The Noble Lady of Lust

Chapter 258: Reintegrate me to my normal life

*****

”Oh!, so, that’s what happened. I actually forgot to mention that issue with Silvia before I left..., um.... so she finally decided to fix herself up that’s good.”

It was the next morning, and as if that wild night hadn’t happened now it was the four of us having a leisurely breakfast: me, Elena, Alice and my doppelgänger.

The time in the demonic world and here was about the same, so, when I arrived, it was Sunday morning; I slept most of the day and awoke about sunset.

From there I continued with Elena and Alice late into the night.

Now, reintegrating back into my normal life, we prepared to attend the academy.

Luckily, I arrived on time and even had an extra day that allowed me to have fun with Elena and Alice.

As Elena asked me to tell her what I had done and of the exploits, unfortunately that made me remember what my doppelgänger had experienced at the end with Akihara, and filled me with a bad feeling.

I Just hoped that, as with my alternate self, there would be no need to meet her again.

And I also raised the issue that I thought was the reason for Eira’s outburst and as I thought, it was because of Silvia.

I know that Eira doesn’t like Silvia very much since that accidental breast impact she received, or rather she already had a natural hatred for big breasts, I already knew that because Selene had told me about it a long time ago.

But now that she is in my harem I am worried about introducing her to Astrid, who is even more prominent than Silvia.

Come to think of it Eira is alone in this harem, without telling me she is the scarcest in that area.

’humm, later, I’ll tell her that being flat is in fact a good thing’.

”Mhnn, big sister, really, isn’t Silvia part of our family? Isn’t she also a big sister?”

’Humm...,’ I think I’m understanding what Alice is basing it on, deciding between older and younger sisters.

But if I remember correctly, Silvia’s age right now is... oh, she would be the youngest of all of us, she’s not even legal yet, and if she joined it would further complicate the relationships in this Harem.

’no!!!, that’s not important; it’s not like she’s going to be part of my harem to begin with. ’

”No, Silvia is just a friend. Well, she knows My secrets due to the peculiarity of her ability... humm, I can’t talk about her ability without her consent, but that’s how things turned out, she now knows a lot of things about me but she’s just a friend.”

”Humm... seriously, too bad, big sister is not lying Elena.”

”...”

Apparently Alice was also doubtful, about my relationship with Silvia, and I don’t blame them so far I’ve only told important things about me to them and even I haven’t told Astrid or Lily.

Alice was apparently checking to see if I was lying, although I always wonder how she is always so sure whether I am lying or not.

’Really, I’m bad at lying?. I mean, I just got back from an infiltration and, even if I do say so myself, I think I was pretty good at lying.’

Yes, I think my legacy of lust is flawed, because Alice definitely must have a lie-detecting ability, since it’s hard to fool her and Elena can read minds.

”My lady, I can’t read minds.”

”You liessss!!!, it’s not convincing when you refute what I’m thinking.”

”.....”

She was definitely playing with me. I saw the corner of her lip curl, but no matter how much I look at her state there is no mind reading Skill.

”Alice, really, am I easy to read?” my doppelgänger asked Alice.

”Well, big sister, before you told me your secrets, I didn’t notice it; but after that it became easy for me to understand you and it’s not just because of your expressions...it’s like...hum...feminine instinct?”

”I don’t get it.”(x2)

yeah even being a woman I don’t think I can understand how women work, it’s like a universal law that I won’t even question.

Maybe someday I can develop an ability like them..., I’d prefer that one, that makes you always be right, I feel it would be very powerful.

Leaving that aside, while I was eating, I looked at Alice’s State.

Forest Assimilation (C)

------------------------------------

I finally understood from whom i had received the parallel thinking upgrade before I left, I must say she got two useful skills in the first two syncs, or, rather, she had a good compatibility.

”Hey, Alice do you know that you now have the doppelgänger ability too?”

”Huh?”

”You can do the same thing I do now and create a fully functional doppelgänger, with a parallel thought inside.”

His abilities were one rank lower than when I got them, since he had the synchronization when they were both rank (B).

but I just have to check their limitations, so I can come up with a way to upgrade them to the rank they had when I got them, then I’ll show it to bring it up to my rank.

’three, not four Alices, at the same time heuehuehuehu.’

”Oh, I can be like big sister...!”

”Well, you lack morphogenesis, but I’d recommend you do one and leave it practicing a breath or learning whatever you don’t have time for. They are very useful...”

Click.

Just as I was about to explain to Alice the sensation to activate the doppelgänger and its advantages, I heard the door open.

By this point, there were many people with the copy of my room key and now I had to make one for Eira, or maybe she would get mad.

But more important than that was...

The front door opened, and I saw the cute pink cat twins walk in.

”My cute little angel! My little berserker!” (x2).

The excitement was double, and both my doppelgänger and I leapt like beasts towards our prey.

I couldn’t contain my joy at seeing Selene and Eira again after more than a week.

I wrapped them both in my embrace, I was really happy and I felt that everything I did was worth it, they were the ones who helped me the most during the whole mission and I am more than grateful.

