New Age Of Summoners

1572 Ajax versus the Great Golden Demon Emperor (2)

ʼHuh? Whatʼs wrong with him?ʼ

Even though the Great Golden Demon Emperor joked with Ajax, there was hardly any change in his facial expressions of Ajax, making Dilgin frown.

”Human, why are you not replying to me?”

Unlike before, Dilgin used his demon soul power while asking that question in order to show that he was being serious.

As a Great Golden Demon Emperor, Dilgin never experienced the feeling of not getting a reply to his questions; however, today, the young human in front of him didnʼt reply to him for the last 10 minutes.

”It looks like you are looking down on me for being lenient on you.”

After saying that, Dilgin jumped down from the Demonic Spirit Beast that he was sitting on.

ʼRumbleʼ

Just as he landed on the ground, the entire world shook.

”Sure, I will send the remaining devourer eagle kings and you can send five of your demon apostles.”

Suddenly, Ajax replied to the Great Golden Demon Emperor, agreeing to his previous suggestion of fighting multiple summons versus multiple demon apostles.

Since the other Devourer Eagle Kings were low-level emperor realm cultivators, Dilgin suggested that it would only be half the number of Ajaxʼs summons.

Adding Alder to the newly selected ten devourer eagle kings, Ajaxʼs team has a total of ten participants whereas Dilginʼs team has five demon apostles.

”Letʼs begin the fight!”

Seeing that Ajax agreed to his suggestion, Dilgin nodded his head as he ordered his Demon Apostles to start fighting.

[Golden Demon Armour]

[Golden Demon Sword]

Without wasting any time, they summoned their two Emperor Souls and merged with them before rushing towards the group of devourer eagle kings.

”Devourer Eagles, merge.”

Unlike before, Ajax was more active and confident as he even gave the battle orders for the devourer eagle kings.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as they heard Ajaxʼs order, the 10 devourer eagle kings that joined the battlefield started merging in pairs, turning the 10 devourer eagle kings into 5 Gaint Devourer Eagle Kings that were much bigger than Alder in size.

ʼAlder, find an opportunity to directly swallow the Demon Apostles and postpone your side effects from your bloodline.ʼ

At the same time, Ajax silently ordered Alder and he didnʼt forget to say, ʼThank you, Alder. Thanks to you, we can get out of this troubled situation.ʼ

ʼIf not for you, I would have long died, master. Itʼs the least I could do to repay you.ʼ

Alder replied and paid full attention to the battlefield as he was ready to fly into the battlefield to swallow the Demon Apostles at any moment.

ʼScreechʼ

ʼScreechʼ

The devourer eagle kingsʼ strength had increased from the low-level emperor realm to the mid-level emperor realm and their bloodlines and emperor souls became even more powerful after getting merged.

Hence, they were able to fight the five demon apostles on equal grounds.

ʼSince we donʼt have much time, I think it is better to kill as many of these Zeroth Order Demon Apostles as possible before that.ʼ

Even though Ajax looked calm on the surface, he had already planned something big and was anxious because if he made a single mistake, it would cost him very much.

ʼAlder, letʼs do it.ʼ

After waiting for a minute, Ajax finished giving orders to his elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts.

Once everything was settled, he was ready to signal to Alder, the strongest contracted spirit beast under him, followed by the five merged Devourer Eagle Kings and other contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits.

[Abyssal Beast Godʼs Bloodline, activate].

The signal was none other than Ajaxʼs bloodline. The moment Ajax activates the bloodline, the contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits should start executing the plan.

ʼSwooshʼ

In the next second, Ajaxʼs all summons felt a burst of energy in their bodies that made him want to destroy everything around them to test their strength.

However, they have strict orders of what they have to do after they receive the boost from Ajaxʼs bloodline.

ʼDing,

The host has activated the [Abyssal Beast Godʼs Bloodline]. For the next one hour, all his contracted spirit beasts, elemental spirits, would receive a temporary boost of 5x in their battle prowess.

Soon, the system notification came in; however, Ajaxʼs eyes were fully on the Demonic Spirit Beast that the Great Golden Demon Emperor had brought with him.

[Mega Devour]

[Ultimate Devour]

On the other hand, the 11 Devourer Eagle Kings used their ultimate devouring attacks and started absorbing all the energy from the bodies of the Demon Apostles and the Great Golden Demon Emperor.

ʼScreechʼ

ʼScreechʼ

After activating their skills from the [Emperor Grade Devour Soul], they donʼt have to use their beaks to absorb the energy. Their bodies would become the natural energy magnets that could absorb the energies from the targets they selected.

With the boost from the Abyssal Beast Godʼs bloodline, the already powerful Devourer Eagle King became even more powerful as they became unstoppable.

Since their emperor souls had caused a lot of disturbance for the Demon Apostles, the Devourer Eagle Kings used that as an opportunity to puncture the Demon Apostles before tossing them in their mouths.

Volcanis, Ignis, Cerauno and other elemental spirits that could deal high damage already have the power to fight the low-level emperor realm cultivators without Ajaxʼs help and now, with the help of the 5x boost in their strength, they would try their best in defeating the high-level emperor realm cultivators like Demon Apostle.

Alder was treating the zeroth order demon apostles as insects and started eating them along with the other devourer eagle kings whereas the other elemental spirits had formed teams in taking care of one Demon Apostle at a time.

It was the same for the contracted spirit beasts…they all formed a team and targeted one or two demon apostles at a time to injure them before killing them.

Twilight, the Divine Destructive Dragon had completely gone berserk as it attacked the Demon Apostles while ignoring the damage it was receiving.

The more damage it received, the stronger it was getting and the easier it was able to kill the demon apostles.

”Whatʼs happening here?”

Only the Great Golden Demon Emperor didnʼt understand what was happening with the sudden change of events.
