The Conquerors Path

Chapter 765: Chapter 763-Tell The Truth.

”Donʼt kill her, Luna, she is a servant working for me, you understand?”

I spoke, giving Luna a hard stare, after which Luna kept her paw down, her gaze sniffing me a bit as she spoke.

”You have this personʼs power on you, along with her life.”

”Yes.”

I responded, to which Luna kept her paw down, thus hearing the sigh of relief from Farahʼs mouth at her life being saved. Never would she have reached such a level close to death beforehand; after all, only a few beings in the world itself will be able to put Farah in danger at all, making it safe for her to move around the world.

ʼSadly, she had to meet the one thing that can kill her quite easily in this material world.ʼ

”I donʼt like her being inside you like this; it feels like she is throwing away the moment between us.”

I could feel the pout in Lunaʼs tone, making me smile, to which I gave Farah a command. ʼFarah, leave us alone for now.ʼ

ʼAs you wish, master.ʼ

And just as Farah replied back, she disappeared, her body appearing in front of me with a tremble as Luna looked at her. Thus, giving one more bow to me, Farah went away, leaving the two of us in the room, where Luna once again relaxed on my body as she spoke.

”A lot of things have changed with you.”

”Thatʼs true.”

I replied back as I kept patting her fur.

”You seem to hold things even I canʼt see through with my current situation.” ”Thatʼs right.”

”And I feel the blessing of Gods that even I canʼt fight with my power on you.”

”Good eye.”

”Are you hiding a lot from me?”

”Yes.”

As I kept replying like this to her questions, Luna was relaxed on my body, with me still patting her. The current Luna is more than capable of seeing through several of the things I hold with me, though the blessings from the Supreme Goddess canʼt be touched by her at all, while the rest are up to Luna to handle.

”I feel stuffy in my chest seeing all the blessings in your body.”

”Well, I canʼt do anything about that.”

”Were they forced onto you?”

”Yes.”

That reply angered Luna a bit, but in this case, she canʼt do anything against it, at least the current Luna canʼt.

”Do you want me to hurt them?”

”No, they have helped me a lot, and I see them close to me.”

ʼWell, except for Lala, who just wanted the feel.ʼ

Musing at the thought, we continued our little chat.

”If I ask, will you tell me everything?”

”I will.”

I replied back as Luna asked, fully relaxed.

”When you picked me up that time, did you know what I was?”

”Yes.”

Luna flinched a bit at that reply, but she still kept herself relaxed as she spoke.

”Did you plan and find me that day?”

”No, meeting you was a full coincidence. What happened that day had nothing from me in it.”

My words now made Luna purr as the fur got even softer in my hands as Luna continued. ”Did you do everything in the beginning just to get my loyalty?”

”In the beginning, yes, but later on, I began to care and guide you loyally and with love.” My words had their effect, even if Luna tried to hide it.

+500 affection!

”Now that I am back like this, do you have plans to use me in your things?”

”No, I donʼt have any plans for you, I just want you with me, thatʼs all. After all, canʼt you feel what I feel?”

My words made Luna chuckle, the mature feeling of growth she didnʼt have before being felt by her. But that also came with all the curiosity, wariness, and hate towards the world that Luna naturally has, something which she earned from all the traumas and betrayals she went through, and I can feel it clearly now.

Thus, I had kept it all open to Luna for her to read, the two of us with our connections, showing our true feelings to each other, which meant the other would be able to detect and tell when lies and truths are told, the added touch of emotions showing our sincerity. The current Luna in my lap isnʼt the little pup that just saw the world with me.

No, the current Luna is the one that led her ʼfamiliaʼ to war as a faction within the godly war in the past, one that had led and won wars, a beast of divine that is greatest even among the divine beasts, making her one that no one could easily mess with, which means her mental state isnʼt mine to mess with at all.

”If I am to say that I wonʼt help you in your endeavours, what would you say? Would you be angry?”

I chuckled at the question of hers; she still did not have the full depth of the power I wield, yet it was funny enough to make me chuckle as I responded.

”I donʼt give a shit about the Fenrir, the one I care about is Luna, the one that fought together with me in the past. As long as you are with me, I donʼt care for the rest. Just your presence is my might, not your power.”

The wagging of Lunaʼs tail turned even harder at my reply, her body fully relaxing into my embrace, the small friction that was there between us melting away as Luna fully settled in my embrace. My mind was thoughtful as I looked at the relaxed Luna. A lot of things still need to be settled between the two of us.

ʼThe thing to do is easy yet hard... tell the truth.ʼ

Of course, I will only be telling the majority of the truth to Luna. The prospects of me being brought here and having the system missions and all would stay a secret, but the idea that I have to seduce these girls so as not to go to hell is something I want to be truthful with Luna. In a sense of the way, I am sure she will understand it.

In fact, I am sure I can present it to her in a view that she will be able to accept and help me in. For right now, I canʼt just openly show Luna to everyone, and I just donʼt want Luna causing chaos every time someone doesnʼt respect me or tries to hurt me. The actions that can lead to something that will only affect the world as a whole.

And there will be a lot of confusing situations I will have to deal with, which Luna wonʼt be able to understand quickly. At those times, bringing in new lies and trying to control her would only erode the trust she keeps in me. As a whole, Luna is a very hurt individual who has gone through things of her own.

She places a lot of importance on trust and family. Break it once in her eyes, and things would turn sour for us in a bad way, too. If I lose her trust once, I wonʼt be able to earn it back on my own. Plus, I donʼt want to hurt her like that. Thus, with such thoughts, a small smile came to my face, a little one born from my own desires, as I rubbed Lunaʼs fur.

The truth of the thing is the fact that there are a lot of things that we want to say to each other, lots of talk that we want to do, and lots of catching up to do, too. But for right now, the two of us had decided to just share in each otherʼs warmth, enjoying the tradition we used to

sit with each other in silence.

....

”So, how have you been?”

I suddenly asked from the silence in between us, having now enjoyed enough of each otherʼs

presence.

”Nothing much, I was just getting back my own strength I had saved up, though it was boring to spend time like this for me too.”

Luna complained as her tail waggled behind her, our intentions of getting to know each other

better as I spoke.

”How about I first share the things I went through with you? Along with it, I will also add how the current situation of the world is.”

Luna just lazily waved her head around, to which I, with a smile, strengthened the focal connection between the two of us, the power low feeling a level as our minds came as one for the moment. The connection was established as I started to flow all the needed information into her. I made sure to give her all the information that she would just need.

Of course, I didnʼt go out of the way to hide many things; I went even further to show her most of the truths that can be seen, mainly containing all the manipulations I did to get all the girls, the slow information passing getting stronger between the two of us.
