My All Powerful System

Seconds later, the Admission Hall filled up completely, packed wall to wall with students, teachers, and staff who had abandoned their classes the moment word spread about the commotion at the crystal.

Lynx stood at the center with his palm still pressed against the Aether Crystal, eyes closed, unaware of the chaos he was causing.

A massive transparent screen flickered to life above him as the crystal transmitted energy upward.

Lynx finally opened his eyes, and his heterochromatic eyes glowed faintly, one blue, one silver, both with gold in them.

[Name: LYNX AZARION

RACE: HUMAN..?

CLASS: ?? BLESSED

?????]

’Wow, so many question marks... System, what’s happening?’ he asked mentally, still staring at the massive transparent screen.

[You have the All Powerful System, of course you can’t be measured or calculated with some dumb fancy crystal] the system replied.

Lynx could hear the arrogance dripping from its tone, proud... ’well maybe it has the right to be proud’.

Lynx laughed loudly, ”Of course I can’t be measured by this fancy crystal” he said and laughed again, this time louder, chest puffed with pride for himself and his system.

He could hear the system laughing with him in his head.

Meanwhile, everywhere was silent.

They had witnessed something that shook their bones. Teachers who had stopped teaching their various classes and only came by out of curiosity and the commotion that were happening here are now truly silent, mouths open, eyes wide.

A person blessed at the age of 18.

The Aether Crystal cracked under the pressure.

A Person with four A ranked affinities, and he’s still a Kid .

The Aether Crystal showing nothing but question marks.

”Who’s this kid?” a teacher whispered, but the whole hall heard him.

”Go tell the Headmistress we have a blessed with four affinities in the academy, a new blessed at 18,” another teacher commanded a younger staff member, voice shaking.

They heard his laughter and the arrogant words that came out of his mouth.

Arrogant... or was it confidence?

After some minutes, the crowd recovered from their shock, and Lynx who was enjoying their reaction a lot, smiled to himself, ’Thank you Absolute God, for bringing me here.’

Lynx turned to his dear aunt, who was also shocked. ”Aunt, please let’s go. I’m dying to see the rest of the place and my dear cousin,” he said, the last part coming out with a smirk. He has plans for his cousin afterall.

Isabel snapped out of it. ”Of course, dear, right away,” she turned to the lady attending to them and smiled, ”Can you please arrange....”

...

After some time, the academy was busy again, teachers teaching students, some students training in the yards, life moving on like nothing happened. But people still talked about what happened earlier.

The male staff assigned to him led him through the corridors, it seems girls and teachers has their own building. They stopped in front of a heavy wooden door. ”Here’s your assigned room. You are to stay here till you’re strong enough to challenge a person for his room” the man’s tone was respectful now, careful.

Yeah, if you want your own special room, you have to challenge the person living there, if you win, you get the room, if you loose, you can’t challenge a person again for 2 years.

”Thanks man” Lynx dragged his luggage forward, ’I have no idea how to use my powers now. I have to find a spot to train before something happens. I’ve gained too much attention.’

Yes, he had gained attention. He was kind of a big shot now at this academy, and everywhere he went people were talking about him.

The boy with four affinities.

The boy who became blessed at 18.

The most beautiful being in the academy.

Most girls admired him, well..his transcendent looks, and guys were jealous, he had received a few angry stares...he was already making enemies. But he still hadn’t met his cousin Kira.

After what happened at the admission hall, he got his student ID, the most important item in the academy, and found out there were four blessed academies on this continent, and Aether Academy was ranked second.

VOID Blessed Academy

AETHER Blessed Academy

HEATHER Blessed Academy

BACON Blessed Academy

Aether’s arch rival was VOID Academy, and for the past 10 years VOID had been number one.

Lynx decided he was going to help Aether Academy take that number one spot if he was going to have a top position here. His first plan was simple: take over this academy.

After he got his ID, he got his uniform too. The uniform contained a spell, it would clean itself every 24 hours, so he’d never have to wash it.

Lynx and his aunt walked around the academy for a bit before she left. Isabel was sad her daughter didn’t come to meet her, she knew Kira was aware she was in the school.

Lynx kissed her goodbye as she got into the automobile and left, leaving him with the male staff assigned to him.

[Back Now]

Lynx stared at the door for a bit before he pushed it open and walked in.

The dorm room was massive, bigger than the bedroom he had at his aunt’s house. It was Luxurious and magical.

They were three beds, but they didn’t feel crammed. Each one has it one private wing separated by a floor-to-ceiling translucent crystal blue, light like a door so no one could see through unless alllowed.

They were opened that’s why he could he them. The room felt like three room crammed in one.

Each section had its own desk, its own wardrobe, its own small sitting area with a sofa. The floor was polished dark wood, but magic sigils pulsed faintly under the surface, keeping the whole room warm.

The room was empty. His roommates must have gone to class. Three beds, three lives, but right now only his presence filled the space.

Lynx dropped his luggage, ran his fingers over the desk, and exhaled. ’Not bad’ he thought.

He checked his phone and saw his schedule glowing on the screen. He had a class right now, and he was already late. The phone was not different from the one on earth, just with more advance features.

He quickly dropped his bag on the bed, arranged his room and left for class, shutting his crystal-like door and the room door.

’Class could wait five more minutes. Making an entrance is better’.
