The Noble Lady of Lust

Chapter 292: Peaceful days are the best.

”Well, what’s the difference. If she finds out on her own, it would save me the explanation and the shocking revelation. She’s basically already a member of the harem, she’s just playing hard to get. And you know... from the little eyebrow twitch she just made, she’s actually possibly listening to what we’re saying.”

”...”

”Uh... oh yeah she’s listening to us. Did I say something I shouldn’t have again?”

”yes, now for the rest of the day you have to finish, with ’nya’ all the prayers in compensation”.

”grrr”

’tsk, I tried’

”just kidding, it doesn’t matter much, if she hear us”

”...”

Yes, I knew she was possibly listening to the conversation from the start, but like I said it didn’t matter.

I was just teasing her and that eyebrow wiggle at the mention of her being a member from my harem was confirmation but she seemed to want to keep acting, so I teased her further....

”You know, she is always going around looking for my weaknesses and secrets to match the fact that I have her bound by contract and that despite being a princess she is half demon, blessed by an evil god, collaborator in terrorism and attempted assassination of William.”

”stop it, would you stop saying things about me like it’s nothing!!!”

”you finally stopped pretending, besides who cares, it’s common knowledge here.”

”...”

Yes, that was knowledge that all the members of my harem knew, including Eira the newest addition.

”Well, since you’re in the conversation, tell me your best guess as to what Eira is referring to? If you get it right, you will join my harem. If you don’t, I’ll tell you the answer and you’ll join my harem.”

”It’s all a forfeit. I will tell you nothing.”

”Tsk, someday you will fall. Fine, just say what you believe. If you get it right, we’ll see... as long as it’s within my power, I’ll fulfill a request of yours.”

”Really..., fine but don’t back out then.....Bueno, let’s see... you being a monster of the abyss is too obvious, and you wouldn’t have that confidence. So. ”

”Shit, I said it before, but..... is that really your obvious first hypothesis, rather, that’s not the point of what we’re talking about, If you think like that, you won’t guess anything.”

”Well, the second option... and seeing how you blatantly flirt with Chris’s girlfriends, and that sometimes I see Chris flirting with Elena and Alice, even one you see the kiss to Elena and knowing you it’s weird that you didn’t do anything, I would say that the two of you have a partnership where you share girlfriends or something.”

”Humm... That was a better answer than I thought. It seems like you’ve really established a connection between Chris and me, gathering little hints here and there. I thought you might say something like I’m having fun stealing his girlfriends, as revenge for Elena.”

”I mean, I feel like that whole telling me to keep an eye on him is just an excuse you made up to get me closer to him. Besides, he’s always treated me differently than the rest of the guys. I bet he already knows about me too. you two seem to have a very dubious society. Plus, your personalities and that Aura you give off look so much alike..... You’re brothers, aren’t you?

”Oh, you’re good! You really thought it through, but I’m going to subtract points, for the sibling thing I mean look at the twins they can’t be more different.”

”....”

With what he had it was a decent deduction, but he still failed, yes, he had to think outside the box to get to the truth, and that was only with respect to the things between Chris and Seraphina

”...Eira by the way, how much did you believe before you knew the truth?”

”don’t even remind me, I also believed that you and he had something going on and that you had Selene involved in shady business. everything was so confusing that I even came to believe that Selene was the problem, that’s why I made you meet my mother and...,damn! it every time I remember it makes me angry”.

”Hey, why does it always have to be something shady or dubious ? There’s nothing but pure and sincere love here.”

”Well even though I know what’s going on now, you can’t deny that your very existence is dubious and unnatural, and you give off this aura of indecipherable perversity from having so many things piled on you, but in the end you’re just... umm, well, you?”

”Hey Eira that was deep... I don’t even know how to respond to that. you’re right, but... um, well, whatever. On the other hand, Aurora, I’m sorry, but you failed. You seemed to have something, but you still have a long way to go. I’ll give you a hint: Chris and I don’t have a relationship, but there is something going on that connects us.”

”Don’t lie because you don’t want to keep your promise. Besides, it’s contradictory.”

”I’m telling the truth... aren’t I, Selene?”

”uhmm, you don’t have any relationship.”

”See, there’s no one more reliable than Selene. You should understand by now that she doesn’t lie.”

”...Really Selene? The two of them have no relationship at all?”

”Yep... prrr.”

It was common knowledge that Selene doesn’t lie and keeps secrets tightly as long as you give the specifics, and Aurora knew it too, so there was no doubt.

As a reward for backing me up, I stroked her ears more in the spot she likes.

”You... You’re having fun with this, aren’t you? You want to confuse her more. You did the same with me. It’s true that Selene doesn’t lie, but.... Fuck, let’s change the subject, this only brings back bad memories.”

”Yes, what a good time. And yes, it’s fun. I’m sure he won’t be able to put it together. I mean, even when I say it straight out, it’s Unbelievable, isn’t it?”

”Haaah~, Aurora, let it go she’s impossible to understand and her secrets are on another level, even you fall short, It’s impossible unless she tells you directly. It’s better for the mind to think that she’s simply a monster from the abyss .”

”So yeah, it’s kind of like.... Hum... A demon? No... Hum... A polymorphic, mind-reading beast...?”

”Hey, stop calling me a monster or a beast!, like I said that’s not the point and it’s out of the question, I’m one hundred percent human.”

”~I doubt it... My lady, the food is ready.”

