The Noble Lady of Lust

Chapter 266: Intense discussion

There was something wrong with the scene. Eira was supposed to have pounced on Chris at this point.

But what they had in front of them was a semi-blushing Eira in Chris’s lap, as he hugged her from behind and nuzzled her ears with his cheek.

And, most surprisingly, Eira didn’t seem to object? in fact, she seemed to like it.

Eirlys liked cats too, and she knew when one was happy. Not that she was comparing beastmen to actual cats.

But no matter how you looked at it, its ears and tail wagging back and forth were exactly like those of a happy cat.

Eirlys didn’t understand what was going on, and she wasn’t the only one.....

”What the fuck is this!”

Mike’s voice was the first to cry out in protest. He didn’t seem happy with the scene before him.

”We need an explanation!”

”there’s obviously something wrong here!!!”

After his shout, they were followed by Ivan and Ban.

Click!

At that moment, Eirlys saw how Chris, with the snap of his fingers, created an anti-sound barrier.

As always, her mastery over runes and magic was incomprehensible.

”Hey, you bastards, stop yelling, you’re attracting attention, can’t you see I’m spending time with my girlfriend?”

Eirlys was paying attention, because she was genuinely curious about what was , going on but Chris’ words only confused her.

”You’re the bastard! Now you can’t even tell your girlfriend apart! The one on your lap is her sister!”

Mike stressed the obvious, followed by Ivan, who added:

”Yeah, apologize to Selene. You’re just playing dumb. It’s obvious it’s Eira, that flat chest is unmistakable.”

It looked like he wanted to plead for Selene, but Eirlys saw Eira’s face darken, and what came out next was....

”you #+%/#$”$, what did you say? I’m going to *+#%=”$ you, let go of me I’m killing that bastard today!”

”( ╯□╰ )”

”Hey, that was brutal, you didn’t have to go that far. Look how you left him.”

Chris was holding the angry Eira as he seemed to stop her from attacking Ivan, who, upon hearing Eira’s words, cringed and trembled.

It was certainly rude what he said, but still Eilys felt a little sorry for him.

She thought that, if she was told something like that, her reaction would be the same. She reaffirmed to herself: never make Eira angry.

although she was strangely normal when talking to girls and with her it was still something she had always been aware of.

And that was the girls, the guys in her group should understand by now that they shouldn’t mess with her, only Chris was the only one capable of keeping her under control.

But, still, his doubt hadn’t been resolved.

”Ehem, what he meant is that I think you’re having a misunderstanding, in case you forgot, Selene is your girlfriend and .... ”

”what!!! you want too %&%mhunhnhon ”.

”Stop!, it’s ok, stop swearing. You know you become especially venomous when you feel embarrassed, and your words are not good for mental health, I’ll do the explaining.”

Eira, who seemed to want to leave Ban in a state similar to Ivan’s, was stopped again by Chris who covered her mouth.

Eirlys thanked him, honestly she never imagined that there was such a way to insult. Certainly, Eirlys found out that the world was

”Just so you know, Eira and I started dating too. So there’s no confusion she’s now my girlfriend too.”

”¡Hump!”

Chris said proudly, while Eira just snorted and didn’t seem to deny his words, but the only thing that came to Eirlys’ mind was, how?. far as she knew there was nothing but hatred between them.

’Did I misunderstand them all this time?’

She wondered and as much as she remembered all their interactions, except for when they drank that time she didn’t remember anything or any clue.

”Bullshit!”(mike)

”What kind of crap is that.” (Ivan)

”I think they’re drunk.”(Ban)

”Really?”(Will)

”this is really unexpected!”(Alex)

It seemed I wasn’t the only one who didn’t believe it, all the guys in the group looked shocked, even the dejected Ivan came back to question Chris, that’s how shocking the news was.

Even Eirlys was wondering, yes, Ban was right and they were drunk, that was the only way during all this time she had seen them get along.

”humghnm hnmphgh.”

”Hey, don’t say anything. Even if it’s them, they don’t deserve your insults. Besides, think about it, how do you think you’d react if someone else said the same thing to you a week ago.”(Chris)

”....¡Hump!!”(Eira)

” good, it’s good that you understand..., and you guys as I told you before Eira and I are dating, that’s all, well keep eating and don’t bother us ”(Chris).

”you.. you think I’ll allow an act of injustice like this!!!”(Ivan).

