Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 485: Wrong Teleport

Divine Hand.

Garam was standing in front of their base while furrowing their eyebrows. He was completely stunned when he realized that the world had been covered not only with snow but also ash.

”What is this?” Garamʼs expression turned grim, especially due to how dark it was in the morning. After all, the ash cloud was completely covering the sun.

There wasnʼt much difference from the night.

”…” Iskar sucked a cold breath. ”I donʼt know.”

”The world is covered with ash. And for some reason, the cloud is covering the sun. This ash is clearly from a volcanic eruption!”

”Yes. The Blacksmith Guild seems to have been searching for a volcano, but they havenʼt found the cause.” Iskar nodded.

”I donʼt care about that. Find out what is currently happening around us right now!”

”Y-Yes!” Iskar turned around, wanting to call Jisawn. However, he could only open his mouth and stop, almost forgetting that Jisawn was no longer with them. In other words, they had to figure out how to get information by themselves.

In addition, if they mentioned anything about their inability to get information, Garamʼs anger would definitely explode.

Garam couldnʼt help but clench his fists. The situation had just become even more unpredictable.

…

Because the ash covered the entire land, even Evelyn was standing outside, watching how the ash fell together with the snow.

Bella was covering her arms with another layer of clothes while saying, ”Jeez. This is too cold. It has been cold, but this is much colder. Thereʼs not even any sunlight here…”

”Is this the reason why Nathan told me to buy as much food as possible?” Neyeid frowned. ”Well, an event like this will definitely make the food price soar. But Iʼm not really interested in profiting from othersʼ misfortune.”

”So, you donʼt buy anything, Neyeid?”

”I bought some food, but not much.” Neyeid shook his head, showing that he didnʼt fully follow Nathanʼs instruction. After all, it wasnʼt Evelyn who ordered it.

”Hmm…” Bella looked down, falling into deep thought.

”What? Well, I know that you have been taking care of Nathan, but you shouldnʼt put too much bias, you know?” Neyeid crossed his arms.

”No. Iʼm just thinking that Nathan doesnʼt seem like he is that kind of person.” Bella frowned.

”What are you talking about? He is certainly that kind of person. If he is not greedy, he wouldnʼt have asked for 40 mature class cores previously.” Neyeid shrugged.

Bella pinched the bridge of her nose. ”I donʼt know why, but I get the feeling that he might be greedy, but he is just like you, not trying to profit from othersʼ misfortune.

”What if profiting is not his goal? What kind of thing will make him order you to purchase as much food as possible?” Bella asked.

”Huh?” Neyeid tilted his head in confusion.

Bella sighed. ”What if he knows about this and wants to use that food to help people instead? The people are going to be hungry because of the disaster. Something like that?”

”Even when that happens, it will recover after some days.”

”What if itʼs not just some days? What if it lasts for a long time?” Bella asked.

”I donʼt understand what youʼre trying to imply.” Neyeid shook his head helplessly.

On the other hand, Evelyn, who had been listening to them, couldnʼt help but look to the left and right, thinking about something. ”I will ask Nathan personally.”

Evelyn didnʼt wait for them to respond and just activated her teleportation circle, directly coming out of the teleportation circle located on Nathanʼs arm.

Of course, she hid her presence as much as possible. Even if someone was standing in front of her, they wouldnʼt realize she was there.

To her surprise, Nathan was actually in the middle of nowhere with a lot of people nearby. At first, she originally thought that Nathan had returned to the city.

However, the next thing she realized, there were four strong people picking up her presence.

”!!!” Evelyn didnʼt even catch a glimpse of Nathan in front of her as she just escaped using her portal.

”Who?!” Vivian roared while releasing her ena, ready to fight. After all, she was worried that her disciple would be killed or kidnapped.

”Space element?” Melissa squinted her eyes.

”Someone is trying to do something here? But itʼs already gone.” Ryan frowned.

”Who is it? Who is bold enough to try harming my son-in-law?”

”Son-in-law?” All three of them were staring at the Dragon King.

”…never mind. You guys can continue. It doesnʼt seem like thereʼs another threat here.” The Dragon King immediately disappeared.

Meanwhile, Evelyn had just returned with a shocked face. Her breath was heavy, as if she had just faced a massive pressure.

”Ha… Ha…” The stress was clearly visible on her face.

Both Bella and Neyeid were startled.

”Evelyn?!” Bella hurriedly supported her.

”Captain? Whatʼs going on?” Neyeidʼs body shook. ”Did Nathan try to attack you or something?”

Evelyn bit her lips. ”I donʼt know whatʼs going on, but there are at least three people who are strong enough to fight me, but there is one person stronger than me there. And Nathan is not in that village anymore. He is in a place that I donʼt recognize.

”It doesnʼt seem to be a place that has been developed, but this might be a secret base or something.”

”Someone stronger than you?” Isabella gasped. ”Whatʼs actually going on?”

Neyeid frowned. ”Did he try to capture you?”

Evelyn shook her head. ”I donʼt think so. Although itʼs just a bit, that strong person is rather familiar.”

”Familiar? Who?”

”Dragon King, Karl Silveresta.”

”!!!” Bella and Neyeid exchanged looks. ”What?”

Evelynʼs expression turned solemn. ”Besides, the place I teleported to was located much further east. And itʼs also covered by the ash cloud. The volcanic eruption might be much bigger than anyone has ever seen.

”The food that he asked to buy was probably something that the whole world needed or something that we needed for a long period.

”Neyeid… It might not be bad to purchase as much food as possible…”
