Chapter 664: Battle(End)

The battle of the fifteenth stage came to an end with Aakesh surviving the attack the White Dragon had created using its life.

Aakesh had his right hand mangled into a bad shape as the spiked head coating disappeared, and a flail appeared next to him, floating in the air.

The shell of the White Dragon had also disintegrated into ashes as the result of the clash between the two ultimate attacks.

The next moment, a blue light appeared out of nowhere and covered the entirety of the battle arena, which was now nothing but a pit with an endless depth.

The blue light suddenly froze, and the next moment, a familiar blue window appeared in front of Aakesh.

[Levels:

Seventeenth stage: Tap to Proceed,

Stay on the Fifteenth stage: Tap to Proceed,

Fourteenth stage: Tap to Proceed,

First stage: Tap to Proceed.]

Without wasting any time, Aakesh chose the first option and decided to go ahead to the sixteenth level.

The next moment, the blue window disappeared, and a green light covered Aakesh’s mangled hand.

Not long after, the green light covering Aakesh’s hand and the blue light engulfing the arena disappeared. The next moment, the area similar to the pre-battle situation, and Aakesh, without any injury, appeared on the battle arena.

It hadn’t even been a moment when Aakesh found himself covered in a dense killing intent. Aakesh didn’t have to think about the owner of the killing intent since it could be none other than the White Dragon.

The White Dragon earlier only hated Aakesh for having a weapon made of its kin, but it now also hated Aakesh for defeating it.

Unfortunately for Aakesh, he was wrong in judging the character of his opponent. It was true that the White Dragon hated Aakesh for having a weapon made of its kind, but it was also true that the White Dragon was forcefully dying early as soon as it found it couldn’t defeat him to fight against him with its stronger version. Since the White Dragon thought like this, hating Aakesh for killing it was the last thing it would do; in fact, it was excited as it could now feel that it had a higher chance of defeating Aakesh.

This time, Aakesh didn’t ignore the killing intent released by the Dragon since it was now strong enough to maybe win the battle. He turned his head around and stared at it with nothing but an abnormal calm in his eyes.

For a moment, the White Dragon didn’t know what Aakesh was doing since he had been ignoring its provocation right from the first stage. As the Dragon looked into his eyes, it felt its soul leaving its body.

The White Dragon knew that it couldn’t lose, so it glared back at Aakesh.

The clash suddenly came to a stop as the sound of the familiar bell rang in the area, announcing the start of the sixteenth battle for the day.

“Clang!”

“Clang!”

“Clang!”

The next moment, several sounds of metallic clashes started ringing in the area as neither Aakesh nor the Dragon wanted the other to take the initiative in the battle, so they did at the same time.

Every time Aakesh’s weapon clashed with the Dragon’s claws, a spark would emerge, resulting in the atmosphere turning hot.

The scene looked like ordinary hand-to-hand combat, but only in less than a second, Aakesh and the Dragon had clashed more than tens of thousands of times, with even the weakest attack of them having enough strength to kill several Void Beasts at once.

The clash continued for several minutes, with no one coming on top. Aakesh’s eyes turned cold as suddenly the spiked head started expanding at a crazy rate.

In no time, the spiked head reached a gigantic size of a world, with even Aakesh’s hands shaking. He had no choice but to support him by grabbing the handle using both his hands. The next moment, Aakesh’s hands stopped shaking.

“CRASH!”

The next moment, a loud crashing sound rang in the area as when the Dragon’s claws clashed with the spiked head, not expecting it to grow to a size equal to a big planet, the force exiting from the clash knocked the Dragon several tens of thousands of meters backward.

The Dragon received no injury from the clash as the spiked head hadn’t even returned to its position before continuing to swing when the Dragon appeared again with its claws, attempting to tear Aakesh into several pieces.

Time flew by.

