casting any true spells.

A Second-Level Acolyte, however...

Was completely different.

At that stage...

The body gained enough capacity to sustain a magic model.

And that made it possible to use Rank 0 Spells.

Even a simple spell...

When amplified by a properly constructed magic model...

Was many times more destructive than simply manipulating energy particles in a crude manner.

I had already engraved practically all the necessary codes into my bones.

Only one remained...

The last one.

I crossed my legs once more on the bed.

I closed my eyes.

Magical energy began to circulate slowly throughout my body.
