I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1978: 24.239 Sixth Violet Star - Breaking the Rules.

Their promotion was completed as this Assassination Mission is a highleveled one. A deadly mission that can cause instant death once they were caught even if Lord Huzi was them. They entered the enemy’s territory to help buy time for their commander to kill the other side’s commander and returning safely was enough proof of their actions. That’s why Lord Huzi had given them an extra reward for their effort that night.

After General Gu Ying had left for the Main City, the control of the borders had fallen on Lord Huzi and the Beast God, Lord Mo Minkong. On the first day they had taken over the authority, the borders were unexpectedly peaceful. There were no attacks from the beast race due to what happened last night. However, the beast god had told them not to lower their guards especially not in the borders where the wall that protects their city stands.

Though the Beast God didn’t give them any task for that day, the guarding duties continued. Moreover, thanks to the encouragement of Lord Huzi, the three dark elves no longer hid their faces under their cloak revealing their beautiful black hair, tanned skin and obsidian irises. While the reaction of the elven race is as expected, the reaction of the other races were similar to how the two beastmen react to their appearance.

Most beastmen warriors approach them. Such pure black hair is too similar to their youngest prince, Prince Hei Anjing’s hair color. For them, black and silver is not a strange color but a shade which only the royalty of their beastmen race possessed. That’s why when the beastmen saw the dark elves, they felt a bit closer to them and more amiable than talking to those blonde haired elves who looked at them with contempt.

Some Beastmen who crowd around the dark elves said,

”You... What are your names? You are an elf right? The color of your hair, eyes and skin is amazing!”

”It looks so pretty. Young Prince Hei has the same shade.”

”Right. Right, under the moonlight such color glows as if there are some stars in it. You are so beautiful.”

The three dark elves suddenly bombard with such affection and compliments made them even more shy that their faces turned slightly red like a tomato. This just made the other beastmen adore them. As for the reaction of the dwarven race, there isn’t much. For these drunkards, as long as you can drink with them and have a nice meal together they will be kind to you.

Unexpectedly, one of the three elves was a strong drinker and loved to take a sip to her hidden stash she always hung on her waist. A dwarf was passing by her side when he took a sniff of such a delicious wine. He couldn’t help but abruptly stop with a drool at the corner of his lip.

The dwarf said, ”Little girl, I’ve seen that you and your friends didn’t have any decent bow. How about this old man making one for you? As for the payment, the wine on your waist suffices! How about it?”

The mentioned elf is a drunkard herself and was reluctant to give wine away. The other dwarf overheard their conversation and thought that their kin was bullying a child by wanting to steal her drink.

”Goran, stop teasing the little girl!”

”Do you want to steal a child’s milk bottle??”

”Hahaha~”

The mentioned elf was a bit pissed that she was being treated as a little girl and couldn’t help but complain. While pouting she said,

”You are a little girl! Your whole family is a little girl!”

”Who told you this milk... This bottle has milk! It’s wine. It’s the rare rainbow wine I’ve made!”

The dwarfs were all immediately interested when the name of the wine was mentioned. It can be said that this rainbow wine was one of the reasons why the dwarfs were slightly siding with the elven race. As a race that loves wine the most, this Seven colored wine was the best they could have in this city. No one had expected that the maker of this delicious wine was none other than the female elf in front of them.

As expected, it didn’t take long for the dwarfs to crowd around her. These grandpa looking elves surrounded her, promising her weapons here and there. When finally the female dark elf could no longer hold them back, she can only give her wine away in promise of a full set of armors for her and the other dark elves. As for the other elves in the area, they no longer care. After being bullied for too long, they no longer have any attachment towards them, only hatred.

Meanwhile, a group of elves with white skin and blonde hair were all glaring at the dark elves who dared to ignore them. In the eyes of these other elves, dark elves were no different than a slave in their eyes. So the actions of the three dark elves made them extremely angry and almost wanted to confront them at this moment.

In their anger, they had forgotten the rules of the military as they couldn’t bear seeing these dark elves who are no different than slaves in their eyes to not only get along with the other races but also ignore them as if they do not exist. The one in lead among the elves seemed to be quite a high ranking one and suddenly approached the three dark elves.

He suddenly grabbed their hair without mercy and the three dark elves were taken by surprise.

The blond elf speaks, ”Damn things! How dare you ignore me? I am the leader of our race. You are going against my orders. Do you want to die?”

”Do you think just because you completed one mission you can look down on me? I dare you!”

This hot-tempered elf was about to slap the dark elves when suddenly his hand was held by a beastman and one that had worked in last night’s mission with the three dark elves. He even twisted the hand that held the hair of the dark elves and glared at this self important high elf.

”What do you think you are doing? This is not your elven territory!” The beastman said.

Agh!

”How dare you hurt me you barbarian!?” The blond elf leader shouted.

The beastman looked down on him and said, ”You broke the military law. You harm your superior, this will be reported to the commanders!”

”Report me! Go ahead! Those three are just slaves of my clan. All dark elves were given citizenship, they are just tools that can be used and thrown away once used!”

This commotion in the hall had attracted the attention of the commanders and they even heard what the elf leader among the elven warriors had just said. Lord Huzi’s expression turned dark when he heard what this elf leader had just said. In this place, where the authority is the military, the original position from their clans is useless in this place. Even if you are a prince in your clan in the borders you are only an ordinary soldier.

After all, in war, the enemies will not care about your position. Once you are killed you are only a corpse in their eyes.

”What is this commotion about?” Lord Huzi said.

Almost everyone in the hall had saluted to their two commanders, Lord Huzi and Beast God Lord Mo Minkong.

”Commander Huzi! Commander Mo! Salute!”

Upon seeing the arrival of the two commanders, the arrogant and proud high elf leader who was shouting from before had instantly turned mute and even with his head lowered his trembling cannot be ignored. He doesn’t dare to meet the eyes of the two commanders. As he knew that if these two wanted to punish him unless the elven king interfered, his ending would be worse.

Beast God Mo Minkong noticed the dishevel appearance of the three dark elves and the strands of hair in the hand of the elf leader who led his pack to this place. Even though he is the leader chosen by his own race to lead his kin, once they arrive at the borderland the only leaders who can issue commands are only him and Huzi. He, like the rest of his kin, were all ordinary soldiers.

Lord Huzi spoke, ”I am asking you. What the hell happened here?”

The one who stepped forward was the beastman who had saved the three dark elves from their former superior. He reported everything that had happened and informed him of the unreasonable actions this high elf had done. Even going as far as breaking the military laws.

”Everyone was having a friendly conversation when suddenly this elf grabbed the hair of his three superiors shouting not only at them but also at us, his superior. He also called them slaves and that he can do anything with them. End of report.”

As expected, Lord Huzi’s menacing eyes had fallen on the arrogant elf from before. His face turned fierce and cold as his eyes were sharp and icy.

”Harming your superior is against the military law. Calling your comrades slaves is no different than going against the military and also causing dispute in the barracks. You cannot escape your punishment.” The beastmen leader was like a monster in the eyes of the high elf at this moment.

Beast God Mo Minkong gestures to their subordinate to drag the elf and his punishment not only includes getting hit but also expulsion and being sent back to his race for an exchange.
