My attributes are increasing infinitely

Chapter 306: Another two years passed

”How is this possible? How can his existence vanish from the river of time?”

The servant asked.

But the demon god was very calm. He stopped the space-time reversal at that moment and put his hand on his chin.

”Interesting. There is someone in that space treasure who can erase someone’s existence entirely. Interesting, very interesting.”

The demon god didn’t mutter those words silently, so his servant heard this.

His eyes were wide open.

”What? Someone like that exists there, my lord? Then is he even more powerful than you?” he asked with confusion.

”Not necessarily. Maybe he has a special power or special treasure that can do it. That’s why I said it is interesting.”

”Then master, we need to obtain that power at any cost. Even your power can’t do it, master.”

The servant was a tier 26-level existence, so he could talk to his master like this, as he had been serving him for eons.

The demon god sighed.

”I still can’t pierce through that barrier. So I am not that strong. I’ll probably become strong enough after achieving that space treasure, or at least I thought so. But I think I’ll need to absorb that special life form from that space treasure after obtaining it. I hope he or she is a human. They taste really good. I still miss their heavenly taste of flesh.” His mouth started salivating when he remembered some special memories.

”You are right, master. I remember one time I devoured an entire human nation. That was the most luxurious meal I have ever had.” His servant also started reminiscing about his past.

In the Sage Village.

Ethan finally finished absorbing the memories.

”That outside world is sure interesting. Probably I’ll get some special treasures there which will be able to make me strong even faster.

I think I have a mission or something in this life. That’s why I reincarnated. I still feel like an ant when I compare myself to my previous self. How powerful was I?”

Ethan muttered. Then he came out again.

”You guys are being too noisy. Get lost from here. I need to fish right now,” Ethan said calmly.

It was a calm statement, but it was like a divine law.

Everyone instantly started vacating the place.

Rey was watching everything with utter dumbfoundedness.

”Hey Ethan, what is going on? Can you tell me, please? I want to know. What are you hiding from me?” Rey asked.

”Just know, you don’t need to ever fight for your resources. I let you fight for the last two years because I wanted you to become powerful and more experienced on your own.

Now you have seen the world and you have grown up. You can now just sit silently and cultivate quietly.

You have me, the Great Sage Ethan, as your back.” Then Ethan snapped his finger.

A pure energy entered Rey’s body, and to Rey’s astonishment, he started breaking through.

And in an hour, he broke through from tier 12 to tier 15.

He was looking at everything with horror in his eyes.

Not because he had broken through like this, but because now he could see others’ cultivation too.

Sofia was tier 15, and he still couldn’t see through that ancestor. But he could see through all the villagers.

Each one of them was tier 12, 13, and even 14.

He lost his words.

”I was fighting all this time, thinking I was protecting him from the outside enemies. What a fool I was.

Surely he is Ethan after all. He will always be my big brother and more powerful than me. I should have stayed here and fished with him. How many delicious meals I have missed because of those worthless fights and killings, and yet, I was still weaker than an average villager here.”

Ethan looked at him with disdain when he saw the melancholy on Rey’s face.

”Get the fuck out of here and manage the Divine Palace well. I don’t want a freeloader in my village.”

”You bastard. How could you do this to me? I am your little brother, ain’t I? Please let me stay here. I’ll keep the courtyard clean.

And that fatty Blue is a freeloader too, isn’t he?”

Before Ethan could say anything, Blue roared like an angry tiger in Rey’s mind.

”Mew, mew, bastard Rey. If you dare, fight with me. I’ll teach you a lesson. How am I a freeloader? I work the hardest of all the villagers.

I need to massage master’s back daily. I need to remain cute so that master can pet me. What the heck are you worth?”

Rey was surprised to hear Blue’s voice. It was a child-like voice.

But he didn’t have to stay surprised for long, as his anger instantly increased from zero to infinity.

That fatty cat had just cursed him and called him worthless.

But he couldn’t refute it as Ethan interrupted.

”Well, you may also leave. Come here every 15 days.”

He waved his hand, and Rey vanished from there.

He was directly teleported to his throne.

When he opened his eyes, he saw all his court members looking at him like they had seen a ghost.

”Your Majesty, how did you appear here suddenly? That woman let you leave?” Sabro asked with confusion.

”Don’t waste my time. I need to practice.” Rey vanished from there too.

Ethan now wanted to possess this space treasure for himself. Who knows what kind of benefit it might bring?

So he tried to be direct first, but didn’t expect such an outcome.

”Are you listening to me? I can avenge your master if you help me become stronger. I’ll become even more powerful on my own, but that will take some time. If you have any shortcut method, tell me. We can destroy those demons and dragons together.”

He thought he wouldn’t get any answer, but to his surprise, he got a vague one.

”Prove your worthiness.”

”Oho? So it really has a consciousness.”

Ethan put his hand on the ground.

”Heal.”

Instantly, an infinite amount of energy started to enter the ground.

His Infinite Might Technique and Infinite Energy Technique, which he got from a cultivation manual, combinedly made him a monster.

His energy reserve was humongous, and that was not even the main point. His energy regeneration was even faster than his expenditure.

Five days later,

”Please sir, stop. I can’t take it anymore,” a female voice entered Ethan’s mind.

It was a clear voice.

Ethan’s face turned black.

”Don’t talk like I am sexually assaulting you. Talk properly.”

”I am sorry. Please stop inputting any more energy. I am fully healed now, and my energy reserve is also full. I might blow up if you keep inserting energy,” the same voice sounded again.

Ethan didn’t know why, but that still sounded vulgar.

But he let it go and stopped.

”Are you the spirit of this treasure?”

”Yes sir. I am indeed the spirit of this treasure. I was seriously injured by a mighty blow from the Demon God and Dragon God together. Just now, I have recovered fully thanks to you.”

”Okay, do you have any way to make me more powerful?”

”Sir, I am a treasure that doesn’t have any limit. My master found me in an abandoned place. I can infinitely grow with you, and you will be able to become stronger through me too.”

Ethan felt bored instantly.

”You sound boring. You can’t make me instantly powerful. So what is the benefit?”

The spirit didn’t answer.

”Well, just merge with me. I want to enter that outside world in two years. If you have any uses by then, I’ll avenge your master. If not, then forget about that.”

”Thank you, sir. I’ll start the merging.”

But after twenty minutes of waiting, nothing happened.

”Hey, why haven’t you started yet?” Ethan asked coldly.

”Sir, I can’t merge with you. You need to do it. I am not capable of extracting your energy without your permission,” the spirit said awkwardly.

”Okay, fine. I’ll give you permission. You are really worthless.”

Then instantly, the space treasure started shaking, which was actually the Human Realm.

”What is going on? Why is the Human Realm shaking? Another outer demon appeared?”

Every powerful human started trembling with fear.

”Where is the Aurion Empire? Can the ancestor still kill it?”

”Hey ancestor, what do you think is happening?”

”I don’t know. Don’t ask me anything. Even if a puny demon appeared, that demon would become a toy for him.”

He wanted to ask Ethan for a treatment, but he didn’t dare that day. Yet he thought if he could do something for him or Rey, maybe Ethan would heal him.

With that expectation, he left the empire.

Five hours later, the space treasure merged with Ethan.

”Thank you, master, for allowing the merging,” the spirit thanked him.

”Okay, you should also start growing up. I am in a hurry to become more powerful.”

And with that, two years passed.
