One Piece : Noble Phantasm Maker

Chapter 195: Chapter 195: Searching for Golden Land, Nami’s Faith!

Even from thousands of miles away, the lightning contained within the thundercloud could be felt.

Nami knelt on the ground in despair, tears welling up in her eyes.

At this moment, a phantom seemed to appear within the black thundercloud, and it let out a thunderous voice, saying:

”Very good, fellow from the Blue Sea. I didn’t expect you to defeat my four Great Priests single-handedly. Soon, your companions will join you.”

”Since that’s the case, I officially declare the game to begin early. I hope you can survive before sunset!”

As soon as the words fell, a million-volt lightning bolt shot down from the thundercloud in the sky, and the surrounding birds and beasts scattered in a panic.

But the black cloud continued to emit black lightning.

The creatures on this island all lamented their misfortune.

Nami clutched her head, her eyes filled with despair.

”We’re done for, we’ll never get out of here now!”

Seeing Nami in such a state, Raynor put his hands behind his head and said casually:

”Since we’re going to die no matter what, we might as well go look for Golden Land.”

Upon hearing this, Nami stopped crying and her eyes turned to a dazed look as she looked at Raynor in confusion.

”What did you say? Golden Land? Is it Shandora, the one the pineapple-headed uncle mentioned?!”

When Raynor heard this, he replied without hesitation:

”That’s right, it’s also known as the Golden Eye!”

Hearing this, Nami’s eyes widened, and she beamed with joy.

Raynor didn’t know if the woman was truly scared or just pretending.

Thinking this, Raynor continued to speak:

”That’s right, this place is the homeland of the Shandians who were washed up to the Sky Island by the Rising Current – the Golden Eye of the vanished Jaya!”

Hearing this, Nami’s eyes turned golden, and she looked ecstatic.

She then clenched her fists, her eyes determined, and said:

”What are we waiting for? Let’s set off immediately to find Golden Land. All the gold will be mine!”

Seeing Nami’s fearless demeanor, Raynor couldn’t help but ask doubtfully:

”Aren’t you afraid of that god anymore?”

Hearing this, Nami squinted her eyes, revealing a look of disdain.

”God? Will a god give me gold?”

Raynor couldn’t help but sigh upon hearing this.

Indeed, in the face of money, all demons and monsters are nothing to fear.

With this thought, Raynor and Nami embarked on their journey to find Golden Land.

The lightning-filled cloud in the sky continued to bomb the surrounding forest.

The forest, which had barely been spared, was riddled with holes from the lightning strikes.

Just as Raynor sighed, a system prompt sounded in his mind.

[Ding, congratulations to the host for completing the mission, defeating the Four Great Priests, and receiving 1200 points, general stat experience, various forging materials, and a blueprint for the Aries Astral Spirit Key.]

Hearing this, Raynor exhaled deeply and then checked the forging requirements for the Aries key.

Like Aqua’s forging requirements, it was a normal Astral Spirit Key with some common forging materials.

However, it couldn’t be a regular Astral Spirit Key that was the same as the forging requirements for the other twelve astrological signs.

Raynor frowned; this undoubtedly increased the difficulty of forging.

If he could use the previous ordinary Astral Spirit Key for forging, it would save a lot of time.

In this case, he would have to find a way to obtain other ordinary Astral Spirit Keys, which would be troublesome.

But there was no choice; for now, he had to put away the Aries forging blueprint.

Since he had the Aquarius Astral Spirit, he probably wouldn’t need Aries’s power for a while.

Raynor and Nami walked along, and the surroundings were filled with either Sky Island sea monsters or wild monsters, which made Nami feel very insecure.

Along the way, Nami was exhausted and panting. Although she had no injuries, she felt as if she was the one doing most of the fighting.

Even so, driven by the prospect of wealth, Nami still didn’t give up on moving forward.

She was determined to find the Golden Eye and obtain all the gold there.

If what Norland wrote in his book was true, then with the gold from that place, they would never have to worry about food or clothing for the rest of their lives.

Seeing Nami’s eyes remain in a dazed state the entire way, Raynor couldn’t help but admire her, thinking that those with faith are indeed the most terrifying.

...

On the other side, Luffy and the others, after much effort and pushing, finally managed to steer the Merry through to the shore of this island.

Luffy and the others lay exhausted on the deck.

Luffy stuck out his tongue and said weakly:

”I can’t do it anymore, I need to eat two more tons of meat...”

Upon hearing this, Sanji struggled to stand up, lit a cigarette, and took a deep puff.

”Don’t whine here. Once we find Nami, I’ll cook as much meat as you want!”

Hearing this, Luffy’s energy returned instantly. He stood up, his fists clenched.

”Alright! Crew, let’s go!”

Zoro excitedly put his hand on his sword, Wado Ichimonji.

He then jumped off the ship, while Usopp’s legs trembled. Looking at the black thundercloud floating in the sky, constantly dropping lightning, he slapped the deck and said:

”No, I’ve come down with a disease... I’ll die as soon as I set foot on the island...”

Hearing this, Sanji glanced at Usopp, then looked at Chopper and said:

”Hey, Chopper, there’s a patient over there, see if you can treat him.”

Hearing this, Chopper smiled and said:

”This disease can’t be cured.”

Hearing this, Usopp felt as if he had been stabbed in the back and then collapsed on the deck.

Seeing everyone else disembark, Usopp also stood up and looked at the sky fish floating around, then chased after them.

”Hey, don’t leave me behind!”

As soon as they landed on the island, a lightning bolt instantly struck at them.

Everyone dodged, but Usopp was a beat slower and was directly hit by the lightning.

However, this lightning bolt was just the residual energy, and it didn’t cause any substantial damage to Usopp.

But Usopp immediately reacted. He lay on the ground, smeared some Ketchup on his lips, and said:

”I can’t go on, Chopper. The rest of the way is up to you...”

Saying this, Usopp pretended to faint.

Poor Chopper actually believed him and swayed his head back and forth.

”Hey, doctor, doctor, where’s the doctor!”

Hearing this, Usopp sat up abruptly and slapped Chopper on the head.

”Isn’t that you?!”

Seeing this, everyone couldn’t help but burst into laughter. Sanji then lit a cigarette and smiled at Chopper.

”Chopper, you really are a miracle doctor. Just a few words from you can bring people back from the dead!”
