Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!

Chapter 137: Chapter 137: God of Symbiosis (6/8)

”Boss, the last rocket crash left a terrible impression. Today’s interview is critical. Please do your best!”

The assistant hurried after Drake, earnestly reminding him.

Drake’s expression darkened slightly at those words. He asked coldly, ”Where are my things? When will they be delivered to the company?”

”Probably tonight!”

”Good.”

Drake’s face relaxed into a smile as he stepped into the exhibition hall.

Inside, a group of elementary school students were touring the Life Foundation’s latest displays.

Fenric followed quietly behind Drake, his gaze sharp.

He remembered clearly—the rocket crash marked the beginning of Venom.

The plot of Venom wasn’t complicated. The Life Foundation discovered four symbiotes in outer space and brought them back to Earth for research. However, the rocket crash scattered them, and one symbiote escaped.

That one... was Riot.

In the comics, Riot was Venom’s ”offspring.”

But in this cinematic universe, Riot was the leader of the symbiotes.

Its purpose? To bring an army from the symbiote homeworld and invade Earth—completely overtaking it.

Later, Riot would bond with Carlton Drake, the head of the Life Foundation, and convince him to launch a shuttle back to the symbiote planet—to bring the rest of them.

The only reason this plot failed in the original story was because Venom fell in love with Earth and chose to betray his kind.

Fenric’s plan was simple: let Riot live and follow it back to the symbiote homeworld.

The true threat wasn’t the symbiotes themselves.

With Fenric’s current power, symbiotes posed little danger. The real risk was a being named—Knull.

A god—not just any god, but one powerful enough to slay members of the Celestials.

Knull... the creator of the symbiotes.

The God of Symbiosis!

”System Notification: New Task Released!”

Main Task: Kill at least one symbiote within 30 days.

Time Limit: 30 days.

Failure Consequence: Obliteration.

Fenric kept silent and played the role of an observer, staying close to Drake like a shadow.

By afternoon, it was time for the highly anticipated interview.

Fenric spotted a disheveled-looking man enter the room—Eddie Brock.

As in the original story, Eddie had long despised the Life Foundation. He wasn’t here to interview—he was here to stir trouble.

The beginning of the interview went relatively smoothly. But things quickly escalated when Eddie abruptly asked:

”Mr. Drake, some say the Life Foundation experiments on living people. That it’s more like the Death

Foundation. What’s your response to that?”Drake’s face instantly turned grim.

The interview ended in complete disarray.

Later that night.

A long-distance freight truck quietly arrived at the company’s back entrance.

Drake and several others were already waiting.

As the truck came to a stop, company security unloaded three large metal containers. Each was opened in front of Drake.

Inside each was a glass capsule—filled with viscous, foul-smelling slime.

One black.

One yellow.

One blue.

Even more disturbing, the slime inside was... alive—squirming aggressively within their containers.

Drake’s eyes gleamed with fanaticism as he gazed at the symbiotes.

”So beautiful,” he murmured.

In the original plot, Drake was a madman who believed the human body was incomplete. He pursued the limits of evolution, and believed symbiosis could push humanity to the next level.

It was that very obsession that made Riot choose him as a host.

Then... chaos erupted.

A female assistant suddenly lunged forward and tackled Drake, pushing him aside and making a beeline for the containers.

”Stop her!” Drake roared in panic.

Fenric’s eyes narrowed.

She’s a Samsara player.

Ahead, several security guards moved to intercept her—but they never stood a chance.

She had eaten the Paramecia-type Devil Fruit. Her arms transformed into sharp blades, effortlessly slicing through the guards.

Blood sprayed.

None survived.

Fenric quickly stepped forward and helped Drake up.

”Boss, are you okay?”

”Forget me—stop that crazy woman!”

”Yes, Boss!”

Before the words left his mouth, Fenric vanished from where he stood.

In a blink, he appeared behind the female assistant.

But by then, she had already reached the symbiote containers. With a sudden motion, she produced a can of gasoline—pouring its contents over the glass capsules.

Then, a windproof lighter appeared in her hand.

Seeing Fenric approaching, she sneered—and tossed the lit lighter toward the containers.

At that moment, gasoline covered the entire setup.

One spark would ignite a firestorm.

And no one could stop it.

She was certain of her victory.

”So much for the feared Shura,” she thought smugly.

Nearby, Drake looked horrified. He reached out instinctively, trying to stop the lighter—but it was far beyond his grasp.

Panic spread across everyone’s faces.

Everyone—except Fenric.

The next moment, something miraculous happened.

The flame on the lighter extinguished mid-air.

The female assistant froze.

Windproof lighter. Impossible to blow out... unless—

Fenric had used his Telekinesis to snuff the flame.

Ding!

The lighter landed harmlessly on the container with a metallic clang.

No flame.

No fire.

”!!”

The female assistant’s expression twisted.

She rushed forward to relight the lighter—

But she never made it.

Fenric was already behind her.

He seized her by the nape of the neck with one hand, halting her completely.

She snarled, slashing backward with a hand-knife—but it was laughable.

With a Grandmaster-level Armament Haki? You think a hand blade can hurt him?

With one punch, Fenric shattered her arm.

With another twist, he grabbed her chin and—SNAP!

A sickening crack echoed.

The female assistant’s eyes widened in disbelief before she collapsed, lifeless.

Her neck spine—crushed.

Fenric stood over her corpse, face blank.

Anyone who dares disrupt his plan...

Whether man or woman—no mercy.
