Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

”I see.”

Calypso listened to what Shen Fei was saying, though Shen Fei did not disclose his origin, he did talk about the fate of the Artemis Temple.

Also his speculation, that the burning of Artemis Temple indeed involves the fate of the entire Aegean Sea, because it involves another reshuffling of mortal powers.

The birth of Alexander also signifies a change in the beliefs of many city-states in the mortal world, which will also become a change in the belief of the gods. He even recalls that many divine spirits would rename themselves due to changes in the mortal world.

Like Zeus, transformed into Jupiter.

Although it is said in later generations that it is merely a change in pronunciation of the same god in different civilizations, how could it possibly be the same? For divine spirits, the true name is very important.

Zeus had held his Greek true name for so long, suddenly changing his name would surely cause some change.

And the starting point of it all is the beginning with Alexander.

Calypso herself was quite simple, her previous anger was because Shen Fei had deceived her, but she found out Shen Fei had a greater goal.

If the entire Aegean Sea falls into chaos because Ares destroyed the temple.

The number of deaths would be far more than those consumed by Scylla over the years.

Wasn’t it because Odysseus participated in the Trojan War, and even established the victory of the Trojan War, that she developed feelings for him?

Calypso’s wings folded slightly, she said somewhat embarrassedly, ”I apologize for my anger just now.”

Hurriedly saying, ”I really didn’t mean it.”

”It’s okay.”

Shen Fei nonchalantly waved his hand, although Calypso felt that her feelings of agitation towards Shen Fei had lessened, she still found him pleasing to the eye.

”So who are you targeting next? Charybdis?”

Calypso couldn’t help but ask, since Shen Fei was now completing the divine spirits’ trials, the targets of these trials were usually to kill or defeat.

And the more power one seeks to gain, the stronger the targets tend to be, like Heracles who had twelve tasks, offending many divine spirits, eventually becoming a divine spirit.

As for Shen Fei.

Surely he aims to become a divine spirit, otherwise, how would he face War God Ares in the end, even if Ares’s ’divine authority’ has been significantly weakened now.

But he remains a mighty presence among divine spirits, if it really comes to a fight, even the ’Heracles’ known now might not be Ares’s match.

This indicates that Shen Fei’s trial targets will be ridiculously strong.

And around here.

The strongest aside from the divine spirit would only be Charybdis.

”Hmm.”

Shen Fei nodded slightly, Calypso’s small face knitted, ”I can’t deal with her, she herself is the daughter of Poseidon and Gaia, and was thrown here by the Divine King.

The curse on her is bestowed by the Divine King.”

If it were others, Calypso might help, but with Charybdis, what could she do?

”The Goddess Athena already has indications, by then the Earth Mother Gaia will take action, and all I need to do is kill the manifested Charybdis.”

Shen Fei explained, then smiling, looked at Calypso, saying, ”I can handle it myself, since I have to face Ares in the end, adding Poseidon to the mix doesn’t matter.

But you still have to live here, if you provoke Poseidon, it would be bad for you, this time it was thanks to your help that I could solve Scylla.”

After finishing, he patted Calypso’s fluffy pink hair. Earlier he also thought Calypso was a jealous person, after all, many records in temples and history depict her as such.

But upon reflection.

Perhaps a misunderstanding, aside from the affair with Odysseus, there’s no other evidence showing her as a jealous person.

Instead, the truly jealous one is Hera, the number of goddesses, demigods and Zeus’s offspring dying at Hera’s hands are countless.

Forget about playing mahjong.

A football match would be enough.

Calypso bit her lip, blinked her big eyes and said, ”If Charybdis can turn into a body, I can help, although she remains a demigod, her divine authority and rank are stronger than Scylla.”

”Charybdis is supported by Poseidon, she is more formidable than Phorcys.” Shen Fei implies that Charybdis has a stronger background than Scylla.

”Scylla I avoided provoking Fornax, who died this ancient sea god, these old guys’ divine authority has almost been completely occupied, not needing much consideration.”

”And Poseidon, he has many enemies, if he were to act recklessly, surely there would be many against him, like Athena.”

”Besides, if the Earth Mother has acted to manifest her, it signifies that the Earth Mother intends for her to perish, if I thus encounter trouble, wouldn’t you lend a hand?”

Calypso stuck out her tongue, blinked her left eye, playfully.

”Even if Charybdis were to materialize, her divine authority and rank wouldn’t disappear like Scylla did, hers will still remain because she’s the descendant of two divine spirits.”

”Even now as a demigod, it’s really not something you can handle.”

Shen Fei inhaled deeply, ”I’ll trouble you then.”

Even Calypso says so, logically if following the step-by-step tasks, Shen Fei should be able to solve Charybdis.

But with Calypso’s words, even if he becomes a demigod, it may be difficult to kill her, indicating that Athena likely already predicted Calypso’s help.

This woman, indeed has calculated everything clearly.

Suddenly, Calypso spoke, ”Actually, if you want to continue enhancing your power, haven’t you already become a demigod, possessing divine authority and rank.”

”Since you have to offend Poseidon anyway, you could sacrifice Polyphemus on Sicily Island to my god as a tribute.”

”Perhaps it could help you refine the divinity within him, enhancing your divine authority’s strength.”

”Your divine authority can be enhanced in this way?” Shen Fei thought divine authority could only be improved through bestowal or completing trials.

Calypso rolled her eyes at Shen Fei, saying, ”Only my god can.

My god’s divine authority includes the divine authority of opportunity, if you use some special sacrifices to amuse her.”

”She wouldn’t be stingy with bestowing her strength.”

”Of course, you could choose not to do this.

It merely means adding more chips, and now my god lost her sense for so many years, it might not even work.”

Shen Fei looked oddly at Calypso, ”Did that Cyclops offend you?”

Polyphemus, son of Sea God Poseidon and Sea Nymph Toosa, a fierce and violent Cyclops on Sicily Island who enjoys eating people.

Additionally, he’s also a neighbor to Aia Island.

Calypso blushed, pouted and said.