”yes, let’s tell him, the truth”(Mike).

”Eira, he is no good at all. I didn’t want to say this, but he, besides Selene, is having an affair with another woman.”(Ban)

”Yes, it’s true. I didn’t want to say it either, but my conscience can’t bear to hide it any longer.”(Ivan)

”the world needs balance.”(Mike)

”Hey, you bastard pieces of shit, what conscience or whatnot, you guys are just green with envy, why do you make me sound like a scumbag who’s having an affair?”(Chris)

”Because you are.”(Ivan)

”It’s true. We just pretended to believe you. There’s no way you would have told Selene about Leyla-onesan.”(Ban)

”Yeah, and to top it off, she’s a married woman with children. Come on, Will, Alex, you guys testify as well.”(Mike)

”...” (x2)

”you really want to bring this out here, with all I’ve done for you, you damn traitors, how could you...hee~ oh that’s what you wanted to hear from me, but you should know that messing with me is not a good idea, now if Eira give them your best insults”(Chris).

”...”(Eira)

Eirlys didn’t understand what she was hearing. So far she had a good image of Chris, she didn’t think he would do something like that.

Leaving aside that he was now dating both sisters, she was surprised that Chris was in an affair with a woman with children and above all married.

’Possibly it’s just a joke between them.’

yes, Eirlys was convinced, it was because Chris didn’t seem at all nervous at the words. But the sweat on Will and Alex’s foreheads and how they acted without knowing what to do, made her hesitate a little.

In the end she decided to stay as a spectator, but when Chris released Eira’s mouth, no insults rained down. Instead, she looked at him and questioned:

”Why do these bastards know you’re in a relationship with mo-Leyla?”(Eira).

”Well, the first time we met was at her place, on a boys’ night out I took them. Well, you know. There was your mo...uhem, Lily. And well, she said herself in front of them that she was married and had kids.”(Chris)

”That damned old hag, really! She’ll pay for it when I see her again. And you bastards mind your own business. I already know about Leyla and so does my sister.” (Eira).

”Hee~ You idiots, do you think I would hide anything from my girlfriends? I’m one hundred percent honest about my relationships. They both know Lily and that I’m stepfather to...hee~” (Chris).

”You think something’s funny?눈_눈” (Eira.)

”ehem!...No, nothing, my pretty Eira. I just thought that we’ll be family for a long time.” (Chris).

Eirlys thought it was a joke, but it seemed like everything they said was true.

And he didn’t seem to have a problem saying it. In fact, all the guys seemed to know.

she remembered that every once in a while there were nights when they would go out.

She always wondered what they did, and apparently it wasn’t exactly just drinking, as she thought.

”...Lys, what’s happening now?”

”....?”

Suddenly, a beautiful woman came and sat down next to her, where eira was a few moments ago. Eirlys didn’t understand who she was nor did she remember seeing her before.

Moreover, she was surprised by the naturalness with which she entered, as if she had all the confidence in the world.

She hadn’t expected someone to approach their group like that, especially in the midst of that storm of discussion.

The woman looked familiar. He felt he was about to connect something, so he looked at her more carefully... and then looked down a little.

”Silv?”

”Haaa~ you too...”

”Silv, is that you? What happened to you?!”

”...I took off my glasses.”

Eirlys couldn’t believe it. The mysterious woman was Silvia. Was it possible that just by taking off her glasses she looked so different?

Certainly, she had heard Chris say that Silvia was beautiful under the glasses, and the same with her he told her she was beautiful every chance he got, but she thought it was out of kindness and didn’t want to get her hopes up.

It was rare for her that someone so directly praised her like that and she made sure not to confuse things and not to take his words seriously. she couldn’t mistake his kindness for interest.

But if he really was sincere, after all Silvia was beautiful under the glasses to the point of being unrecognizable... then it meant that what he was saying to her was real too.

’Does Chris really think I’m beautiful?’

For some reason, that made her very happy.

”Lily? if I’m not mistaken was.... ”

Lys was lost in thought again, but heard Silvia mumbling something and decided to give her a quick explanation of the cause of the current intense discussion.

..

.

”Really... that idiot does what he wants now. haa~ seriously, how far does he intend to go...?”

”How could they even possibly agree to something like that? We’re talking about a married woman with two children.” (Mike.)

Just when Eirlys was thinking of asking Silvia what she thought about all this, the discussion escalated even more.
