I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1937: 24.198 Sixth Violet Star - Apology

Once the black dome disappeared everyone saw that Xue Laira and the Elemental Emperor were restrained by some black matter. These restraints broke as the master of the elemental suffered a backlash with her soul. Force contract is illegal and forbidden especially stealing someone else’s elemental or beast. Everyone notices the bleeding nose and ears of Du Kirika as she grabs her head. Beside her, her Dark Elemental was suffering the same way.

”Oh my god what happened to Du Kirika!?”

”She is bleeding in her nose and ears.”

”Is she alright?”

The Elemental Emperor, Grandpa Tree snorted and checked on his mistress. That spell the mortal had used just now had caught him off guard. He didn’t know who had helped him, but she should be grateful. If not for their help this mortal would have successfully forced a contract with him. If that happens, he will not only lose his emperor standing and have to kill her to get freedom. In the spirit world, killing their contractor is allowed especially in cases of abuse or forced contract. It’s just that weak elementals are not capable of doing so. But for Elemental Kings and above, they can easily do the killing to get their freedom back.

Grandpa Tree had spoken.

”How audacious! You dare to force a contract on this emperor. Serves you right to suffer a backlash!”

Everyone who had heard the elemental emperor’s words were all shocked. They would have never thought that there would be someone who would force a contract on someone else contracted spirit or beast. After all, forcibly breaking someone’s contract is no different than asking them to give away half of their lives over.

Principal Bing Yilou’s face turned serious at this accusation. If it’s a human who had said it, he would have doubts over it but not towards the words of elementals especially those at king rank and above. Elementals usually disdain lies and they are very good at sensing it.

He immediately checked on the student from Class A. Seeing the bleeding from his orifice doesn’t seem to stop, he channeled his qi on the student before the Elf King could stop him. If a scandal spread that someone from his race had tried to do the forbidden things, it would be the Elven Race who would lose face. However, he was still too late as Principal Bing Yilou had got on the stage before he did.

A gloomy expression appeared on the principal’s face and said, ”It was indeed the spell of force contract. That cult is back again and this time even the elven race was hit. Someone sent this student to the clinic and used a mind enhancer on her. The backlash she took had caused her to break her spirit domain. She will not be able to sign any more contracts with another element,” said Principal Bing Yilou.

Some healers and guards carried Student Du Kirika for treatment. Once she has stabilized, she will either be sent to the hospital or the Elven Race will take her back.

But now as a cheater who stole someone’s elemental had been exposed, almost everyone from the other races couldn’t help but look at the other elves in the crowd. They unconsciously move away from them afraid they would be forced to cancel the contract they had with their beast or spirit. Seeing this reaction, the Elf King felt even more hatred towards Du Kirika. The noble standing of his race had now been tainted due to her actions.

Elf King Valerian says, ”I do not know how Du Kirika gained such a sinister spell. However, I can assure you that she will definitely be the only one among my kin. She will be executed after all other stolen elementals are returned to their original partners. I apologize for my brethren’s mistake!”

To keep the noble image, the Elven Race’s king had to lower his head for the sake of all elves. Seeing this Prince Heva and Princess Hevana couldn’t help but frown. What their cousin had done is simply insulting. Unable to face the eyes on them, they choose to leave. After all, who would be able to stay in a place where everyone is staring at you like a thief.

Principal Bing Yilou looked at the remaining student on the stage and saw her pale face. Fighting against someone who wants to forcibly cut off your contract with your elemental is taxing on one’s body and soul. He immediately checked on Xue Laira. Only when he got a positive response that nothing is wrong with her except for overusing he qi, he sighs in relief.

He said, ”Student, nothing is wrong with your soul domain. You have protected your partner well. Good job. Please take a rest for today.”

”Thank you, Principal. I will listen to you,” said Xue Laira.

Who would have thought that the moment she walks down the stage she would feel dizzy. Thankfully, Nangong Rui was near the stairs and caught her. This prevented her from suffering a bad fall from the stairs. Students of Class F gather around her with worried looks.

”Are you alright, Xue-Shijie!?” Haerin asked worriedly.

Xue Laira said, ”No worries. I just feel a bit dizzy. It will be gone after a while.”

”Take a seat first. It’s better to head to somewhere with less crowd. Xiao Rui, please bring her somewhere open with fewer people,” said their class leader, Long Juedi.

Nangong Rui asked, ”Do I not need to fight?”

”You can go last. Your elemental hasn’t come out from his evolution cocoon yet,” Cao Wanji said.

Nangong Rui nodded his head and carried Xue Laira away with Grandpa Tree following after them. They didn’t go somewhere far but only in some less crowded area away from the stage. Even in this location, they can still see what is going on stage.

He asked, ”Do you want water?”

”No, I am fine. I just need to keep my eyes closed for a moment to ease the dizziness.” Xue Laira said.

Grandpa Tree was watching the two without speaking. However, he touched his chin as if thinking of matching the two of them. After all, Nangong Rui’s talent is not bad. Once his Elemental completed her evolution she would either grow up as a unique existence. The one who gave her the power to complete her evolution is a unique existence as well. The one of its kind.

Back on the stage...

Principal Bing Yilou had to give the students a warning not to break the rules of the school and laws that must be followed during the contract ceremony.

He said, ”Students, it is punishable by law if one forces a beast or a spirit to make a contract. It is also easy to distinguish a force contractor from a real tamer. You would either get exiled from the alliance city or your spirit domain shall be destroyed.”

”As you know, one’s spirit domain is a medium to make a contract. It is in this domain that can allow you to summon a spirit from the spirit world or to initiate a contract with your beast or beast eggs. Once it is broken you can only become an ordinary person your whole life. Not only that, there is also a possibility of you turning into an idiot.”

”When that happens all your hard work will be gone and the elementals or beasts who had signed a contract with you will also separate from you. After all, without connection to the other world the spirit cannot come over from the other side. Nor will your beast be able to communicate with you.”

”I hope the same thing with Student Du Kirika will happen again. Do you understand?”

The students collectively responded, ”We understand!”

”Alright. This match ends with Student Xue Laira’s win, due to Student Du Kirika’s cheating.”

”The next match, someone from Class F, please come up first,” said Principal Bing Yilou.

The students of F-class who still haven’t gone on stage looked at each other. The Class leader made an arrangement for it.

Long Juedi asked, ”Who among us will go up next?” He was looking at Cao Wanji and Haerin.

Aside from Nangong Rui, who still can’t go on stage due to his elemental not done with her evolution yet. The three of them, including Long Juedi, haven’t fought yet.

Cao Wanji hasn’t returned to normal yet and was still a bit rebellious like before. He only shrugs his shoulders and said,

”You can handle it if you have a plan, Class Leader.”

”You should rest a bit longer first as your wounds haven’t fully healed. I will go first as the choice to choose is on the other side. In the next round we will decide who is suitable between you two to go to the stage.” Long Juedi said.

Cao Wanji and Haerin nod their heads.

”I have no problem with this plan,” said Cao Wanji.

”Me too. I will listen to you, Jue-gege,” said Haerin.

After talking with his classmates and making some plans, Long Juedi climbed up on the stage. It wasn’t only the audience who was surprised but even the principal also did.

Principal Bing Yilou asked, ”Are you sure you are coming out to fight now? Aren’t you the strongest in your class?”

Nodding his head, Long Juedi answers, ”Yes. I will fight the next battle.”
