Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!

Chapter 204: Chapter 204: Come Back!? (End of Dungeon)

Back in the city.

Fenric immediately dismissed all the Samsaras—no need to let them get in his way.

Then, he began studying the Buddha Palm with the help of Sing.

Fire Cloud tagged along as well.

Initially, Fenric had wondered if he could save the ”Temporary Comprehension Card” and use it another time.

But he quickly realized—he’d been too optimistic.

”Boss, Senior Fire Cloud, I’m not sure how to explain it... You can only watch and learn. I’ll show it carefully.”

Geniuses like Sing may be able to master techniques quickly, but his kung fu foundations are weak, relying entirely on his raw talent.

When it came to theoretical martial arts, Sing was utterly clueless.

So, even if he wanted to demonstrate the essence of the Buddha Palm, he wouldn’t know how to explain it properly.

Watching Sing slowly channel the energy for the Buddha Palm, Fenric was completely lost.

He didn’t know martial arts at all—how could he understand any of this?

When Sing finished his demonstration, Fenric turned to Fire Cloud and asked, ”Senior, did you understand anything?”

”A little,” Fire Cloud replied. As a martial arts prodigy, his comprehension was naturally top-tier.

”Really? Then can you explain it to me?” Fenric asked eagerly.

Fire Cloud said, ”The Buddha Palm is essentially a refined way of releasing internal energy. But if the Ren and Du meridians aren’t connected, it’s impossible to learn it.”

By the time he finished, Fire Cloud was shaking his head.

Fenric’s expression darkened.

He hadn’t known that martial arts required both comprehension and talent. It wasn’t just about learning—it was about being born for it.

Now that he finally understood this truth... it was already too late.

He had spent so much time and effort planning, just to acquire a powerful martial arts technique.

And now it seemed like all of that was going to waste.

The Temporary Comprehension Card only enhanced understanding—it couldn’t give him martial arts talent.

But to learn the Buddha Palm, he needed his Ren and Du meridians to be connected.

How was he supposed to pull that off?

If his meridians were already connected, he would’ve gone after even stronger martial arts techniques!

But to just give up now?

Fenric clenched his fists. He couldn’t accept it.

He’d wasted not only a dungeon opportunity, but also days of preparation.

Giving up now would mean all of it was for nothing.

At that moment, the Temporary Comprehension Card appeared in Fenric’s hand.

He was going to take a gamble.

Items from the Samsara System often had miraculous effects.

If he lost the gamble, he’d just lose the card.

But if he won... he’d gain the powerful Buddha Palm!

With that thought, Fenric crushed the card.

”Notice: You have used the [Temporary Comprehension Card]. For the next 30 minutes, your comprehension is increased by 1000%. Please make good use of this time!”

As the system prompt sounded, Fenric quickly turned to Sing. ”Sing, can you demonstrate the Buddha Palm again?”

”Sure!”

Sing immediately complied and began practicing again.

Fenric watched closely, but his expression grew increasingly grim.

It wasn’t a problem of comprehension—he had none of the foundational knowledge needed to understand such an advanced martial technique.

Twenty minutes passed.

Sing finished the demonstration.

Just as Fenric was about to give up, the system prompt rang out:

Ding! Congratulations, you have learned the combat technique [Buddha Palm (Reformed)]!

Buddha Palm: Delivers overwhelming palm strikes that create shockwaves. Impact equals approximately 100x the sum of the user’s physical and spiritual attributes. Large area of effect.

Caution: This technique consumes a massive amount of stamina and spiritual energy. Use with caution!

”!!?”

Fenric was stunned.

He didn’t even try that hard, and yet—thanks to the comprehension boost—he had learned the Buddha Palm?

Even if it was the reformed version that didn’t require internal energy, it was still a genuine Buddha Palm!

Fenric had seen with his own eyes how devastating that palm strike could be.

Let’s do the math:

His current physical attribute = 251

Spiritual attribute = 502

Combined = 753

100x that?

That meant his palm strike now had an impact of 75,300!

Insane!

With that kind of power, he could level an entire building with a single strike!

Fenric glanced at his arm.

The strength rating that had previously shown a B had now upgraded to A.

He couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

Sing and Fire Cloud looked on, bewildered by his sudden joy.

In the following days, Fenric focused solely on mastering the Buddha Palm.

It wasn’t because he had become lazy or didn’t want more fame.

It was simply that he had already become famous throughout SH City.

If he wanted to keep building his reputation, he’d need to go to other cities.

But with only a few days left, the travel time made that unrealistic.

Better to use the remaining time to refine his new technique.

After repeated practice, Fenric developed an intuitive grasp of the Buddha Palm’s destructive power.

Now, with one strike, he could easily demolish an average building.

Of course, such power came with a cost.

Each use of the technique consumed roughly one-fifth of his stamina and spiritual energy.

In other words, he could only use it four times in battle before collapsing from exhaustion.

Three uses was safe. His body could recover quickly with rest.

Roughly ten hours of sleep, and he’d be fully recharged.

A few days passed in a blink.

Sing left the Axe Gang and opened a candy store with the mute girl. The two lived happily together.

On Fenric’s last day in this world, he visited the candy shop to say goodbye.

As for Fire Cloud, he had seemingly disappeared—perhaps bitter that Fenric learned the Buddha Palm while he hadn’t. He might’ve returned to his school to pass on the Toad Style instead.

The moment Fenric stepped inside, Sing spotted him.

”Boss? What brings you here?”

Even though he had left the Axe Gang, Sing still regarded Fenric as his Boss.

After all, he wouldn’t have opened this candy store without Fenric’s help.

”I’m leaving soon. Just came to say goodbye.”

”Leaving? Where to?”

Fenric smiled. ”Back to my world.”

Mission Countdown Initiated: 10, 9, 8... 3, 2, 1!

It was time.

All Samsaras were withdrawn from the world of ”Kung Fu Hustling.”

Congratulations! Samsara ”Shura” has performed excellently in the dungeon world ”Kung Fu Hustle.” Within one month, he gained 300,000 fame, completed the mission beyond expectations, and received the highest evaluation: SS!

Inside the vast space of Samsara, the system’s announcement echoed once again.

Many Samsaras were stunned.

They were used to seeing Shura dominate the rankings—but this time was different.

Not because he performed well again.

But because for the first time ever, Shura only received an SS rating instead of his usual SSS.

And this was supposed to be a normal difficulty dungeon?

What happened?

Was the Shura God... finally running out of steam?

The Samsara Space erupted with speculation.
