Chapter 2443: Against Two Primordial Beasts II

Adrian fused with Kenos and optimized it using the beast form. In the beast form, Adrianʼs senses heightened to a great degree, but he also lost almost all combat capabilities. Kenos has yet to get any type of damaging abilities or spells, but it does have great ability to move things. Adrian immediately froze time before the spell of the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra hit.

When time was frozen, Adrianʼs fused brain with Kenos made him able to process and locate all of the players that are in danger. Even the NPCs that would get hit by the attack are all tagged in his eyes. In Adrianʼs mirror demon Kenoʼs beast form, the number of arms and mirrors that he wields is multiplied by a great degree. Each of the hands are holding a wormhole mirror where one can see space being twisted inside.

Adrian immediately activated his increased perception to create numerous mirrors that transported all of the beings that would get hit by the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra. When he is sure that all the beings are safe, Adrian immediately made time flow once again. When time is no longer frozen, the powerful burst of cold energy from the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra happened. All the area became encased in ice and any living being that is caught will also be frozen in the process.

”Impossible!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted as no one actually died from the sudden blast that the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra created.

[The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra is now in a weakened state and cannot move for the set duration.]

The notification that all have been waiting for finally appeared as this was the time where it is good to strike. Adrian waved all of his mandibles and created numerous wormhole mirrors where the other beings came out from. All of the players that he saved also came out of it and he even delivered the airship that is also done with refueling.

”Get up you freaking frosted lizard!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted but the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra cannot move when it released such powerful energy in such short notice.

The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra would have been able to move quickly if it did not use some of its stored power to generate the blast. The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra was forced to use most of the cold energy stored in its body as some of the ice spikes on its back could be seen becoming crystal clear. The ice crystals on the back of the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra are also a way to determine how much mana capacity it has.

Right now, the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra has barely any blue colored spikes as it became clear. It was the mana of the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra that generated the deep blue color of the ice spikes on its body. The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra crashed to the ground due to the sudden exhaustion and the glowing chest could be seen blinking faster as if it was generating as much mana as it could.

”Go forth and kill that thing! I just need to take a breath that is all.” Adrian muttered as he was clearly out of mana.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony could no longer stay put as it would definitely become a target. In fact, there were already individuals charging towards it at this very instant. The Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra will not die from the sudden bombardment of attacks from these ants, but the Primordial Beast of Gluttony cannot be said to have the same ability. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony is not famed for its defense as that would be the Primordial Beast of Greed.

”Kill him!” Lycan shouted as he charged with his sharp armored claws to rip the neck of the Primordial Beast of Gluttonyʼs vessel.

Before the Primordial Beast of Gluttony could react, a sudden slit has already appeared on its neck. The katana slice was fast and almost invisible, but it looked like Vayu was not satisfied. The cut on the neck of the Primordial Beast of Gluttonyʼs vessel was shallow. Vayu wanted to aim for the neck which is why he asked Adrian to create a portal that is extremely close to the Primordial Beast of Gluttony, but he failed to do the finishing move.

”Kek, mongrels! You will pay!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted as its vessel suddenly started to grow bigger and bigger.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony is starting to show its true form as its size suddenly ballooned with its vessel becoming destroyed in the end. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony knows that it cannot tank and recover hits like the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra which is why it believed in helping its newly acquired pet. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony might need to take care and feed its pet in order for it to benefit the owner.

”You should have just focused on the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra instead of me!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted as his form shifted to that of a large orange pig.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony is actually a large, orange fanged pig that can sit upright. There are also five sets of mouths on all parts of its body with the largest located at its belly. The real terror of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony bloomed on all of the beings that is in the northern continent. The power of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony soared as all attacks that were about to head towards the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra was eaten.

[You are in the presence of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony.]

[The Primordial Skill, Gluttony is not a Sin, is now activated.]

[All beings that have a low Persona level will have all of their spell cost increased with a variation from 10% to 50%.]

[All beings around the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will have their Satiety get taken by a value of one per minute.]

[When the Primordial Beast of Gluttony has collected a total of 100, 000 Satiety from everyone around it, it will launch a powerful attack called Voracious that deals 100, 000 Health as True Damage.]

[All beings around the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will have their hunger amplified and craved more food and use more resources in spells and attacks.]

[The Primordial Beast of Gluttony is the embodiment of Gluttony itself. All Satiety that is restored in its presence will be reduced by 20%. The excess satiety percentage will be owned by the Primordial Beast of Gluttony as it claims all the hunger around it.]

[The Primordial Beast of Gluttony also reduces the effects of food by 10%. All food beneficial effects that have been reduced will be applied to it instead.]

[The Primordial Beast of Gluttony also takes 0.001% of additional Satiety of all beings around it every minute. When it reaches its maximum capacity of 200, 000 Satiety, the Primordial Beast of Gluttony will enter the Food Frenzy state where it will eat everything around it and convert it to its own energy.]

It was a good thing that they were in the northern continent where it is cold, and people usually expends less hunger when its cold climates. Still, this is not a good thing because the players would need to fight against the Primordial Beast of Gluttony on the brink of hunger. If they do not do so and always recover their Satiety, then they will trigger the Primordial Beast of Gluttony to become more powerful by entering a berserk state.

The downside with fighting on the brink of hunger is that attacks are more likely to miss. The attacks are also weaker when in comparison to attacking with a full stomach. After all, they did say that no one can win a war with starving soldiers. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony banked on this idea, and it already started to take the Satiety of all the players.

”I shall eat everything! Devour!” The Primordial Beast of Gluttony shouted with all of its mouth and actually absorbed all of the attacks that they released. Only long ranged attacks were absorbed but that is still a large part of the player attacks.

The Primordial Beast of Gluttony could be seen having its stomachs glowing with the energy it ate up. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony then did a sudden jiggle with its large body as if it mixed all of the energy up. The Primordial Beast of Gluttony followed up the jiggle with explosive color vomit as it did combine all the elemental attacks.

All mouths of the Primordial Beast of Gluttony fired off a beam of elements that were a combination of all the attacks its absorbed. Adrian knew that he must stop the beams of light which is why he forced himself to use the created mirrors to try and reflect the powerful beams of elemental light.
