Chapter 2444: Against Two Primordial Beasts III

Adrian created numerous mirrors that absorbed the elemental vomit that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony. He then reflected it back even though he forced himself in doing so. Adrian managed to reflect the attack of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony, but it also cost his transformation and Kenos returning back to the Soul Chamber for an hour.

Adrian thought that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will just eat the beams of light once again, but it could not. When the beams of light which is an attack that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony created was redirected back towards it, the Primordial Beast of Gluttony was unable to devour the attack again. The beams of light accurately hit the Primordial Beast of Gluttony and sent it back by a few meters.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony is finally separated from the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra which made it easy for the others to rain down attacks on the latter. Faust was the first one that bombarded the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra with his elemental. The airship passed by a wormhole mirror earlier and brought the fight to them.

The bombardment of Faust actually deeply hurt the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony wanted to help the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra but there were other enemies that faced it. Vayu no longer held back and summoned his Susanoo Form. He summoned a large apparition of the Lightning Elemental King, and it manifested behind him.

Since the Primordial Beast of Gluttony cannot devour constructs, the large lightning katana that struck it managed to damage the body of the primordial beast. It is not just Vayu that did this but also Soleil as she summoned the Sun Elemental King apparition as well which is in the form of a large mirror. The elementals that she has with her also changed forms into their maturer forms as High Elementals.

Vayu attacked the Primordial Beast of Gluttony while Soleil attacked the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra. The power of the elementals that have never been seen in the northern continent has been brought by the half elementals as they turned themselves into High Elementals as well. Seeing the sudden rise of power from the players, the Primordial Beast of Gluttony knew that it must become more active than before as the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra is still unable to move for a few minutes.

”Great Devourer!” The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra shouted as all of the mouths in its body suddenly moved and fused into one large mouth. This large mouth actually inhaled the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra. All of them were shocked to see this happen because they did not think that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony would devour the only thing that could give it a fighting chance.

”It did not devour the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra! It is protecting it inside of its stomach!” Adrian pointed out as there was no notification given to them that the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra was devoured and killed.

All the players knew why the Primordial Beast of Gluttony did this as the time for the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra to be active again is only one minute more. Once that minute is up then the powerful beast that could literally freeze the entire world will once again be active. All the players need to have the Primordial Beast of Gluttony spit out the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra.

The players knew that the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra is more lethal than the Primordial Beast of Gluttony. This is the reason why most of the players that Adrian brought attacked the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra instead of the primordial beast that they really wanted to kill. The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra has the potential to wipe all of them if left unchecked.

All of the players shifted their attention to the Primordial Beast of Gluttony and attacked it instead. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony did not even bother dodging as it just devoured the other attacks that is meant for it. The number of stomachs that the Primordial Beast of Gluttony has is close to a hundred in its real form. Each stomach can hold another hundred attacks each which means it can devour ten thousand elemental attacks or spells.

”All of you will die once my pet can move once more!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted with glee as it basically tanked all of the hits that it received as it knows that the beings before it cannot do any lethal damage to it within that timeframe.

Everything started to become hopeless as the players knew that the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra could just use another Subzero Atomica and all of them will be wiped out. They can see that Equinox could not move because of the backlash which means if the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra attacks using that powerful skill, then all of them will be frozen to death. Just as fear and dread is about to creep into the hearts of the players and the people of the north, a small frozen spear suddenly flew across the sky.

This frozen spear is actually the same as a spear that a player wields but it is like a toothpick when viewed from the size of the primordial beasts. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony initially paid the ice spear no mind, but it suddenly felt a bad premonition from it. The ice spear looked like a decent spear made of ice and it looked like it was perfectly crafted but the energy it gave off was divine.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony suddenly combined all of its mouths once more to try and devour the ice spear and redirect it, but the ice spear just cleanly pierced through the body of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony. A large hole appeared on the stomach of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony because the ice spear was made for the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony was the unfortunate as it also got swept up by the attack.

”ARRHGH!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted as the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra suddenly spilled out form its stomach.

[The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra has been stunned for ten minutes.]

[The Everlasting Winter has been broken due to the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra being stunned.]

[All experience points received from the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra will be reduced as the Goddess Skadi participated in the battle.]

[The Primordial Beast of Gluttony has been struck by a powerful blow and all of its devouring abilities has been suspended for ten minutes.]

[All experience points received from the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will be reduced as the Goddess Skadi participated in the battle.]

The notifications appeared but the players did not care for the reduced experience points. Once the players saw the two primordial beasts in a stunned state, all of them let hell lose as the battlefield suddenly became chaotic. All of the players no longer cared about what might happen to them or what they need to do in order to survive. All of them just attacked the two primordial beasts and kept attacking them as long as they were still breathing.

Adrian is no exception to this case as he even activated the domain of Kimat and let the latter transform into its destructive form. He also pushed himself to activate the domain of Charon as this was the perfect chance to absorb the health and mana of the two primordial beasts as they cannot fight back. The players did not care where the spear came from, but they did know that it was done by a goddess.

The chaos of the battlefield literally made the quiet northern continent into a noise filled area. The owner of the ice spear soon appeared as well when the howl of a hundred or so wolves reverberated in the area. The direction of the howl was above as a large sled that is pulled by a hundred large wolves travelled across the skies as they produced snowflakes. In the sled is none other than the Goddess Skadi and another player that they know of, and it is none other than Frey.

”I did it!” Frey announced in a cheerful tone which was not what she usually looked like, but she was not announcing it to all of them. She announced it cheerfully towards Adrian as her gaze did not change in direction as soon as she saw him.

”You did it!” Adrian replied with a smile.

As if all the players felt the cold of the north, some of the players attacked more fiercely for some reason. All of them even shouted with their souls as if they wanted to bash someoneʼs head. They all felt this burning sensation that wants to create destruction and carnage. This was the feeling of jealousy that some of the players that admired the Valkyrie felt.
