Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

Imperial Capital.

In the very center of the Imperial Capital’s square, one Professional stood upright after another, all of them participating in the Global Youth Professional Competition.

On the high platform, Meng Zhengguo addressed the Professionals participating in the Global Youth Professional Competition for the first time.

”The venue for the youth competition is where Australia used to be.”

The crowd listened intently to Meng Zhengguo’s explanation, ”This time... well, the youth competition is simple, it’s a ring competition.”

”It’s divided into two rounds: selection and elimination. Selection is similar to our national college entrance examination, assessed with special Divine Artifact, failing which results in direct elimination from the youth competition.”

”The elimination rounds are the ring competitions, starting after passing the selection.”

”The Global Youth Professional Competition is broadcast worldwide and symbolizes national strength in times without formal conflict...” Yan Motong emphasized the seriousness of this youth competition.

”Moreover, the combined scores of contestants from each country in the youth competition will determine the number of spots each country gets to enter the Age of Gods.”

”Therefore, even if you don’t achieve the top spots after passing the selection, you should give it your all, as this concerns national interests.”

”Even if you cannot enter the Age of Gods, the country will still reward you!”

”Everyone, queue and enter the Teleportation Array.”

With Meng Zhengguo’s command, a large Teleportation Array appeared beside the square, far larger than the one during the national college entrance examination.

”This time the judges from Mao Bear Country are old acquaintances, but I didn’t expect Europe and America to personally send a Tier Ten.”

Meng Zhengguo handed the list of judges to Shen Fei after glancing at him, and Shen Fei noticed that they were indeed old acquaintances.

General Steve from Mao Bear Country.

Europe sent William Windsor, while America sent Chronos Tron, ”Are they free?”

The list made Shen Fei raise his eyebrows slightly, as the Tier Ten individuals of various countries often guard places with Tenth-Tier True Gods or large Abysses.

Even in the present Wu Xia.

Although Shen Fei had cleared the Eye Demon Abyss, Corpse Stiff Abyss, and Wolf Calamity Abyss.

There are still some with Tenth-Tier True Gods, like Dragon Abyss, Tianshan Kunlun, and the newly emerged Abyss in the South Sea.

According to Meng Zhengguo, Dragon Abyss is traditionally guarded by those from aristocratic families, and besides Yu Jiang, Meng Zhengguo believes there’s certainly another elder from the Fang Family hiding there.

Although the Fang Family publicly claimed that elder passed away, Yin Qian stated that Dragon Abyss had once seen a Tenth-Tier True God but was suppressed.

The Fang Family claimed it was their special trump card, which Meng Zhengguo naturally didn’t believe.

Back to the topic.

The thing is, even if America relinquished some Blue Star land, they didn’t entirely leave.

Their core areas still exist on Blue Star, and in the purified Abysses, what they call Secret Realms, the chances of awakening powerful Professionals in newborns are much lower.

Recent research shows if a purified Abyss emerges, the soul mutation level is far weaker than those born on Blue Star.

Thus.

This is why Wu Xia rapidly became Blue Star’s leading nation, but that’s also due to Wu Xia’s predecessors maintaining the lands.

The country’s superiority cannot be rivaled by America.

Inability to totally detach from Blue Star, America still suppresses four Abysses with Tier Ten while Europe has three.

The Church actually has two, with one being the Blood Sea Abyss, and the other called ’Resentful Spirit,’ where True Martial has already gone.

After the Church’s clearance, Yin Qian resides there and plans to transform it into Wu Xia’s overseas base, as there is no more so-called ’peace principle.’

The Church was already at war when they moved, so when Shen Fei struck at Ice Abyss, it was agreed previously that Wu Xia wouldn’t retaliate against the Church, or else Smith and others would have been left there long ago.

Though the outcome doesn’t seem much different.

”They merely incarnate to probe Wu Xia’s depth, as Wu Xia wishes to claim position in the Blue Star Federation, not solely relying on you.”

”They’re probably evaluating the young generation’s strength to determine future strategies for the Blue Star Federation.”

Meng Zhengguo watched and spoke with Shen Fei, suddenly his tone filled with emotion, ”Initially, I thought you’d be among them, but didn’t expect you became a judge.”

”Back then, I thought with you, five years later Blue Star would be all yours, didn’t see this happening in less than three years, ’East River’ in three years and ’West River’ another three years.”

”Before I knew it, you became the number one on Blue Star.”

Meng Zhengguo shook his head, every time he saw Shen Fei, he wondered if he hadn’t slept for years, he vividly recalled their first meeting too.

”Heh.”

Shen Fei stretched lazily, ”A strong nation breeds strong youth. It’s thanks to many elders’ guidance that I could grow so swiftly.”

”The Blue Star Federation’s bill has been finalized, it’s essentially establishing a council to rule on Blue Star matters.

The council members are still being discussed, but the Speaker is decided.” Meng Zhengguo spoke this with a teasing look at Shen Fei.

Shen Fei saw Meng Zhengguo’s expression and felt a bad omen.

”It’s not going to be me, is it?”

”Yes, it is you.” Meng Zhengguo nodded naturally, ”Even if the Blue Star Federation is established, it remains strength-oriented.”

”No matter which national leader aspires to be Speaker, opposition arises, but Mao Bear will support you if you take it.”

”Wu Xia doesn’t need mention, while America and Europe fear if I were Speaker, it would suppress them harshly.

They feel a young person like you wouldn’t ponder so much.”

Meng Zhengguo smiled, ”Thus, the inaugural Speaker of Blue Star Federation is decided to be you.”

”Isn’t this a bit too trivial?”

Shen Fei paused, since it’s the Speaker of the Blue Star Federation, at least formally he’s already Blue Star’s ruler.

Globally level one.

He’s only eighteen years old, how did he become globally level one?

”This is not trivial, the Blue Star Federation proposal has been shelved long, if not for your emergence, who knows when it could form.”

”You initiated this Blue Star Federation, wouldn’t you be behind the scenes afterwards, it’s known you’re surely Blue Star number one.

If you don’t become Speaker, who would trust Blue Star Federation can determine Blue Star’s affairs?”

”But I have no experience!” Shen Fei was somewhat speechless, how did it end that he became Speaker of the Blue Star Federation?

This has made things difficult for me.