”Damn, Elena, I heard the first thing, but I forgive you, what were you doing? It smelled delicious.”

”Cream soup, peppered beef tenderloin and red salad.” ”Oh, Elena, you’re the best!”

I could let little details like that slide. The important thing was to eat. I just had to get Selene off my back and....

’Uh... Selene? At what moment...?’

I didn’t notice, but Selene was already sitting in the dining room that Elena was arranging and bringing the dishes. I didn’t even notice.

Sometimes I think she have a skill... I wonder if it belongs to the skill set that only women have. With that in mind, I sat down to eat with them.

..

.

”Whew~.... Elena, this monster accepts your offering. I was satisfied.”

”I’m glad it was to your liking, my lady.”

”Come on, Elena, we’re relaxing. Even a maid has to rest, right? Come, it’s time to get out of work mode.”

”My lady, it’s wrong to lie down after eating.”

”What does it matter? As long as I’m here, you girls won’t suffer any discomfort.”

Elena, who after eating had sat with us, was now next to me on the larger couch.

She is always very uptight when people are around, so, despite her resistance, I drew her to my thighs. And like Alice did with me earlier, I started stroking her hair. It was good to relax.

”...Okay, but just a little.”

”Hee~ I’ll spoil you. Do you want some of the demon world’s sweets?”

”...Yes.”

”Okay!”

Even though I said I wouldn’t give her even one the previous time, her food softens my heart. Along with her moaning in the night...time soothes everything. So, as I had originally planned, I gave him the demonic candy.

I also passed a little to the rest. Not to mention Alice was cuddled up in my armrest on my other side... and looking at me with a face like she wanted a lap cushion too and seeing as she always gives them to me, I’ll give her one later, or rather....

”oh! big sis is the best!”

Since my doopelganger and hers spends time together she could receive a lap pillow with no limits, while we relax on that side too.

’ Yeah, peaceful days are the best.’

”I still can’t believe you actually went to the demonic world.”

Suddenly, while giving her the sweets that seemed to be Elena’s special taste, Aurora spoke.

As I said before, I don’t have many qualms about telling her things. Besides, I felt that having her here but being secretive between us would make her feel isolated.

So I told Elena and Alice, who basically live with me, not to be too secretive and let whatever happens happen happen.

Worst case scenario, there is still a contract that I have her tied to, but I don’t think that’s necessary.

”Well, I showed the physical evidence yesterday, didn’t I? K-Ciel and Rosy.”

”Rather, your story is still unbelievable.”

”Well, I’m glad you’re starting to realize just how unbelievable your future wife is. Since I’m the man in the relationship... husband? But hey, give me a convincing argument and I might reconsider.”

”...I already told you no!. But what do you mean by argument?”

”To this.”

I said as I pulled out an angel microbikini. I mean, what could be better than a demon having an angel microbikini cosplay? It even has a halo with anti-gravity function.

I made it recently with the gravity magic runes I learned, as I always knew how to put the things I get to good use.

If she were to wear it, I’d be open to negotiate.

”Elena, give me George.”

”Hey! Leave Elena alone. George won’t come out. Besides, you asked. Besides, this one’s not for you.”

And before domestic violence happened, I put it away. It would be nice for her to wear it, but I originally created it for Selene. Obviously, my little angel had to wear it.

As a note, I also made another angel one for Alice and two more demon ones for Eira and Elena.

There was no specific reason, just as there wasn’t when I made a fox outfit for Astrid and a Amazons one for Lily.

On the other hand, these candies I saved from the time I was a guest at Akihara I really liked, but they were obviously starting to run out.

I did my best to get as many as I could, but the good thing was that Number Two had also bought some.

They are not like Akihara’s oriental-themed ones, but they were also good. Still, I’d like to replicate the Akihara ones, which are the scarcest.

”Humm, but I think we can replicate it. After all, they’re not everlasting.... Umm, I’m sure some of them were made with rice and.... humm, matcha was a plant? Damn, I should have used the internet to nurture my knowledge, not for what I did...”

”the internet ?, what is that?”

”No, Aurora that’s beyond your Authority as a provisional harem member you need a full membership or guess on your own.”

”I’m not a provisional member, and I’ll find out, at some point you’ll let your guard down.”

”hee~ good luck, and I’m not on guard at all.”

..

.

We spent the hours talking and having fun, with some board games of this world and some simple ones that I recreated, one positive thing is that I discovered that Aurora has a peculiar taste for red fruits, besides she was cunning and strategic, it was difficult to beat her, but I did it, although she did it too.

Another thing and one that was no surprise was that Eira was a sore loser.

There was also more than one complaint that I was a bad winner, but I didn’t think anything of it because that’s what a sore loser would say.

”My lady, it’s almost time, remember Miss Silvia is coming and probably Miss Lys too.”

But That’s when Elena who in my carelessness came back in her maid mode, just because, I teased her a ’little bit’ for being the first one to go bankrupt during a game, it seemed that besides Eira there was another sore loser in my Harem.

”Huh, is Lys coming too? I thought it was just Silvia.”

That left me intrigued. On Friday, when practice was over, I met Silvia and private and she told me she was coming here to ask for my help as she said it was in this room I assumed it was my feminine side.

Although I did not know what it was for, I told her it was okay. But it’s weird for her to bring Lys, when we barely know each other, since it was hard to talk to her as Seraphina and since the incident with Silvia, we’ve only exchanged-little greetings and small talk.

’humm...what could be her reason for coming?’