It had been several minutes since the sixteenth battle between Aakesh and the White Dragon began. Aakesh had never expected the fight to go this long, but the current version of the Dragon was millions if not a billion times more powerful than its fourteenth version.

The Dragon’s strength grew at an exponential rate as its level grew and not like others where the power level started stabilizing with the increase in cultivation level. This ability of the Dragons made them one of the overlords of the Multiverse, if not for the existence of Omni beings like Devas.

[0)??? The time for the current battle had already exceeded the combined amount of time Aakesh and the Dragon had battled before this fight.

Further time flew by.

Aakesh had currently lost half his left hand, with him having a deep gash that had turned into a see-through injury on his chest.

The White Dragon’s situation was no better than Aakesh, as it now had no horns left, with all its four legs crushed into a pulp using the spiked head. In fact, the situation of the Dragon could be said to be worse than Aakesh’s since it had half its face crushed.

“Let’s end this,” Aakesh coldly uttered these words as he activated the ultimate attack of the flail.

The next moment, the handle and the spiked head disappeared, and light emerged in its place. Soon, the light engulfed Aakesh’s right hand, which had numerous scars on it due to facing the brunt of the Dragon’s attack.

In no time, Aakesh’s right hand turned into a three-colored spiked head.

The Dragon, on the other hand, didn’t feel the need to get angry at its injury. Instead, it felt an unprecedented excitement. It could now see that the fifteenth version of it was enough to give a challenge to Aakesh, so now even if it lost, the next round would help it gain its revenge for Aakesh using the weapon made of its kind.

Even though it thought like this, it didn’t wait for Aakesh to land the hit and win another battle. Instead, it also decided to use its ultimate attack, and make the battle as painful as possible for Aakesh.

The next moment, the White Dragon opened its jaw wide enough. The current size of the Dragon was humongous to say the least. Even a single tooth of its surpassed Aakesh’s size. It wasn’t even a battle between an elephant and an ant, but instead, it was a fight between a mountain and an ant.

Soon, an energy ball started gathering. Unlike the previous situations, the ball was neither white nor grey. But instead, it was deep red.

Aakesh couldn’t help but stop in his actions after seeing the emergence of the red energy ball.

The Dragon race owned several exclusive skills, and out of those several, three made it to the list of top skills of the Multiverse, not only the third dimension.

Out of those three skills, Aakesh was currently seeing one in front of him.

Aakesh never expected the White Dragon to know this skill, but he then stopped thinking about it and focused on his attack. The skill was never superior, but its controller was.

“BOOMMMM!!!”

Not long after, an explosion loud enough to raze the entire area just from its sound rang in the battle arena.

The heat resulting from the clash hadn’t even begun, but still the arena had already turned into a ruin.

The next moment, the heat finally got released with a bang, and whatever minuscule remained of the arena vaporized into nothingness.

The White Dragon was the first to face the brunt of its own attack as it vaporized into nothingness, and then the explosion enveloped Aakesh.

Time flew by.

The explosion finally subsided, and yet the heat still remained. If someone were to throw a piece of iron into the air, it would vaporize in less time than the time it would take for the person to throw the iron into the air.

Nothing was to be found when the area returned to calm, except for a pit.

There were no signs of Aakesh, nowhere to be found, but since the blue light hadn’t emerged, it meant he was alive.

The next moment, a light shined into the endless depth of the pit. If even a peak Immortal were to be present here, they wouldn’t be able to tell the distance of the light from the surface; such far it had shined.

It wasn’t a blink as the light was still there. It could be seen that it was green, and it was for healing.

In the depth of the pit, Aakesh laid down, floating in the darkness, covered in green light with only a breath remaining in his body.

Not long after, Aakesh’s eyes opened, and soon he returned to normal. Aakesh’s injury had reached an extent where it took several seconds for him to heal despite the green light’s unprecedented recovery rate.

Time flew by.

Suddenly a portal emerged in the selection area, and soon Aakesh stepped out of it.