Especially Eira who helped me despite all the complicated things she was feeling when I had just left.

”You woke up...” (Selene)

”What’s this ’little berserker’, you bastard, you bastards...” (Eira).

Ignoring the angry Eira’s first words, I knew she wasn’t being honest.

Even though last night, when I finished recovering, I deactivated all mana-spending skills, including resonance, I couldn’t fool myself anymore, I knew she was also happy to see me.

I more or less already knew from what I felt through the resonance when I was on the other side, but seeing her face to face, I was sure of the decision she made.

Mwah-mwah-mwah-mwah

So, happily, both my doppelgänger and I encircled them in our embrace and began raining kisses on both of them.

”Mhnn hee~...”(Selene).

”Bastards, let go of me!”(Eira).

While one was happily receiving them the other, seemed to be resisting.

”Someone is still very dishonest.” (x2)

”Stop double-talking, it’s disturbing, dammit!”(Eira).

Ignoring Eira, who seemed to want to escape my embrace, I started kissing Selene. Just for this moment I activated the resonance again.

I felt her emotions of happiness and love, and she felt mine through our connection. It felt like a more immersive experience.

”At least transform into a man first? Hummnnn.”

On the other hand, my doppelgänger started kissing Eira. She seemed to resist because she was still in female form, but not two seconds later she gave up the resistance and even reciprocated the kiss a little.

When our lips met, multiple emotions exploded. As always, Eira was a bit of everything: embarrassment, confusion, anger, relief, happiness, love, and all her dissatisfaction disappeared.

The four of us lost ourselves in our world for a while, sharing our intense emotions through our connection.

At some point, to be fair, my doppelgänger and I exchanged. I knew Eira was fussy and, if she found out later that it was only my doppelgänger, she would be angry.

’It’s funny how I know her so well, even though we’ve only just started dating. ’

”Puhaaa~ that was intense, we have to do it again.”

”Yep...” (Selene)

”...y-you fucker, why are you kissing me so confidently?” (Eira)

”Because I missed you, isn’t it obvious?”

Honestly, it was a pity that it was only a short time before I entered the academy, otherwise I’d want to do it with them as well.

Unfortunately, yesterday, when they both saw that I was fine, they decided to go to Lily’s because, although I didn’t tell her, Lily, maybe because of her instinct, understood that I was doing something dangerous, and I promised to tell her as soon as I was fine.

So before I fainted, I told the twins to let her know that I had arrived safely and so far they had returned, perhaps to check on me.

On the other hand, I didn’t understand Eira’s question. I just did what I felt I had to do, I really missed them with all my being.

Well, I guess I should have transformed before I kissed her; I was used to the rest of them not being bothered, but maybe it was still too early for her.

’I’ll take note: be progressive and slow... although, in time her tastes will also become distorted. Heuehuehe.’

”I-I still haven’t said anything about my decision, about all this madness.”

”Ah?...you know it’s clear at this point, don’t you?”

I don’t understand why he still resists, if I felt through our connection that long ago, she put his thoughts in order and understood how she felt about me.

I had already understood by the end of the previous week, that was the wonderful thing about resonance: no words were needed to understand each other.

Of course, if you filtered through the myriad of different emotions. Honestly, I feel you have to have a personality like Selene’s to be able to live like that for a long time.

Occasionally it was fine, but I was on the edge just with this one continuous week. That’s why I would turn it off when it wasn’t necessary anymore, although I felt the problem was Eira, as Selene didn’t cause me that much trouble.

’No, let’s get sidetracked.... Eira is going to confess me.’

”Damn it! I don’t know what you expect, but I’m not going to confess..., if you already know it’s fine, but I still don’t totally accept that you’re a woman.”

”.... Well you confessed before anyway, I remember how you cried while you were clinging to me and-’”

”That doesn’t count!!!, forget what happened that day!!!”

”Hee~, I will not. And about the other thing, don’t worry, it’s normal. Do you see Elena around? She didn’t like women either, and look, now she’s a... Ouch! Hey!, Elena, don’t pinch me so hard, I wasn’t going to say anything bad.”

Elena, who appeared behind me, pinched my side. She obviously didn’t want me to talk about her past.

And well, about Eira not being interested in my appearance and actual gender, I don’t care It’s completely understandable that they, being originally straight, don’t like me being a woman.

It’s completely normal and they don’t need to force themselves to like someone of the same gender after all I can transform and Chris is solidly my second identity, they are not obligated to anything and I don’t care if it stays that way for the rest of their lives.

I mean, if I reversed things and they told me I was obliged to like a man just because he puts on a wig, I’d be the same... although if he can totally transform into a woman... maybe(－_－)

’No!, let’s not think about that. It could be dangerous.’

The point is, I totally understand why he’s resistant to liking my female form. Now it’s up to me to slowly show him that this side is also good.

Over time, he may change his perspective, like Elena. And, despite the multiple emotions Eira had when we kissed, the rejection was so minimal that it seemed to be only a matter of time.
