New Age Of Summoners

1571 Contracted Spirit Beast versus Demon Apostle (2)

ʼI have to keep going to make my masterʼs plan successful.ʼ

This was the only thought in Alderʼs mind after feeling the changes in the Demonic Apostle.

Since Ajax was planning something and required some time to execute that, Alder felt it was its duty to get that required time for his master.

ʼI can do it.ʼ

Without any hesitation, Alder decided to use its trump card that it was saving for the last.

ʼIf I donʼt do anything now, there wonʼt be any use saving that trump card.ʼ

This was the thought in Alderʼs head and shouted out loud, ”Ancient Roc Bloodline, activate.”

ʼSwooshʼ

Alder had also awakened a bloodline which it rarely used because the side effects of using that bloodline were very high.

ʼWith this bloodline, I can easily survive any opponent for the next 10 minutes. I have to defeat him before the side effects appear.ʼ

With that thought in mind, Alder started fighting the Demon Apostle who had already activated his own bloodline.

[Golden Energy Sword Strike]

The Demon Apostle released a powerful energy sword wave at the Devourer Eagle King.

ʼDodgeʼ

Alder dodged it easily with its speed; however, the energy sword wave didnʼt disappear; instead, it followed him.

”You must be feeling lonely…letʼs get things interesting with a few more energy sword waves.”

As soon as he finished his words, the Demon Apostles started swinging his sword at the Devourer Eagle King.

[Golden Energy Sword Strike]

[Golden Energy Sword Strike]

In just a few seconds, the Demon Apostle has released more than a dozen energy sword waves and all of these energy sword waves were following the Devourer Eagle King.

ʼSwooshʼ

Thanks to its bloodline, the Devourer Eagle Kingʼs speed has reached the point where it looked like it was teleporting from one place to another.

ʼBoomʼ

ʼBoomʼ

Alder used its teleportation-level speed to make the incoming energy sword wave collide with each other and explode.

[Dragon-Eagle Claw]

While doing that, the Devourer Eagle King even counter-attacked the Demon Apostle in order not to give him any time to rest.

”Brat, you got a good contracted spirit beast and if you are given some time, the entire Demon Race would have been threatened by your very existence.”

Looking at how well-versed the Devourer Eagle King was in its battle with the Demon Apostle, he praised it and at the same time, felt threatened by Ajaxʼs existence.

Not only did the young human had already become a high-level king realm cultivator but he also had a Divine Dragon and a mid-level emperor realm Devourer Eagle King as his contracted spirit beasts.

Moreover, earlier, the Great Golden Demon Emperor had already seen different types of elemental spirits around Ajax which made him come to the conclusion that he was a universal summoner.

Dilgin continued to speak, ”However, itʼs too bad that you encountered me and your contracted spirit beast has encountered my Demon Apostle. When it comes to the long battles, my Demon Apostle always has an upper hand.”

Even though itʼs been only a few minutes since the battle had started, they have used their emperor realm souls and some powerful attacks.

However, between the Devourer Eagle King and the Demon Apostle, the Devourer Eagle King looked a little exhausted whereas the Demon Apostle looked perfectly fine without a hint of exhaustion.

ʼWhat kind of monsters are these Zeroth Order Demon Apostles?ʼ

Ajaxʼs contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits, who were watching the fight, were shocked by the Demon Apostleʼs battle prowess.

”Letʼs see whether he will be fine after this attack.”

The Devourer Eagle King was proud and even Ajax had a hard time in taming it and now the Great Golden Demon Emperorʼs words had hit its sore point.

Therefore, it decided to use its other trump card.

[Demonic Devour Soul]

It was an innate law that evolved into an Emperorʼs Soul through the continuous devouring of the Devourer Eagle King.

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as it activated its innate Emperor Soul, another transparent eagle came out of its body and wrapped around the Devourer Eagle King.

What followed next was a huge suction of energy from the Demon Apostle that the Devourer Eagle King was fighting.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼThudʼ

In less than a few seconds, the Demon Apostle felt all his energy drained from his body and felt weak for a moment.

”Now, it is time for you to die.”

Even before the Demon Apostle could recover from his one moment of weakness, the Devour Eagle King used, [Dragon-Eagle Beak]

With a powerful beak attack, it pecked at the Demon Apostle and punctured his body before tossing it into its mouth.

ʼSwooshʼ

Alder didnʼt stop there as it continued to use the Emperor Grade Soul [Demonic Devour] to absorb everything from the Demon Apostleʼs body, leaving the Great Golden Demon Emperor surprised.

”It looks like I have greatly underestimated your contracted spirit beast.”

Dilgin chuckled a little as he continued to say, ”Since he failed to defeat your contracted spirit beast, I will send another one of my Demon Apostles.”

After saying that, the Great Golden Demon Emperor didnʼt waste any time and at the same time didnʼt wait for Ajaxʼs reply as he sent another Zeroth order demon apostle to fight the Devourer Eagle King.

”Also, I just thought of something…why donʼt you send a few more of your contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits? I will also send half the number of Demon Apostles to fight with them?”

Soon, the Greater Golden Demon Emperor had thought of something which made his eyes sparkle.

After witnessing the battle prowess of the Devourer Eagle King, the Great Golden Demon Emperor was curious to see the battle prowess of Ajaxʼs other contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits.

Since Ajax was going to become his slave, it was good to see what his slaves contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits were capable of.

Hence, he suggested the battle of multiple summons Against the multiple Demon Apostles.

”Why are you not saying anything? Are you sleeping with your eyes wide open?”

Dilgin joked when he saw Ajax was not replying to him.
